#seedsman420growoff and #SeedsmanSeeds 📆 Week 5, 25-31 May 2024 25-27 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 28 May - Defoliated plant. 29 May - Placed scrog ring on trellis system, bent top of plant over 90 degrees, adjusted and spread branches (see pictures). 30-31 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 I’m very pleased with the way this plant has responded to the nutrient schedule so far. Now it is time to see how she will do with training. I like using a version of the scrog method most because it gives me the greatest space for bud growth overall. My experiences have taught me that under these lights there is about 15-18” worth of quality vertical bud potential. Anything below that line is only draining on the plant, and not receiving adeqate DLI. So I dont need to focus on a tall plant - rather a wide one. Now that she is under a scrog the DLI has a significant canopy increase. What I’ve done with this plant is cut all side shoots off the main branches up to the scrog. She will grow for another week to allow all for growth to develop just above that and then be flipped to flower. I’ve never grown this plant before, but assumeing she can double her size during pre-flower, I’ll have plenty of room in my grow tent. The Trellis System: is made with 1/2” (12.7mm) white, SharkBite PEX, 1/2” pex clamps, small screws/nuts #6-32 x 3/8 in (to hold clamps opposite each other, this is what holds the structure together, side bars, rings, scrog), 1/2” pex straight coupling connectors (to connect rings, and extensions), nylon tape and nylon cord. The frame design is independant from the bucket and can be put on anytime before or after the start of the grow. It simply snaps together (nothing needs to be crimpted), the rings stay in tact with coupling and tape, the netting is strung once for the most part, I prefere 2” squares, and held in place by clamps. The size of the rings depends on the size of your pot, the bottom and top ring are measured seperately. The scrog ring is determined by the size of the tent or desired spread. It takes 5 side bars evenly spaced apart and snapped on the bottom ring 1st to hold the frame sturdy in place, their length should start flat from the bottom to about 8” above the top of the bucket. Place the pot into the bottom ring with 5 side bars already attached, lift up the bars, then put on and attach the top ring, this prevents it from moving. Both are then placed on a 12” Bonsai turn table for easy access and observation of the plant. The final scrog is placed on when the desired height is close to being achieved, then maneuvered down over the plant. A simple design that allows you to easily adjust the netting (place extenders on side bars faceing in opposite direction for additional height) and opens many other possabilities for training. Buenos humos para todos los fumetas :) , bueno esta semana la verdad en lo que respecta a las plantas , fue muy bien creciendo vigorozas y yo aprendiendo a medir la electroconductividad del agua , en especial hay una planta muy grande y de tallo muy grueso , le tengo mucha fe , EC y PH de entrada 0.6 y 5.8 , Ec y Ph salida 2.0 y 5.5

After defoliating both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants after week 11 they now develop more and amore flower clusters, since the light can penetrate deeper int the canopy now. The plants are producing trichomes like crazy, even the bigger sugar leaves are covered in them! VERY FROSTY PLANTS! The flower clusters clearly form colas now along all side branches and both plants fill up nicely. The smell is now strong and sweet with a clear peach aroma to it, it makes me smile every time I look into the tent. The plants love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are getting the recommended dose every watering.

Day 43: Watered at 6.5 today. Girls looking pretty good other than a small amount of clawing on some leaves. Thinking I have the fan blasted on them too much. Backed it off a touch and we shall see. Also, my rust spots are starting to come back barely and I think I may up the nutes next go as they are hungry. Stacking up nicely though. Day 44: Busy, no update. Day 45: Girls looking frosty! Think I may have screwed the pooch on one of the girls. Got a little rough picking up the pots and may have snapped a main cola. In the uploaded video notice where its zoomed. Praying! 🙏 Day 46: Letting the girls dry out today. Will give em a thorough watering tomorrow. Not able to upload pics/vids currently. Day 47: No new updates. Day 48: The girls look great! 💪 Gave them a cleanse and just fed with CalMag and Sensizym. Looks like they are finished with the stretch and starting to build mass. Hoping for at least a couple huge colas! Day 49: Looking good. No new updates. I have been keeping a very close eye on the runoff PPM's as I am starting to have some rusty splotches on the leaves again. I have upped the CalMag to see if this helps as that is what it is looking like.

Been a busy week, everything is looking good I still have 1 that is behind and still recovering. Potted into 6.5L pots. Vpd is in range but does fluctuate. Gonna back the EC off a little as i find it to be high in nitrogen in places I don’t like doing plain watering so I shall lower the ec and do a little extra run off Midweek so some good recovery from transplanting everything looking good still environment perfect backed off the nutrients added a water butt and and air pumps to the room. Later week update, all these ladies are thriving in there environment really healthy plants, I need to get rid of the shite from the early growth when they were fresh cuttings now. The branching has exploded now these girls take about a week from topping to get back to full growth rate under these led lights other than that all good. 🌱

Day 28 Veg Day 1 Flowering: Hi growmies. Here we are at the start of flowering for these happy healthy little ladies from Zamnesia seeds. Girl scout cookies #1 has now had to have pegs to hold her limbs in place as she keeps heading for the light but I want a more squat plant so will keep her lower this way until stretch has about ended. This should keep the main canopy uniform and lower than they want to grow naturally. It is a manageable size so far but is filling the pot out more each day. #2 is a little smaller in general and is also dealing with a repair from a major split on the 5th node bend. She has made sure it survived but I still need to watch her for any pathogens creeping in. Amnesia haze #1 has gone crazy in the last week and her f.i.m has really brushed her out to fill her pot with so many potential mains. She will need a little defol along the way now flowering has begun but inam hoping to keep as many of those fat workhorse fan leaves in the game. #2 has now lost the rectangular look and has also been held down with tent pegs in various locations to promote many mains. She is a nice growing lady with no signs of any issues. #3 was left a more natural pattern but will definitely have to have some stripping out done as she is so full of growth tips, hidden by so many big fan leaves another potential monster in the making in think. Now we are going into the stretch periods , I need to keep on top of the training to best exploit the space I have to use as I am now fitting another Mars light into the fun zone. (Diary will begin soon !!). A lot of activity this week with harvests on other strains and new seeds going in too. I also have 2 100L living organic soil beds cooking for the next run . I've had to slow down on feeding abit gave plain ph tap water just to be safe but looks great already showing clear signs of sex on day 23 and drinking well 🍄

The fimming does what I wished. The single headbud, „twin‘ed“ into 3 headbuds. The fimming also stops the vegetation, but most times luckily only the node of the headbud! Then does the twinheadbuds build a roof-crown with the other nodes.

Had major struggles with humidity due to cold front, but got it in somewhat better ranges. My planet of the grapes started wilted/ drooping mid week [other strains were fine]. Did some research and it turned out they needed more water.[ I normally water every other day, feed every second feed and I top dressed before flipping].I fed them, got the humidity back in acceptable ranges. I also gave them some tea [molasses, banana peels, Gaia green bloom,all purpose and worm castings] They seem to be happier. Very eager to defoliate at end of this week been taking few leaves here and there but nothing crazy. Decided to build a suspended 2ply scrog net seems to be working great. 29/sep/25 se hidrata la semilla en agua con PH en 5.89, Se le agrego gotas de agua oxigenada. 10:35 la semilla toca el agua, guardamos por 24 hrs. 30/sep/25 la semilla abrió, vamos a pasar a servilleta a las 10:35 al cumplir las 24 hrs. 1/10/25 - 11:30 se retira de la servilleta y se coloca en Jiffy, el jiffy se coloca en domo de germinación Vivosun, con Tapete térmico por debajo de la charola germinadora a 25⁰C, una vez abra se inicio con apoyo de luz led qué viene en el Domo.
