Still not a drop of rain for the last 3 weeks, 26C daily, full sun, really exploding in growth these days. Gave her another soak of some local Kelp / Fish mix, also been spraying with Aloe / Neem / Kelp mix twice weekly. Responding well to very little nutes / water. Catepillers seem to have peaced out, this warm weather caused their population to explode, lettuce and other veg was also hurt, not normal. FIM recovery was very quick, I'll be fimming 3 top nodes this weekend, need to keep this height under control at this rate of growth.

Flush week!!! I also pre-harvested one branch to see the difference in taste (flush vs no flush) and also the difference feel (body/mind high). Super sticky stuff! And soooo smelly! Citrus fruit with spice

Week 6 and things are really taking off. They are beginning to fatten up. Been using Overdrive for about 10 days now and buds are ROCK hard. Very impressed with this combo I have going right now. The Venom OG just continues to blow me away. The buds are really begging to fill out now and the leaves are just started to turn a dark color. Grand Daddy Purps have recovered nicely and are showing some incredible colors. Buds may be a little smaller in size than the other two but with at least 12 tops each and rock solid buds, I am not sweating it. Can't say how impressed I am with Dark Heart Nursery. These are really quality plants! At this point I am watering every day until the end.

Ok so i'm pretty sure i'm screwed......these plants are now going to be over the fence but it is what it is, had some help measuring the plants this time so the tape did fold and i know that it got to the base of the stalk as it's really hard to do by yourself with plants of this size: PP #1-74 inches #2-80.5 inches #3-82 inches OS #1-78 inches #2-75 inches #3-70 inches So i believe i'm running into a MG deficiency with these girls as well, i'll fill out the grow question for one lucky person to get some point for GOTM. Still waiting on my bag of gaia green 4-4-4, but i did give them some Basalt rock dust 1 cup and some Glacial rock dust 2 cups to try in help what i believe to be an MG deficiency. I didn't have enought to give them what i wanted to so i'll have to wait for that to come in as well or just pick up some rock dust on my way home from Halifax Seed. I under estimated fertilizers for this grow wasn't expecting them to get this big...... Woke up the other morning to a little bit of wind come from the west and the tops were doing some swaying so i had to run into town to the grow shop and pick up some trellis to secure the tops that arn't in the cage. I figured the best was to trellis them as i could only get two 5x30 nets what to just run one each over the tops and secure to the fence. I did work on cleaning some of the inside out but theres just so much it's hard to get everything done in two week with real life going on as well. So i've set up an automated curing system for when these ladies are done. I'll have an air pump hooked up to a timer, then the pump will run into a 12 valve manifold, there will be 12 bucket. each valve will have it's own bucket. each bucket has a one way check valve going into the bottom of the bucket into a perforated hose that will cure around the bottom of the bucket. so the fresh air will rise up thru the bucket. at the top of the bucket will be an outlet with a one way check valve. the buckets have Gama seal lids that screw on with gaskets so it gives you an air tight seal. So having the timer set to twice a day for the first two weeks then adjust to once a day everyday for a few more weeks everything should be on cruse control, no more burping jars if everything works like it's supposed to!

Day 44: Starting to see some preflower signs and man guys this girl is stunning.. Everything is growing perfect 👌 😌. Leaves and color are beautiful and she takes feedings like a beast. I'm really impressed so far 👏. It is almost 19 inches tall now and I'm thinking shes got another foot to go lol. All 3 plants are adapting very well to LST, the shape its growing into have been allowing the light to reach further into the lower growth nodes and branches. I like to start bending the branches close to the main stem as early as week 3 of VEG. Now these 3 Northern Lights Auto seeds are from Sun West Genetics, they were all germinated, planted, trained, fed the same way they have been on the same controlled environment since day 1, the 3 are totally different, I know each plant is unique in its own way, but I find strange that 1 plant is taller and stronger than the other 2, the smaller one is growing weak leaves with signs of mutation, all 3 plants show signs of Magnesium deficiency, these 3 plants are sharing a grow tent with a Haze Auto from Seedsman, all 4 plants are under the same diet, the Haze have no signs of deficiencies or mutations, I guess that shows what good genetics look like. For the Magnesium deficiency I have mixed my own Epson salts into water and applied as a foliar spray, internet said the spray should be used every other week, wait 2 weeks to see results. Signs of Nutes burn, I decided to stop feeding for this coming week. The 3 NL leaves are looking unhappy, kind of clawing under, they look lifeless, I have ruled off a few potential problems such as: Wind Burn Under Watering Water PH Light Burn, just moved the QB higher to 17 inches from the highest canopy today. If any of you fellow growers have advice for the leaves, please let me know. Stay Lit folks 👩‍🌾🏻

Grow diary 11. This grow I'm running 4 diaries, one for each strain in the tent. So my plan is instead of a week being 7 days, my weeks are most likely going to be every 10 days. I think I'm going to take pictures every 5 days so there is a mid week and end week shot. I'm germinating in my propagation tent which is secret jardin dp60. I soaked the seeds in water for 15 hours. The seeds sank so i took that as a good sign. After the seed had soaked for 15 hours I then soaked the rockwool cube for 30 mins in PH 5.8 water with 0.5ml/L hydroguard. Gave the cube a shake and let it drain for 30 mins before placing the seed pointy side down so the top of the seed is level with the cube. Covered seed with a loose bit of rockwool. Placed into propagator with the sunblaster t5 lights on constant. After 71 hours the seed popped TEMP MAX 34.2C AVG 30.1C MIN 25.8C HUMID MAX 86.3% AVG 80.3% MIN 57.2% VPD MAX 2.07 AVG 0.83 MIN 0.64 Hopefully back in 10 days.

What's interesting to me is seeing the big difference in the SSH, the 2 previous girls I had were veracious growers, 3 1/2 days of germination and they had a tap root longer than an inch! This one is not so aggressive and has stronger sativa genetics, thin not phat. The others have been doing well, no pest yet which I'll be doing a bleach wipe down of my side of the garage to reduce the chances of an invasion. ~Note~ I'll be updating later this week with a short vid showing the progress.
