I added Humboldt Bloom nutes to the schedule by the second feeding I was doing a complete amount not cutting it in half. Day 42 Flower Hey Growers. It’s been a pretty easy week. Im just watering and feeding away. I’ve slowly worked the Vipar Spectra XS2000 down to 16 inches at 100%. Im moving the light back and forth every day from the right to left of the tent and the plants really seem to like it. They have a scent of over ripe lemon. A kind of sweet lemon skunky earthy aroma. The scent is uncontainable when the canopy is manipulated and they are covered in wet sticky terps and trichomes. We are essentially just on autopilot for the time being, just hoping they are able to bulk up some more in the coming weeks. I am expecting to be at this for at least another month as this is a 10 week strain according to GHS. So far so good. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Happy Growing 🤞🏻🌱🍋

That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). She has developed very well this week. I will give you 7-10 days before I switch to flowering. Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

The plants have had a considerable growth spurt, and some roots are starting to show on the surface of the soil. I’ve added Cal-Mag since the soil is low in nutrients and the water in my area has a low EC . I performed a defoliation of the first three nodes. Some of the branches are starting to take on a slight purple hue. I’m switching to a 12/12 light cycle now.

Day 83 Day 41 Flower This Royal Creamatic has done amazingly well. I'm very impressed royal queen seeds!! She has finalised, soil has returned to dry, I also did 24hrs of darkness on last day to help boost trichome development, not sure if worked or not but she is very tasty looking! Trichomes now seeing amber and pinks they look amazing, the smell is unreal, a caramel sweet hint then BANG straight gas to the nose and throat 😂 safe to say she'll be a hitter 💪💚 Overall I'm impressed with what I achieved from a 3gal fabric pot, on a whim I threw 3 seeds in, kept 2. Topped one, and found this strain prefers to just have lst and support during flower as she does present some dense flowers 🙌 I have a wet bud weight of 570g. Trimmed wet buds are 423g Wet trim 47g I will be hanging for 7-10 days, possibly 14 due to size of nuggets 😅. I'll update dry weight then 🤞 Bud dry weight 287g!! It smells incredible! Gassy, pungent straight to the nose, but then it's a sweet caramel / vanilla tone. Smoking - 😍😋, damn, my partner only had 4-8drags normally, but she described this one as a caramel biscuit ice cream, that tasted that good she smoked past the high 🤦‍♂️😂🤣🚀🚀 She was off, half a joint and done. Giggles, munchies, sex sleep. I enjoyed. It on the other hand, straight the eyes, dry throat, munchies as soon as stubbed out. Then we had amazing connection s+x 😁. Last round of defoliation until harvest. These girls are officially in bulk mode. Again, 3 completely different phenos. That purple one is something to behold!

I guess I first have to extend a big thank you to James and the folks at RQS. The genetics of their “Northern Light” did not disappoint and this was a no fuss grow across all categories. This will be the only time you hear me refer to Northern Lights in the singular. It’s kinda like calling a “pickerel” a “walleye” - you just don’t do that up here😉. She took well to training, showed no signs of lockout or deficiency, and we were at the top limits of botanicare’s recommended feeding schedule the whole time. I’d call this typical NL - the scent wasn’t overly powerful, she grew somewhat squat and while I’m actually very surprised at the final weigh (thought it would be much less), the whole grow was typical of the strain in my experience. Possibly her biggest limiting factor was simply space constraints. The photos pretty obviously demonstrate that she got really crowded out by the neighbouring kush and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if she’d have done a little better with some more room. That said, what isn’t “typical” are the effects. RQS touts this as a cup winner and I can see why. Had the opportunity to sample a little and WHOA! She Hits with a lasting, cerebral and euphoric effect that starts as a light, happy high. Not a crippling or dulling effect at all. Just everything you’d expect from a well rounded strain in general. Perfect. I almost wanna describe it as a classic sativa but I’ve been smoking nothing but a pure indica for so many months now that anything different is gonna feel that way 😂.
