Rainbow Candy

Another freezing cold week !! Before having this plant, i thought that a plant would never survive with this temperatures... but this Afghan Kush proved im wrong, whats amazing because this plants strenght is remarkable, the buds i noticed, are not developing as fast as in September/October, basic grower logic but we are having between 8-14 ºC during the day and 2-5ºC at night.. Wider range of colours, i spot like Purple, Deep green, and even shades of Violet and blue, its incredible :D Last feedings, finished like in the middle of this week and the buds developement degree is telling me, its flush time ... Spotted a few white aphids, but only on the leaves, so not a problem.. Having in mind the temperatures they are not lasting so much hahaha its the good thing Last weeks of life, and i suppose she will be yellowing more during the next week. Wanted to keep her growing until the end of the month but, mother nature had other plans. Woke up this morning and the buds where almost touching the ground. Still have 1/2 the plant left, will cut fown later today if more rain. Don’t have room to cure all at one time. Normally I cure outside, for now they’re in my bathroom and dressing room.😬Don’t know the wet weight for now since only cut 1/2 of the plant, but probably a good 4 or more kilos!😳 Finally, the sun has returned. Not hot though, but nice and sunny. Moved curing to outside for now. Last night we stayed high just from the aroma in the house. More to come when she dries.😍 Last plant totalled 2,005grams. 3 plant total 3,340 grams 😎

Magnum is a truly beautiful plant. blooms for two weeks and has a lot of branches. So far everything looks fine.

She seems to be recovering well from the Calcium deficiency. No additional spotting and the heavy pruning was a good idea. I made some adjustments to the bucket design to minimize the heat from my UFO light.

AUGUST 10 to 16, 2024 Specimen continues to grow vigorously, gaining another 12cm (4.75") in height. Pistils now being pushed out in many locations. Plant receives 14:26 of daylight as sunrise is 06:49 and sunset is 21:15. Fungus gnat presence has multiplied, so effort put to dry out medium and layers of Diatomaceous Earth applied on two occasions. Watered in with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis (delivered via Mosquito Dunks soaked in rainwater for 24 hours) in effort to combat and destroy larvae. Based on development to date, not expecting to harvest specimen until the week of October 14, 2024. Day 106 - Applied 2.0L of Full Spectrum Soil Drench (Flowering Formula), pH'd to 6.7; Solution prepared with rainwater treated with Bacillus Thuringiensis Israelensis; 500mL bottom watered with plain rainwater. Sprayed soil surface thoroughly with approximately 1L of Soil Pest Defense Drench. Day 107 - Applied layer of Diatomaceous Earth to combat Fungus Gnats Day 108 - n/a Day 109 - n/a Day 110 - 1.5L bottom water with plain rainwater in the morning, another 1L bottom water in the late afternoon. Day 111 - Applied layer of Diatomaceous Earth to combat Fungus Gnats Day 112 - n/a

Absolutely has been one of my favorite Grows on day 64 and they are thriving something about testers. I love I think it’s the not knowing .truly some fire genetics.🔥🍻💯

Second week in stretch training a bit more with the net.

1/12/23 all plants stretching nicely. P4 is vary one sided and P1-3 have similar structures. Starting 12/12 cycle tomorrow, still no pre-flower but should have signs by the end of next week. Hoping for at least 2 oz of or each plant.

Week 9 marks a turning point for the grow. The main plants are deep into flower now, with dense buds that glisten under the HPS light. Their smell is intoxicating, filling the room with the rich, sweet aroma that hints at the potency to come. Even the late bloomer has stepped up its game. While it’s still behind the others, it’s finally entering full flower, its smaller buds beginning to form. It’s got a unique charm, and I can’t help but root for it—sometimes the underdog ends up stealing the show. The grow room feels like it’s nearing its peak. The plants are massive now, with thick branches bending under the weight of their buds. Every day brings new changes, and I can see the finish line getting closer. The hard work is paying off, and I can’t wait to see how these beauties turn out in the final weeks.

Another week with good development. Plant liked the LST and is showing off great potential. Smell is stronger and amazing. I am only concerned that I will need to travel and will not be able to leave the plant in the sun directly during the days but hopefully by leaving it on a very clear area of the house with both natural light and the led I have to support at night will be enough for her for 3 days in a row.

Hey Growers, end of week 6 from seed, end of week 1 of flower :) Plant #1 is looking healthy and has grown tremendously. I previously had them in a 24x24x48 grow tent but after seeing how much plant#1 was growing I went ahead and purchased a bigger tent 36x36x72. Light is about 17 inches away from the plants right now. Might have to do some LST so the top leaves don't receive too much light. P1 is filling up with pistils, looks like buds will soon begin to form :) I have not been able to figure out Plant#2 gender. It has different charateristics from plant#1. Earlier in the week I noticed P2 was not growing in height and the leaves were starting to look pale. Light is currently set to medium low 140 Lux X100. I reduced it to 100 Lux and after a few days it began growing again and its gaining back its color. P2 has given me minor problems since day 1 but its looking better now. Changed light cycle 12hrs / 12hrs I had issues trying to maintain humidity levels at 45%-55%, I might need to purchase a stronger dehumidifer cloned two plants and they are beginning to grow :) Its been an exciting experience so far, everyday learning something new about these plants. I sometimes stand and just stare at my grow tent analyzing little details about them trying make sure they are in healthy condition. My wife complains because I spend too much time with them lol. I know once these plants get more mature she will show more interest in them. sound week on the soil. this grow is really lovely. starting to see some promising bud sites. I think i might trim too much but i want the buds to get the light.
