In der fünften Woche habe ich es gewagt. Nachdem ich die Weiße Witwe schon etwas trainiert habe, wurde sie jetzt auch oberhalb des fünften Sprossknotens abgeschnitten. Dazu habe ich meine Nagelschere benutzt (siehe Video), mit der ich mir auch die Fußnägel schneide. 😅 Dann wurde die unterste Nodi noch entfernt. Jetzt hat sie noch vier Nodien übrig, die zu acht Blütenstände wachsen sollen. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich eine Pflanze getoppt habe. Um sie besser runter binden zu können, habe ich einen Haselnusszweig quer über den Topf befestigt. Das macht das Festbinden um einiges leichter. Die Cherry-Lady lasse ich ohne Training etc. wachsen. Sie ist aktuell ca. 40 Zentimeter hoch. Hier werde ich in den nächsten Tagen nur etwas entlauben. Die untersten Blätter können abgemacht werden. Sie sehen nicht sehr gut aus. Die Kirschen-Lady kann auch einen größeren Topf vertragen. Sie wird bald umgetopft. Der PH-Wert der Supermarkt-Blumenerde ist mit etwa 8 zu hoch. Der Idealwert liegt zwischen 6 und 7. Ich werde dafür Rhododendron- und Hortensienerde besorgen. Damit wird ein eigener Mix hergestellt. Solange bleibt sie aber noch in ihrem kleinen Topf, dem ich einen Mantel verpasst habe. Der Jutebeutel soll die Pflanze vor den Trauermücken schützen. Das abgeschnittene Teil der White Widow wird versuchsweise in einen kleinen Anzuchtbehälter gesteckt und ordentlich nass gehalten. Ich bin gespannt, ob es mir gelingt, die Pflanze zu klonen. peace & love

Die terps werden immer intensiver, vor allem die FrostBanger kommt so süß daher. Alle buds sind ordentlich fest und haben eine sehr schöne Größe. Zwei bis drei Wochen werden sie noch brauchen, die Apple-Fritter vorne rechts braucht eher noch 4-5 Wochen, ist halt keine Fastbuds, der Unterschied ist schon sehr deutlich zu erkennen. The terpenes are getting more and more intense, especially the FrostBanger, which is so sweet. All the buds are nice and firm and a great size. They'll need another two to three weeks, the Apple Fritter in the front right probably needs four to five weeks – it's not a Fastbuds, after all; the difference is already very noticeable.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the updates. ** THIS TEXT SERVES FOR WEEKS 14-18** I had ALOT of problems with this lady these past 4 weeks. Really bad weather, rain, wind, blazing heat, cloudy, temps going from 17-35C every other day for 2 WEEKS straight.. very sketchy! World's going to shit y'all! Also had a Spider mites battle for 3 weeks and finally got rid of them. And on top of that, all of the pictures I had weekly were deleted off my pc.. Only have a few for each week, luckly found those on my phone. I've been watering 2L every other day for the past 4 weeks. Some days less.. about 1.6L beacuase there just wasn't enough sun for her to drink up. On week 16 there were some crazy-ass MFing winds. I'm talking gone with the wind style. As I had the spider mite problem, I didn't want to bring her in the house and risk those little fuckers finding their way to my grow room. (As I have that section perfectly isolated and pest free, wanted to keep it that way.) The result of not bringing her inside? The bottom branches that weren't tied down properly because I didn't think they would be damaged as the balcony has a little wind breaker on the bottom half. But to my surpise.. all three branches snapped and broke, So i decided to go ahead and take them off. I know it isn't much info for the past weeks, but It's what I've been battling with. The buds are airy as a result of all the stress, don't look to appleaing to be honest. My other two GSC came out GREAT, awesome lovely dense buds but those were different conditions. I'm just finishing her to harvest because she made it through a big battle and deserves to be harvested as a champion she is. Keeping in mind this was just a balcony experiment to see what I can and can't do with this balcony.. I'm not too worried about the final outcome. Luckily she pulled through so i'll make some hash with what I harvest. I'll also be joining the FastBuds Halloweed contest with this lady before harvesting and I've got the perfect idea... 😏 Pistils are brown and curled. Trichs are all cloudy and almost half past dew.. I've been watering for past 10 days with only water. So I'll be harvesting soon. I'll take some better pictures this week after the halloweed dress up and before harvesting. Quite the week for growth. All the ladies have responded quite well. The Neville's Haze has taken off the most and its genetics are showing. I plan to take it back under the LED and flip it in about two weeks due the rapid growth and long flowering time. Northern souls is the smallest in size, but all are doing very well and the genetics are starting to differentiate. I have noticed they all seem a litter smaller under the Ultrasun in comparison to the Hortilux. I plan to monitor for this as a trend.

This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/1- Week Three of veg is here for the pair of 'Testers' from SSSC/Dutch Passion Seeds. Both 'Testers' continue to do exceptionally well despite temp's in the greenhouse reaching just over 90℉ at the peak of the day. Both continue to show great vigor, color and are both constantly 'praying'! 5/3- Watering both continues every 2-3 days depending on what the plants want. Both girls are looking like champs! 5/5- Today I watered both with 8oz. of well water, to which I added 1 tsp. of Uncle Willies Worm Tea Concentrate. 5/6- Well fam, the Third week of veg is in the rear view mirror for these two beautiful 'Testers' from SSSC and Dutch Passion. Unfortunately, I have to go out of state for 7-10 days because of a family emergency, so I won't have pic's for next week. I will have a family member looking after the plants in the greenhouse to make sure all survive until I return! Hopefully, this is the last week for the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. Fan leaves are getting yellow and the pistils are getting brown and also keep checking the trichomes that are getting milky. Watering 125ml 2 times per plant, so altogether 700ml for 2 plants, and now the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. is being flushed so no fertilization. Purple Punch will be fertilized with the same way before I did and now it is flowering. I removed some yellow leaves from the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe that was dried so the lower buds might be able to receive more light. Monday: Sunday is the scheduled harvest day for Gelato Cookie D'ohpe. I can't wait to happen. Petty much everything is okay. Last day of the 9th week so I trimmed the Gelato Cookie D'ohpe before harvest and also this is the last day when I gave her water so I added extra today 2x 250ml. Until Sunday no more water and Saturday no light also so 3 days no water before harvest and 1 day no light. I removed the oldest biggest fan leaves from the Purple Punch because those were getting yellow and the plant looks much better, let her focus on her buds. :) As I cut off the leaves the Purple Punch has like citrus smell in really like that. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is stronger, very strong smell, for me stinky, but the flowers have fruity smell I really like it. So the end of the week Purple Punch is 40 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70 cm.

First i have to say i messed up at gemenation 3 of them dyed and had to gereminat again. So: Sweet seeds: Black Cream Gem at 30/3, Veg at 6/4 is now preflowering at week 3 and was the only one that didnt dyed. Zamnesia: Wedding Cake Gem at 6/4, Veg at 12/4 is now at week 2 Bomberry Glue Gem at 8/4, Veg at 14/4 is now at week 2 also Purple Couscous Gem at 11/4, Veg at 17/4 is now at end of week 1 Its going to be a strange diary but because the timelapse ideia makes all sense just to make one Diary. When I was enjoying some smoke from a green gelato came to my mind what if i automated my garden? Hand on in some zigbee sensores and plugs and my Hassio. Done some flows on node red and this is what i have got till now: Fully autometed light: 1 mars hydro ts1000 17.5h hours a day 2 Cosmorrow blooming 18.5 hours a day 1 uvb light 3 hours a day Fan: Temperature controlled ( working on how can i control vpd with it) CO2: Working But Disable( Jq300 not stable sensor it poles from cloud waiting for another sensor to arrive to connect to a esp32 and pole my values) Vent: controles by inou temperature delta Cam: Live feed and timlapse My Hassio gives me telegram notifications and plugs control, ppfd, dli, vpd calculed and the normal temp and humidity. Still No soil moiste control just a miflora but not very accuret still searching for sensor that works to come up with a watering system All its maid to have a <300watts consum so small lamps and no dehumidifier buts very easy to scale it up. Hey Leute, heute ein kleines Update vom Blütetag 32. Ich würd mal sagen die Woche is nicht ganz so rund gelaufen, war aber auch nur ne Frage der Zeit bis die ersten Fehler passieren und sich erste Probleme zeigen. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden, der Stretch is vorbei und die Pflanzen trinken mittlerweile deutlich weniger. Leider hatte ich Temperatur und Feuchtigkeitsprobleme und die Fußbodenheizung mögen die Mädels glaub auch nicht wirklich. Die Papaya Frosting macht sich immer noch prächtig, ist Frosty as fuck und riecht echt richtig nice. Bei den andern drei geht alles bisschen langsamer und sie sind glaub nicht ganz so happy, aber richtig übel haben sie mir auch noch nichts genommen. Die Blue Cheese hat braune spitzen die sich nach oben rollen, mein verdacht kalte Zugluft und zu warme Wurzeln von der Fussbodenheizung (steht direkt vor der zuluft). Irgendwie haben auch alle Lila spitzen und die Pink Chai bekommt grade ganz Lila Blätter, hatte mal ein gekipptes Fenster vergessen und es war während der Lichtphase nur 19 grad. Andere Idee wäre Kaliummangel durch zuviel Kalzium, aber eher unwahrscheinlich weil die eingerollten Blätter angefangen haben als ich das Fenster vergessen hatte. Die Woche werd ich bisschen Greenhouse Booster geben und mal CalMag wieder runterfahren, so ganz hab ich kein vertrauen das die Erde durchhält bis zum Schluss. Schönes Wochenende wünsch ich euch! 🖖

Smelling sexy

Every video and picture were taken on the same day (113/ week 16). If you look at the bottom branches and colas, the pistils are nearly finished and there aren't many clear pistils left. I have attached microscope photos as well. It is important to check many sites on the plant, as only checking one or two colas may be deceiving as to if the plant is ready to harvest or not. I have taken the lower branch and chopped it about two days ago and will sample it in a few days. I'm excited for this plant to be done soon.
