Week 5 for Moby dick, Wow really didn't expect this explosion of growth compared to last week, this plant really really push hard now. Wasn't really on the cards to LST this girl but her lowers just started pushing so much i thought it would be a waste to not stretch her out bushy. Also defoliated a few leaves that were blocking light from a few of the lower branches. Am thinking of moving her outdoors very soon to care advantage of some outdoor sun. We can also now say for sure she's in pre-flower throwing out so many white hairs. 😎 Very happy with how shes doing atm.

Good week. PPM issues last week were due to messing around with the watering schedule. I changed to a 3min fill and the extra water disturbed the clay pebbles, releasing sediment into the reservoir. I'm back to 1min fills. Buds are looking excellent. They're growing very close to the lamp but I don't have room to raise it anymore, I'm thinking I'll need to string them using the corners of the tent as anchors if they start burning. The dehumidifier was also set too high, so it's been a bit steamy in there for the last day. Reset it from 45% back down to 20% so it's running at full power day and night. When it's set at 45% the real RH raises to 80%, when it's set at 20% the RH sits at around 45%.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had high temperature of 89 with mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-3 gallons per pot. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 90°F with clear, sunny skies. I watered 2-2.5 gallons from the hose. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 97°F with mostly sunny skies. It was a scorcher. I watered 2-3 gallon twice today from the hose. Day 4 we had high temperature of 95°, but it felt like 102°. Skies were partly cloudy. I watered 2-3 gallons twice today. Day 5 we had rain the previous night and early morning. We had cloudy skies, with high temperature of 81°F. I did not water today. I added 50ml of blood meal top dressed to each pot. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 87°F and mostly sunny skies. I watered 2-3 gallons. Day 7 we had partly cloudy skies and a high temperature of 86°F. I watered 2-3 gallons each pot

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

I apologize for this diary not being thorough. I haven't had the extra time to fully document, or even give this grow the attention it deserves. Now that I have a couple grows under my belt, I feel more comfortable and know what to expect. I wanted to try and keep things as simple as possible, so I decided to try the Lucus Formula and only use Maxibloom through the full life cycle. For the first few weeks, I used nothing but filtered tap water, and once the plants had a few set of leaves, I began with a half feeding. After a week, I bumped to the full 7g/gal of the nutes and have continued that to this point, week 11. One plant looks to be at least a week closer to being ready to chop. I plan to flush after this week and cut the larger one, and then maybe one last feeding for the other. I think I will only grow 1 plant at a time going forward as I always have an issue with keeping both healthy and on pace. And LST works great in this setup.
