Hello world! It was the last week before the harvest for my strong and hardy bush dark phoenix. I continue to clean the substpat with water with the right level of ph Today is the last day of the purge. At the end, the water off plant was close to 200 ppm, which corresponds to the level of my drinking water. I'm watering the last time today and turning off the lights for 2-3 days, making the flowers extra stressful, and directing the remnants of fertilizer and salts to the root system. Please watch photos and video of the last week. The flowers turned out to be very dense and medium-sized with about a tangerine. Smell with northern notes, menthol, citron, earthy smell. 🍀😇🤗👌

Not sure why the other seeds didn’t germinate. One of the other Bananacane’s started to but died off upon sprouting

Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.

Hey guys! Sorry for the big delay since my previous grow! Right now I'm growing some babies from Royal Queen Seeds! Kali Dog! 😃 The first week was calm! The babies broke out from their shells rather fast and two babies grew out of their jiffy pods rather fast! Also, since the strain is Kali Dog I decided to name each of the plants with a different dog name! I'm still unsure about the names but the first two are called Roko and Max! For the first time I also noticed the first buds looked... different? You'll be able to see them in the photos tho... and once again two of my babies are suffering from helmet head 😰 But eh, I'm used to it. Gladly it's an easy error to fix. I'll try to make a longer timelapse (these were bad!) but I didn't know my camera battery wasn't enough for long sessions 😝 Anyway, thanks for reading! See you all next week! 👋

30-01: The first day of week 6 and I already saw a few small flowering hairs on every plant, which means that they are officially in the pre-flowering phase. Now I have to say that I'm not super happy with how they look. I wanted them much bushier. So I started to google and landed in a rabbit hole of info about par, umol and leave light penetration. So i ended up with an order of a Mars Hydro TS1000 and this will arrive next week. they will maybe not grow a lot in this phase but the budds should be wayyy bigger. In the last 3 weeks I will germinate 4 new brain damage seeds and start a 2nd grow report with the TS1000 from germination. 01-02: Today I removed some leaves to provide the heart of the plants with full light again. As you can see the ''side'' bud area's are already stretching upwards to get even with the main tops, in theory I should have 8 bud area's on each plant. When they are almost in full bloom i will add an scrogg net to keep al the buds sides even in height trough there last stages. When it comes to nutrition they have today 1L water with 2ml orgatrex + 2ml plagron terra bloom each plant. This is half the recommended maximum dosage for terra bloom. I will increase the dosage as by week.

One week left before I chop these girls.. Will flush them then down they go.. Will definitely shout timber while holding the Sega in hand!! Whoa another week. 07-01-2020 ( Day 116) Heat is very strong in January on this latitude. I keep the tent door open almost all the time to help ventilation. She is developing more buds from the former buds, that's waht it looks like, so if this is the way I think I had seen this befor, she would be keeping on growing new little buds from the buds that have been already formed, thus instead of packing on bud weight, she develops more biomass creating new buds and elongating the ones that we already there. Day 117 08-01-2020 Yesterday I forget to cover the tent front with the nylon layer to prevent any light leaking through the zipper and pinholes that there are all over the frontal face, the grow room is at my back, when I sit by the computer, so, the front side gets all the glow from the monitor. So I gave her a continuous long night starting at 8 pm yesterday , lights were on by 8.30 and will be off by 17. Day 119 (10-01-2020) I added 0.2g/L Boost fertilizer (High K and P) twice a week every week, until further observations or whatever. So the final mixture is 0.4 g/L Bloom and 0,2 g/L Boost, plus the other general nutrients/additives. The inlet air fan broke so I had to run to the store to get another one. I hadn't checked before (MY BAD!!) but I'm positive that it broke today. By the way, today is extremely hot! (30 ºC /86ºF) by the mid tent's height where the thermometer is) so I let the tent door open and extra ventilation (of course that microbes, spores, dust and other shit that is getting inside the grow room rampantly in the meantime). Day 111 (12/019 One thing that puzzles me is the fact that some buds are frosty but other look at bare sight, like there were no, butwith the loupe, one sees that there are in fact many of them but very tiny (I hope they'll develop a little more later). The thing is why does it look kind of a different thricome maturation?

Week 3 Update: Plant Growth: Progress has been slower than anticipated due to persistent cloudy and rainy weather. Despite the setbacks, I've noticed some signs of growth in the plants, albeit at a slower pace. Implemented Low Stress Training (LST) on a few of the stronger plants, including the Gorilla Glue and Gelato varieties, to encourage more robust growth. Weather Conditions: The weather continues to be a challenge, with only a few sunny days throughout the week. Rainfall has been frequent, making it difficult to provide the optimal growing conditions for the plants. Adaptations and Solutions: To counteract the lack of sunlight, I've constructed a mini tent equipped with LED lights to provide supplemental light and warmth to the plants. Despite the less than ideal conditions, the plants seem to be responding positively to the additional light and warmth. Nutrient Management: Feeding schedule adjusted to once every 2-3 days, alternating between water and nutrient-rich solutions. Using a combination of guano, worm tea, and a basic Grow NPK Autogrow mix to provide essential nutrients to the plants. Observations: Although growth has been slower than expected, I'm encouraged by the resilience of the plants and their ability to adapt to challenging conditions. Keeping a close eye on the plants for any signs of stress or nutrient deficiencies and adjusting care accordingly. Looking Ahead: Hoping for a change in the weather in the coming weeks to provide better growing conditions for the plants. Despite the challenges, remaining optimistic and committed to nurturing the plants to their fullest potential.

12 Week…

Baox got a transplant this week. Gave them just a little Recharge this week, I'll be increasing the dosage next week. So far they are both looking like happy and healthy little girls. 👍

Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. She has jumped to 28 inches. Impressive really. Defoleated A lot of useless bottom crap. Her stem has healed and is about 1 inch thick. She is looking and growing great.
