I'm still feeding at full strength, they are just swelling now with cloudy trichomes so I'll hatchet over the next week at some point. The two phenos look very different to each other but have similar smells. In very happy with both plants, I can't wait to test them.

Week 4 Flower – Supercrop Week: Taming the Moon-Shooter Both Sundae Driver girls are thriving, stacking bud sites and frosting up fast. Pheno #2 tried to aim for the moon, so this week I performed a supercrop to keep the canopy even and unlock more lateral sites. She bounced back within days and is already curving up; new sites are catching light beautifully. I also did a light, targeted defoliation to open airflow, nothing heavy. Feed & Mix (this week) Testing a hybrid Aptus + Plagron approach at low solution EC to complement the rich, pre-amended soil. • Plagron Power Buds – 1 ml/L • Plagron Green Sensation – 1 ml/L • Plagron Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • Aptus CalMag Boost – light dose, just to keep LED demand covered Why low feed? The living/“easy” soil we built is still hot and active (medium EC ~2.96 mS/cm), so I’m keeping the solution EC ~0.4–0.5 mS/cm with pH ~6.1. That lets the soil do most of the work while I steer with gentle inputs and avoid salt stacking or tip burn. ⸻ Deep Dive: Supercropping (What, Why, When, How) What it is Supercropping is a high-control, high-reward training move: you soften (pinch) the inner stem tissues and bend the stem over without tearing the skin. The plant heals with a strong “knuckle,” redistributes hormones, and pushes more energy to side shoots. Result: flatter canopy, better light use, more productive sites. Why do it (Week 4 Flower)? • Pheno #2 outpaced the canopy and was nearing the lights • Even canopy = more uniform PPFD and bud development • Bending redirects auxins to lower sites → more usable bud sites • A late stretch check without heavy cutting Best timing • Ideal: late veg through early flower stretch (Weeks 2–4 of flower) while stems are still pliable. • Later than Week 4: be more cautious—stems lignify and snap easier. Step-by-step 1. Hydrate first: Slightly hydrated plants bend better than very dry ones. 2. Choose the internode you want to lower (usually the tall outlier). 3. Pinch and roll the stem gently between thumb and forefinger for 5–10 seconds to soften the pith. 4. Bend to ~45–90° toward an open space in the canopy. 5. Support: If the skin shows micro-cracks, wrap loosely with plant tape; add a soft tie or stake to hold position. 6. Aftercare: Keep airflow up, avoid heavy feeding changes for 24–48h, and don’t stack stress (no major pruning at the same time). What to expect after • Leaves may droop for a few hours; prayer and curve-up typically return within 24–72 hours. • A hardened knuckle forms in 3–7 days, strengthening the stem. • Side sites along the bent branch accelerate; top re-orients upward. • Usually less foxtailing later because tops are kept at ideal distance from the light. Risks & how to avoid them • Snap/tear: Don’t bend dry or cold stems; soften first and bend slowly. • Infection: If skin splits, tape loosely and keep humidity in check. • Over-stressing: Avoid combining with heavy defol or big feed changes on the same day. ⸻ Canopy & Care Notes • Minor defoliation only this week—just a few broad fans that shaded key sites. I prefer leaf tucking elsewhere to preserve photosynthetic “engines.” • Aroma is coming on; both phenos are stacking clean white pistils with visible trichome build on sugar leaves. • I took the girls outside the tent for a careful studio shoot—this might be the last time. Intentional supercropping is great; accidental branch breaks during handling are not. ⸻ Why this recipe (and why it’s gentle) • Power Buds helps flower initiation/transition behave predictably. • Green Sensation brings a compact PK + micro package and carbs; paired at low EC to avoid over-layering with the soil’s nutrients. • Sugar Royal supports metabolism and aroma precursors. • Regulator + CalMag keep cell walls strong, transpiration steady, and LEDs fed. • With substrate EC ~2.96, I’m letting biology and amendments supply most macros; the solution (~0.4–0.5 EC, pH ~6.1) is a steering wheel, not the engine. ⸻ What’s Happening Now • Stretch is nearly done; supercrop leveled the canopy without stalling growth. • Bud sites multiplying and beginning early stacking. • Trichomes appearing across sugar leaves; calyx build just starting. What to Expect Next (Week 5+) • Expect: • Stretch to taper off; energy shifts into stacking and calyx swell • Noticeably more trichomes; first hints of terp profile intensifying • The supercropped knuckle to fully harden; consider stakes or light trellis to support future weight • Don’t expect (yet): • Final density or full resin push—that’s more a Weeks 6–8 game • Heavy leaf stripping; I’ll keep it light to protect photosynthesis • Keep an eye on: • Humidity management as flowers bulk—tighten RH stepwise to mid-50s to reduce microclimate risk • Mg/K demand under strong LEDs (watch for interveinal fade or edge crisping) • Wound sites from supercrop—good airflow, no standing moisture ⸻ Connection & Monitoring I’ve logged a set of videos this week: TrolMaster data screens plus hands-on canopy time. Week 6 on flush now sticky wasbi as been growing good got a bit of nut burn but they are on flush now and the smell is stronge and nuggets feel dence and soild @growerchoice @SHOGUN dragon force 4ml/l for 1 week then pure water for 1 week

Wachsen soweit super, kein Top Dressig kein anderen Dünger sonst verwendet, Erde einmal angereichert und läuft Super sind Glücklich. Hätte tatsächlich nicht gedacht das die das Zelt nochmal so füllen würden wie beim Run zuvor mit 6 Pflanzen aber da haben wir es… werden morgen von unten nochmal leicht entlaubt ansonsten war’s das bis zur Ernte. Grapefruit week 7 biobizz bloom increased to 3ml week 2 of bigbud I've started adding pk13/14 large shade leafs are beginning to yellow and all bud sights are starting to put on weight with the purple running through the stem its definitely gonna look really nice when is finished its already smelling pretty strong got the carbon filter on 6 times in a 24hr period 15mins each time seems to work well smell and humidity wise as in decreasing humidity and keeping it down to 51% sometimes I can get it in the 40% and its stable even with this ever changing uk weather.

This week I've seen just an awsome burst out of these skunky ducks it's unreal

Almost my height now. 5 1/2 feet and climbing. Lost about an inch of growth compared to previous weeks. Showing a couple pistils but none from an eye view. Flowering most likely next week

I am finding it difficult to get my camera to take photos and videos with the proper colour hence the double videos! It is unreal how thicc these are getting!! They smell wonderful! The other two plants are starting to show a bit more of their red/purple colours too! Noticing a bit of potassium stress from feeding but since they are nearly finished (I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THAT!) I am only going to pull back a bit. They just need to survive another 14-21 days by the looks of them!

Plants are responding well, still on a very light regimen, using only compost tea, declorinated tap water. Stem is thick, and strong, has a many colas shooting up with minimal training at the moment. Leaf color is vibrant, and dark. Using compost tea in the third watering as usual. > Compost tea with a twist #3 - 1 cup earth worm castings -1/4 of a cup bokashi -5 tsp recharge -1 tsp shell flour -1 tsp azomite Did not have organic molasses so preferred not to put anything, as the recharge and the bokash i use have some, originally is better to use some in pure form like 1/3 of a cup. EC after 24h is around 0.5 - 0.6, ph close to neutral. So used in pure form, possible to dilute if needed. So far I did not PH the water, only filtering it, gave a bit up on RO for now as the water discard is just insane... probably takes 2 gallons + to make one pure... Just not ecologic... so I have detached the membrane for now and am using two filtering steps, carbon and another one... This diary is probably the nightmare of any nutrient company. Note that Recharge is not needed or azos, I’m using because I have laying around here, a substitute would be some sprout seed tea. My choice for the organic, was to be able to abort ph, have a cleaner product, try something new, and reuse my soil...

Dear reader, I think I will be harvesting this lady by the end of this week. It is hard to determine as it seems like she is still developing and growing new pistils. Unfortunately she has had one cola with a little bit of bud rot. I instantly cut it after seeing and learning about it. The rest seems to be fine but I will use a dehumidifier in the future for other plants. Also when drying her. The RH was too high all the time (67%)

Cette semaine grand changement, une de mes tentes étant enfin prête à être coupé, après bien entendu avoir eu au moins 10 jours de rinçage, a donc subis une petite permanente, suivis d’une coupe été. Un travail de titan, commencé à 14H et finis à 6h du matin ! Je pense pour la prochaine session à investir d’un appareil de type trimmer pour faciliter le travail. Par contre étant un peu dépassé par ce travaille, je me suis un peu emmêlé les pinceaux et je me retrouve donc à présent avec les filles coupées mais impossible de dire qui est qui ! La poisse, petit manque d’organisation, je l’avoue, ferais mieux la prochaine fois. Je me pose tout de même la question de comment estimé au mieux le poids mouillés car sur la balance, j’ai pour l’instant 2kg, je vous donnerais donc le poids final sec par la suite qui correspondra donc plus au fameux gramme par watt que tout le monde recherche. Bon Grow à tous J’ai laissé semaine de floraison car j’ai toujours une tente en floraison et ma semaine de récolte sera donc compléter de manière plus juste et plus précis par la suite.

Day 22 - All ticking along nicely...apart from a smart timer issue the last 2 days!!! :/ At least it was light stuck on rather than off so no early flower initiation!!! Got everything reset and all looks good so far. Will be using programmable timers for flower, JIC!!! Funny thing I noted while making the time lapse, the plants still "Went to sleep" at the time they should...even with the lights on and woke up when they should! Was quite interesting to see! Apart from that, just LST and plucking some bud covering leaves. Dropping the SCROG screen tonight and this will most likely be the last week of veg. As EC was dropping slightly by end of last week, have upped the EC by 0.1 Happy Growing all!!! 💪

As you can see, the Melonade Runtz hermied again... Mystery Made 2 also started but I already had the feeling this is going to happen, since everything inside this tent hermied. The first runs I threw in the trash (besides the one King's Juice survivor, you can see my diary on as well) but I now needed some weed and I had the little hope that MAYBE if I keep plugging the male parts off, that she eventually turns full female. I saw that in one of Hyperactive Highs videos and just gave full dedication into it, controlling every single day. I really spent hours into this but as you can also see, the Melonade Runtz was the frostiest out of the bunch, so I really didn't throw her away! On the bright sight: I managed to achieve quite an even canopy for now. They also shouldn't stretch too crazy from here on out

Diese Woche war ich fünf Tage im Urlaub. In dieser Zeit musste Blumat seine Zuverlässigkeit beweisen. Das klappte problemlos – wie erwartet. Ist das System einmal richtig eingestellt, läuft es zuverlässig – solange der Tank regelmäßig nachgefüllt wird. Die Pflanze hat sich diese Woche um 16 cm gestreckt. Ich rechne noch mit etwas weiterem Stretch, aber nicht mehr viel. Insgesamt dürfte die Streckung am Ende bei etwa 100 % liegen. Die Blütenansätze haben sich diese Woche sehr gut entwickelt. Lollipopping an Tag 21 ist dennoch sinnvoll, denn schon jetzt sind viele Triebe zu sehen, die später nur kleine Popcorn-Buds bilden würden. Diese Woche wurde es deutlich wärmer, mit Spitzenwerten von 30 C° im Grow Room. Im Zelt stieg die Temperatur während einer Lichtphase entsprechend auf bis zu 32 C°. Die Pflanze hat das gut verkraftet. Da es in unserer Region bisher nicht geregnet hat, ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit noch niedrig. Mit den ersten Gewittern und Regenschauern dürfte sich das jedoch schnell ändern.
