Today is day 51 of flower and the top bud site calyxes are already showing a good amount of amber on the trichomes. Maybe being stunted in seedling phase caused some change in the plants growth hormones. Who knows? I’m still gonna give her at least a week until I chop her. Gonna have to start checking overall plant trichomes nightly though just so I can get a feel for the plants overall maturity/ripeness level. So excited for this harvest. The plant smells like heavenly maple syrupy butter lol.

Hi all, sorry for the delay, all continues to go very well, she is handling the nutrients very well wit only a very little tip burn. I increased the light a little bit, as I felt that some of the main colas on the side didn't get enough light. Next week I will probably be able to show the little veg-box I built, since the cuttings are slowly outgrowing their current home.

Got the plants in the mars hydro along side other plants from my other diary had them outside but they just weren't growing as fast one week on the tent and they picked right up and look healthy as ever

Amazing Colours! As you can see the colours on this plant at the end of its run are absolutely amazing. The buds didnt out as dense as I had hoped but I think thats just this pheno and we are busy hunting a denser pheno atm. what a great strain to grow though. no problems during the cycle of the plant and the colours make it so rewarding to grow! I would definitely recommend this strain to people who like fruity and colourful plants. Barneys never disappoints really;)

25.02. F 37 Day 37 of flower and the girls are looking absolutely stunning. The buds are stacking beautifully and getting heavily dusted with trichomes. Resin production is clearly ramping up now, and you can really see the genetic potential coming through. On top of that, they’re still praying — leaves angled up, full of life, full of energy. That’s always a sign the environment and feeding are on point. Now for the slight setback: powdery mildew. It’s nothing dramatic, but enough to make me adjust my strategy. As of today, I’m switching to biological fungicides that work as antagonists against mildew. Instead of just reacting, I’m aiming for a long-term solution that stabilizes the microclimate inside the tent and prevents future outbreaks. I’m confident this will bring it under control sustainably. The plants are strong, the system is stable, and overall this run is still performing at an exceptional level. We keep pushing. 🌿🔥.

Today was the day, unfortunately about a week in advance because of an infestation of Mites that reached the buds of all 4 plants left. July 26: Tropicana Cookies is now done a week of force flowering and is continuing to stretch. Both plants in this wagon will be tall despite being manifolded. She is well matched in the wagon with the two week older Lemon Cream Kush. Did another compost tea. It’s been a while but this is the fourth tea this season (?). See video where I explain how I make a bucket of lazy compost tea without any air pump or aerator. Seems to work. The bacteria also moderate water uptake by the plant and you really don’t need to water as much if you have been doing compost teas. July 27: noticeably stretched in the garage overnight. Right on. July 31: defoliated lower fan leaves and small bud sites. Aug 1: added top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom as the cannabis plants were showing signs of P deficiency. Blue-ish leaves and reddish petioles showing on another plant.
