It rained steadily today so my watering duty was taken care of by Mother Nature! 5/25- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around her along with spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap seems to have taken care of the attacks on her leaves which has improved her vigor noticeably. 5/27- I watered the GG4 Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches, preparing them to start spreading out through the trellis net. 5/29- Wow, two months ago this little lady broke ground and look at her now! I cannot wait to see how she'll be looking in another two months! I'll be getting ready to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days with some 4-4-4 and worm castings, then she'll really start to take off! Blütewoche 2 – Blattpflege, ScrOG & Biologischer Pflanzenschutz Zeitraum: Vom 29. Mai bis 05. Juni Moin zusammen! Ich habe mir mein bisheriges Grow-Tagebuch angesehen und beschlossen, künftig auf Deutsch weiterzuschreiben, damit ich mir das ständige Übersetzen spare und gleichzeitig einen Beitrag zur deutschsprachigen Grow-Community leisten kann. Entlaubung & ScrOG-Fädeln: In dieser Woche habe ich die King Juice großflächig entlaubt, um Licht und Luft besser ins Innere der Pflanze gelangen zu lassen. Die Äste wurden durch das ScrOG-Netz gefädelt, damit sie sich gleichmäßig über die Fläche verteilen. Zu Beginn war sie etwa 55 cm im Durchmesser – zum Ende der Woche war sie auf ca. 60 cm angewachsen. Biologischer Pflanzenschutz – Nützlinge: Zum Schutz gegen Schädlinge habe ich zwei Koppert-Produkte eingesetzt: - Swirski‑Mite Plus – enthält Amblyseius swirskii, eine Schlupf‑ und Raubmilbe, die sich besonders gegen Larven von Thripsen und Weißen Fliegen richtet  - Spical Plus – beheimatet Neoseiulus californicus, eine generalistische Raubmilbe, ideal gegen Spinnmilben, aber auch gegen andere Blattmilben  Diese Nützlinge werden in langsam freisetzenden Beuteln angebracht und helfen präventiv im biologischen Schädlingsmanagement – damit es gar nicht erst zu größeren Problemen kommt. Pflanzenzustand: Die King Juice hat sich zügig erholt, wirkt vital und wächst kräftig weiter. Das Blattwerk zeigt ein sattes Grün, ohne Anzeichen von Mangelerscheinungen. Sehr zufriedenstellend! Bewässerung & Mikrobenkultur: Das Substrat ist noch gut feucht. Deshalb werde ich wie gewohnt erst zu Beginn der nächsten Woche erneut gießen. i looked awesome all growcycle...i streched alot & i noticed it drank alot more then the other plants while growing...had a good yield, i´m very happy overall

Day 82 - 12/12/19 So harvest is here and what a journey this has been :) This plant took much longer than the others but paid off at the end with huge colas! Wet weigh was around 400g so im expecting about 60g from this once dried :) Has a slight fruity/spicy taste to it. i wont be able to honestly tell until fully dried and cured though :) Big thanks to RQS for thier amazing genetics and a big thanks to all who helped out along the way! Il update the dry weight when dried and the bud report all throughout curing :) Day 85 - 16/12/19 All buds have been dried and damn it really filled up this 68g jar! i got 64g dry weight of prime buds probably another 10g of popcorn buds that i threw in with the trim. coming into heavy flowering i expected an ounce, after i started adding calmag and pk13/14 the buds exploded. and my expectations raised to about 45g. for it to be 64g at harvest from a 43cm tall plant thats something. A few experienced growers reckoned the high yield was because of polyploidy which i believe is a genetic mutation. i looked it up and i cant say if this is what happened or not. The bud has been dried fully and slower than last time, ive tried to have airflow somewhat around the buds but not too close to avoid drying too quick. Ive only been curing for a day but its so smooth already. ive never tried anything like lowryder which is the makeup of this strain so il have to honestly rate it once cured for a week or so :) but until then i will say its been getting me quite stoned and couchlocked. i definitely harvested near the end of the harvest window. il add a final update once cured for a week so u guys know what this strain is like as a final product. Day 89 - 19/12/19 Ive cured for around a week and ive been smoking the buds and watching christmas movies alot! :'D The curing has developed a nice hit on the throat and more flavour along with burning better in joints and bongs :) ive smoked some exotic strains but i honestly feel this is among the best grown smoke ive had. it just feels so well grown with a smooth burn! i definitely harvested on the later side of the harvest window as buds have mostly amber pistils and smoking them gets me pretty stoned and sleepy! this is great as i have trouble sleeping and relaxing. i havent had this much sleep in a while. while i would say this is fairly average bud i still would rate it a solid 7, sure it might not have a strong exotic smell or flavour but it gets the job done well! and the high yield really impressed me. considering i need to be growing enough to stay medicated the 64g dry weight really made my day! Its very relaxing to know you dont have to struggle to get your medicine! I added a few photos of the best buds in the jar and im really impressed with myself for growing some fat buds! Have a good christmas folks and hope you enjoyed the diary, im gonna add it in to the newbie christmas draw so keep an eye out for it on there :) Finally i added a video of the little cayenne pepper plant featured in week 4 of this diary, its 78 days old now and is growing nice green waxy peppers :) I cant wait to makesome chilli flakes and some soup to keep me warm over the winter as soon as the peppers ripen! Last week of flowering then switching to 12/12 light cycle. Put the other plant into a bigger pot. Roots looking healthy and plants are still loving the nutrients.

Been feeding PH6.2 water with bud candy (sugars) for a few days and will continue until harvest. The buds packed in pretty well, as you can see one of them is around 14" tall and fat. Pictures dont do this plant justice in bud size because it is very leafy. The smell is mild, frosting is mild and I have another week to go at least..... todays feeding will get Final Finish additive to help wash nutrients out and hopefully get a fade happening. Added a video today :)

Going Strong!

Only 3 out of 8 turned out to be females. 5 male ones were culled a week ago. 💀 Today I transplanted them to final - 26L - fabric pots and moved into flowering 4x4 ft tent under Mars Hydro FC 4800 (466W). They get around 650 μmol/m²/s for now - will crank it up in a few days. I used Canna Terra Professional substrate - as always. After they get accustomed to new pots I'll flip them to flower - in about a week. 👌

Week 5 I’m noticing some signs of flower on all 3 ladies.Ive lowered the humidity slightly and I’m bending and manipulating branches to get some more light penetrating.I will increase the light intensity in maybe a few days.They are still taking shape and I’m expecting that stretch to come on soon

It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

Purple shine a bien repris son développement, niveau racines il va être temps de la rempoter une bonne masse racinaire commence à sortir du air pot. Le 25/04 seconde taille des branches principales, de 2 apex cela va passer à quatre😉, apport de solution nutritive pour réduire le stress de la taille(terragrow 1,5ml, katanaroot 0,2ml, silicon 1ml, calmag 0,5ml). Maintenant repos pour cette demoiselle avant la prochaine taille😉 Purple shine semble reprendre assez vite sa végétation après une taille. Ses branches sont bien épaisse ajout de silice et a participé.

Finally my weather is getting better! 🙌 and good day everyone! Both of my girls are maturing properly and I'm glad it wasn't extremely hot inside the tent, it'll help my babies to not stress too much. I also increased the amount of Silver PK 14/15 by another 0.5ml and the plants took it well! 😍 The plants (mostly Pistachio) is getting more yellow leaves (I'm constantly removing them) and that means my babies are getting close! 😃 So now I'm double checking the trichomes/pistils in my girls and thanks to that I can say the flowers in Pistachio are more developed than the ones in Matcha and I suppose that's because the lights are way too far from Matcha but I can try to fix that in the future.
