I can't believe this was a emergency replacement seed, is one whole week behind the rest and still looks and smells super promising. This lady can drink liters per day, every day I find the top 5cm layer of soil dry. She usually receives about 1-1.2L water per day.

Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. looking lovely. Although they still seem small. Not sure how long they will take to finish. They will probably shoot up once they get into the large air pots. Pretty happy with the progress so far though. Meaty main stems. Humidity isn't quite as high as I would like but it's a fair compromise with others flowering. As for superthrive. Does it work? Well I'm not seeing the explosive growth it promised in the root zone. But it's not really a fair trial as they've all had it.

Seems like this was a bubblegum variety strain judging by the smell and structure of the plant. I would recommend it, If I knew what it was.

The double grape is coming around. But the freebie gelato is spreading out nicely. Dealing with tent temp raising a bit I’ve been constantly monitoring and enjoying the day by day changes.

End of day 27 flower. Did a full defoliation on her today to open her up for a better light penetration. Also did a bud pinching technique about 5 days ago on two main branches so I will see how it compares to the ones that were left alone. Journal de Culture – Semaine 1 : Transplantation du Clone La culture démarre avec une bouture de Mother Gorilla (Royal Queen Seeds), prélevée sur mon pied-mère. Après un enracinement en douceur, elle a été transplantée dans son nouvel environnement de croissance. Bonne nouvelle : le système racinaire s’est bien développé, signe que la transition s’est faite correctement ! Cette fois, j’ai bien veillé à maintenir une hygrométrie stable à 80 %, ce qui avait été un souci lors de ma précédente culture. Pour ça, j’ai investi dans un humidificateur AC Infinity qui fait très bien le job. Côté paramètres : • Éclairage : 18h de lumière • Humidité : 80 % • pH : 5,5 - 5,8 (légères corrections à faire) • Température de l’eau : 18°C Pour l’instant, la plante est encore en phase d’enracinement, mais ça se passe bien. On va voir comment elle évolue la semaine prochaine ! J’espère que cette variété réagira bien en hydroponie. After a smooth rooting process, she’s been transplanted into her new grow environment. Good news: the root system has developed well, which means the transition went smoothly! This time, I made sure to maintain a steady 80% humidity, something I struggled with in my last grow. To help with that, I picked up an AC Infinity humidifie and it’s working great. Key parameters: • Lighting: 18 hours • Humidity: 80% • pH: 5.5 - 5.8 (minor adjustments needed) • Water temperature: 18°C Right now, the plant is still in its rooting phase, but everything looks good so far. Let’s see how she progresses next week! I’m curious to see how this strain performs in hydro. Excited for what’s next!

I SOAKED THE SEEDS IN A CUP OF WATER, WITH A DASH OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, FOR 24 HRS. I THEN DUMPED THEM ON A PLATE BETWEEN PAPERTOWLS, AND ANOTHER PLATE(NOT TOO SOAKED-MAKE ROOM FOR AIR) UNDERNEATH I PLACED A HEATING PAD UNDER THE PLATE, FOR 24 HRS, TIIL THEY POP AND ROOT TAIL IS QUARTER TO HALF AN INCH FROM THERE I PLACED THEM IN PRE-SOAKED JIFFY PELLETS, AND PLACED THEM IN A GERMINATION KIT/WITH LID DOME. I DEFINETLY MESSED UP BY KEEPING THEM TOO MOIST. AND HAD TO TREAT THEM WITH A HYDROGEN PEROXIDE(3%)DELUTED WITH WATER, UNDER AND TOPPED. THEY ARE 10 DAYS NOW, I BEEN TRYNA HARDEN THEM OFF, PLAN ON TRASNFERING THEM TO THE SYSTEM. WISH ME LUCK

I inspected the little ones and noticed signs of Thrips, annoying buggers. I treated them with neem oil and a time released pest fumigator strip (last 3 months). I gave all the girls Flower Fuel a granular bloom booster I got off of amazon last year. I never had issues with it though I haven’t used beastie blooms or other common bloom boosters on the market. The week after next (week 7) I’ll add powdered amendments to keep them going till harvest. I may even amend at week 6 so they get a head start on breaking down all the organic materials. Everything is ph’d to ~6.5, the girls are looking healthy and will be ready for feeding soon. ‖ PESTS ‖ Found a few thrips around, still managing the white flies okay but I’ll need to tackle the thrips immediately to prevent stunted growth and stress to the girls. I use neem oil, green cleaner (not the kitchen disinfectant) and a slow release fumigation strip that helps with most pest. ‖ FINAL THOUGHTS ‖ This week has gone well, again I was surprised with the growth rate during this week. The stretch period is still going for some of the girls so I’ll keep updating on their individual growth stats for the next couple of weeks. I’ll need to inspect my plants a bit more carefully so I don’t miss any signs of stress, pests , etc. I may be partially blind but I can still make a better effort in spotting these potential issues, I’m still learning :) Well, it’s been a great week, got some work ahead of me. Day 50 - Fully recovered from defoliation, starting to show signs of flowering.... Day 51 - Added some pics.... i forgot to turn on the 600w light panel after i turned it off for something... this was during the swap over to flower... so they were on mostly 2700k for afew days... Day 54 - Added some pics/vid, in the sunshine.... looking good, starting to flower..... pics of roots coming out everywhere... might have to defoliate some more..... 😎 Day 55 - Added some pics, they look happy in the light :) The girls are drinking alot, i'm still just bottom saucer watering, and just wet the top soil every few days.... It's alot easy way of letting them drink as much as they want without me over feeding them, The 8 ml/1 lt of dutch master gold one, is approx. working out to 800 ppm and about 6 PH mixed (i just add it until it's 800ppm), and i'm making up a 2 lt bottle of that every few days.... i think i'll have to go upto 1000-1200 ppm soon.... Both girls have root balls fully taking up every bit of room in the pots soil, the roots are coming out the top of the dirt, and out the bottom of the pots.... i'll take some pics of the roots and ventilation/exhaust, this week... The ventilation , exhaust, and filter are working properly, now that i have worked out the proper setup, there is no smell, and it has no impact to the home, other than the size of the tent. Something to notice is the home DIY LED setup i built, and the color in the pics, notice the yellowy sunlight color spectrum of the LEDs .... the details of the lights are in previous weeks...... The seed popped after ~48h and was planted directly into her forever home. A 20 litre airpot filled with new 6:1 compost:perlite mix.

Guava Slushy here in the start of week 5 of Bloom! I've got some supplemental lighting going on to see if it'll help some of the lower areas not receiving as much light!! Let's see we are running advanced nutrients connoisseur bloom a & b. So I found out they make a connoisseur bloom A & B that's safe for coco coir! So i got some other way! Ive been giving her water inbetween nutrients to avoid salt build up in roots! Finally able to use the trellis net, this plant loves it and wants to grow wild with it lol!! We are hunkering down in week 5 of bloom!! This ladies is happy let's go GUAVA! Thank you for all the support

Week 7 and things are just bobbing along. The bud sites are starting to flesh out nice and it's getting a bit stinky in the tent. The buds are smelling very unripe, super green, but I can sense how it'll deepen and get sweet and pungent. The last watering was with the same ratio of fertilizer - which is now around 1/2 strength as recommended on the bottle. I think that went a little too fast on the smaller plants. There's some purpling on the higher up growth. On all of the plants, besides B#2 (which is doing the best, non-topped), they are dropping lower leaves very rapidly. It's probably normal, but the fact that the largest and most successful plant isn't makes me think there's something wrong. Perhaps it's a phenotype thing, or watering for the smaller plants is too much? Anyway, hoping to push this grow out for a few more weeks. Due to COVID-19 I have to move house which is right in the middle of the peak fo these plants blooming. Hopefully it ain't too stressful. Will see how it looks on the other side. Peace 😌
