Well, marking the first week of flower. Lots of pistils, flower has begun. Just wildly hot weather, 33c days, full sun every day, we've had 6mm of rain in 2 months, average rainfall for June / July should be 60mm. As much as I love the weather, climate change / water scarcity worries me. Luckily we have a good clean glacier fed reservoir with strict water restrictions in summer. Made a compost tea in 5g bucket, compost, molasses, kelp, Epsom, some coir, and aerate for 24hrs. Removed some inner nodes not catching up to the cannopy, and some lst clips for the tallest nodes. Cannopy is looking really great and FLAT! Drones the only way I can get up there to see, must be pushing 7ft easy by now. Stalk is insane, biggest i've ever grown, going to need a chainsaw to remove it! Fingers crossed for a dry August / September. Hoping weekly spray of LCPT will keep Botrytis away, last fall we had 98% humidity, not much hope with that!

They still seem to be growing, although going in the room twice a day, it is difficult to notice unless I look closely or compare photos with previous weeks. Going to cut off a couple small pieces of calyx's shortly and will post a couple pictures from my scope. Speaking of those, they're starting to give me some nice colours, slight purples, neon greens and yellows, the photos don't really do them justice under the warm lighting but I will try and take a couple pics in some white light when I chop her down in a couple weeks time. It is also quite difficult to illustrate the size of some of these colas, the one near the back on the right, is about 19 inches long, and about 4 inches wide. Looks like 2 ounces of bud hanging on her and I have had to lasso some string around it and a couple other colas as they were falling down. Bringing EC slowly down to around 1.2 - I think I will cut nutrient strength down to about 0.8 EC in a few days time to try and hurry her along a bit. I will only be flushing for 3 days at the end of this grow, they will also be in the dark for 2 days at the end with low temps (mid teens in ºC) to preserve terpenes, oils and other cannabinoids. Thanks for stopping by!

2025-01-01 - Germination directly in PRO-MIX HP CC in starter trays on a seedling heat mat under a humidity dome. 2025-01-04 - Transplanted into 1 liter plastic pots and placed in starter box. I kept them under the humidity dome for the first couple of weeks. 2025-01-17 - Moved to finishing tent with ViparSpectre P2000 2025-01-31 - Topped and moved to Veg tent. I selected these seeds during the holiday sale at Seedbank.com. I was ordering some NL#5 (a different diary), and I saw the Purple Punch on sale. Having wanted to add some anthocyanins (purples) to some of my other strains, and finding the description of this particular cultivar appealing, I ordered 5 beans. They sprang to life like they were glad to be home. In the last week of the seedling phase, they exploded in growth, with wide leaflets INDICAtive of indica (not a typo, maybe bad dad joke). These are some of the shortest, stockiest plants I've had in the grow tent yet. They handle light well and in close proximity to the canopy, they are stacked thick with branches.

Day 99 for this girl. Finished her fourth flush session today and is real close to harvesting. Will give this girl one more day of light before putting her in the dark. She is super sticky and the tricones is on point.

Zamnesia's newly harvested Tropicana Cookies #1 has given us a lot of satisfaction, starting with a huge main cola and ending with a very good resin build and a good production and composition of beautiful, hard buds. The aroma it releases is sweet, delicious, and intoxicating. The plant has grown a lot and is a nice, large plant, although the side branches are a bit too long, which needed support. It's a plant with medium-wide internodal spacing, so it grows tall, with the main cola standing out from the lower buds, and it's very virile, if that concept can be applied to plants. This strain is much-loved; there are many good and famous versions, but ours here at Zamnesia is the best of them all. Look at my plant arriving soon, look at the work of my brother MontyDiabalero, master of giant plants. The resin content is excellent; really, the videos and photos speak for themselves. We grew in a standard 11-liter plastic pot. Maturity - The pistils have been looking super ripe for a long time, especially the upper ones, which are very red, and we're still over 90%. The trichomes are about 20% amber, 50% cloudy/milky, and 30% clear, more or less naturally, but I think that's fine. Remember, my friends, the harvest window for amber trichomes is 15%-30%; THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE ALL AMBER. Amber is a sign of maturity but also of THC oxidation, which transforms the plant's effect into a relaxing "indica," even if the plant is used for daytime use. So my advice is to harvest based on the plant's characteristics if you want to maintain the described effect and according to your needs. If you need to make weed for sleep, let it ripen very, very much, and then you'll need a more pronounced amber. For sativas, or better yet, to maintain daily effects, I recommend around 15% to 20% amber and mostly milky. The flowers are all excellent quality and the yield is excellent, I believe 50-70 grams, cleaned and trimmed, not a full-sized plant. The overall shape of the plant is very good, a tall girl, no techniques used. I have another in a 20-liter pot that is exceptionally large and full of flowers. It's probably very suitable for scrog; it responded excellently to topping. It has a particular characteristic of strong and powerful roots. We chose a 100% organic soil, 1000% Plagron, as always. The soil we chose is the recently launched Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us to start with more gradual and consistent watering, without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause. A week of soil is enough, so don't overdo it. Choose your favorite style and calculate your results on the website: www.plagron.com Visit the new Growshop area on the Zamnesia website: Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/it/531-growshop Our Tropicana Cookies is now in great shape, give it a try! Z - https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10921-zamnesia-tropicana-cookies-semi.html Z - The award-winning Girl Scout Cookies is a cannabis strain that lends itself very well to breeding projects. That's why we boldly experimented by combining its genetics with a fruity Tangie. The result is Tropicana Cookies, a fast and potent hybrid with 22% THC. This strain is highly productive, and its buds are not only rich in sweet and spicy terpenes but also covered in a layer of sticky trichomes (which facilitate the extraction of high-potency concentrates). Tropicana Cookies' genetic makeup is 60% sativa and 40% indica, a blend that produces a balanced and euphoric effect. Although easy to grow both indoors and outdoors, Tropicana Cookies thrives outdoors in warm climates. If you have enough space and good sunlight, the plants can reach heights of 180 cm. Wait until mid-October and, in optimal conditions, you can harvest a whopping 700 g/plant. A result well worth the effort. This strain also impresses indoors, reaching heights of 150 cm and producing 500 g/m². Tropicana Cookies also stands out for its rapid flowering. After just 7-8 weeks of indoor flowering, it will be ready for harvest. You know it, but I recommend it: here you can find so many beautiful things, essentially "the best that nature has to offer." Week 10 Marvel: Cherry Cola's Pruned Elegance and Floral Splendor Greetings, fellow cultivators! We've reached the remarkable milestone of Week 10 in the Cherry Cola Auto journey, and the tent is a painting of botanical wonders. Week 5 of the flowering stage has unveiled a need for a strategic defoliation, and our green queen has undergone a meticulous pruning process. Let's delve into the details of this transformative week. As we navigate through Week 5 of the flowering stage, the Cherry Cola Auto is a testament to the magic of autoflower cultivation. The buds are evolving, and the tent is permeated with the tantalizing aroma of a promising harvest. The journey thus far has been a delight, and the best is yet to come. In response to the flourishing canopy and to optimize light penetration, a strategic defoliation became imperative. The decision to remove excess foliage was not only about enhancing light exposure to critical bud sites but also promoting better airflow and reducing the risk of potential mold or pest issues. The defoliation process involved removing larger fan leaves, allowing the lower branches to receive their fair share of light. In addition to defoliation, a meticulous bottom cleaning ritual took place. Removing the lower, less productive growth not only redirects energy to more crucial upper buds but also eliminates potential sites for moisture retention and pest harborage. This step is crucial in maintaining a healthy, well-ventilated environment as we approach the final weeks of flowering. The defoliation and bottom cleaning were conducted with surgical precision. It's not just about removing leaves; it's a delicate dance of preserving the plant's natural grace while maximizing its potential. The result is a pruned elegance that showcases the structural beauty of Cherry Cola's budding architecture. Our nutrient regimen, with P-Boost, Topbooster, and the strategic addition of Potassium (K), continues to be the backbone of this flourishing spectacle. The phosphorus boost and organic grace provided by Topbooster, combined with the potassium magic, are orchestrating a symphony of blooming processes that bode well for the upcoming harvest. The TDS reading, now at 550, reflects the balanced nutrient environment, ensuring the plant's nutritional needs are met. Maintaining an ideal pH balance of 6.4 ensures that the nutrients are readily available to the plant. This harmony in pH contributes to optimal nutrient absorption and supports the overall health and vigor of our Cherry Cola Auto. As we prune and nurture, the tent is filled with an aroma extravaganza. Cherry Cola's terpene profile is becoming more pronounced, promising a sensory delight in the final product. The olfactory journey is a precursor to the flavors and effects that await. As Week 10 unfolds, Cherry Cola Auto stands as a pruned prelude to harvest, a testament to the meticulous care and strategic decisions throughout the journey. The mood is set for the final act, and we eagerly anticipate the culmination of this horticultural odyssey. Stay tuned, fellow enthusiasts, as the Cherry Cola Chronicles approach their grand finale! Nutrition: @aptusholland @aptus_world @aptus_ Love, Care, and Attention: @dogdoctorofficial As always, thank you all for joining me on this journey, for your love, and for it all. Today marks the beginning of the last week of flowering for my cannabis plant. After months of care and patience, I can finally see the first amber trichomes starting to form. It's a sign that the plant is nearing the perfect time for harvest. The buds are dense and frosty, and the shift in trichome color is telling me that the plant is at its peak potency. In a couple of days, I'll move the plant out of the tent and into complete darkness for 48 hours. This process is supposed to help boost resin production and make the final buds even better. After that, it’ll be time to cut her down. It's exciting to be so close to the end, and I can't wait to see how the final product turns out!🌱🌱

Had a lot going on this week so the plants didnt get any care or maintenance at all other than just checking on the water level a couple times. They need some major defoliation which I wanted to do this week but procrastination is the vibes currently. Will probably get some done next week.... the plants are looking good and most of them are bushing out pretty nice. They dont seem to be stretching as much as they normally do by this time, but they are transitioning to flower. Will probably do a flush and water change soon since they haven't had one in over a month. I'm just anxious to see some frosty buds at this point.
