Day 28 I was away for 5 days and wow the growth... I'm sold on the auto-pots 😂 Shes a nice in-between of bushy/stretchy structure. No signs of preflowers yet.

Stopped Vodoo juice, I continue to feed g/m/b, B52 and cal/mag until i get my all pre flowers established. Not just to see them but let em to grow a lil bit then this for me is a midway through my grow #Happyplants

Bumped the feeding up and still feeding pretty much everyday. Feeding now until there is about 20% runoff. Also started LST this week honestly could have probably been started a week earlier.

Hey everyone, I meant to post this update yesterday, but I was really busy. Anyway, here she is! She's doing great, although still a bit darker than I'd like, which might just be her genetics. Overall, I'm really happy with how things are going for my first grow. There are definitely some things I could have done to improve this run. The top buds aren't as fat as I hoped, probably because there are so many tops and bud sites under the canopy that aren't getting enough PPFD. This seems to be causing the plant to direct quite a lot of energy to the lower buds, leaving the top colas not getting 100% of the energy they need. But hey, we learn as we go, and this first run has taught me a lot. I'm aiming for at least 4 ounces, but honestly, she doesn't look like she's producing that much weight at the moment. Fingers crossed these buds juice up and double in size within these last two weeks! Thanks for following along and for all the support! 🌱✨

This strain was everything the breeders promised. All the buds were purple and some fan leaves turned pink. She isn’t really dripping in resin but I still needed gloves during trim.

Week 11 has been exactly the same as week 10. There has been some light yellowing one Girl #1 and some of the hairs are starting to turn orange. The colas aren’t very dense. Girl#1 has been doing some weird fox tailing on all the colas.My temperatures haven’t been over 77 and my humidity hasn’t been over 55. I have seen this before in other diaries with other stains. Guess that’s just comes with the territory of ruderalis crossed strains. Can’t really complain cause this is my first rodeo with Autos so I’m just happy to have this experience. I officially think the delayed Pineapple Express auto might not even have the autoflower trait. It’s been 11 weeks and she hasn’t showed the slightest chance of ever flowering. This is really frustrating and deflating. I’m gonna definitely have to put this girl into 12-12. That will have to be after girl #1 is finished. I’m very appreciative of all who show your continued support and give insightful infomation. Can’t wait to see what this harvest will be. This is my first official auto grow. Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. I got my 2 long and narrow paper bags out. The ones the french bread are in at the store. The ones with the long plastic window in them. I went to the male plant, that I have in a different greenhouse, and got some of the open flowers and pollen inside the paper bags. This is a good male. It has lots of flowers, not many leaves, is not too tall, and is good smelling with the "rub the stem and smell your fingers" test. And the smell stays on my fingers for a few minutes, not disappearing in a few seconds. Careful not to dump out the pollen I slid the bag over the buds I pick out. I pinched the bag around the branch and held it with a clothes peg. I gently shoock the bag to get the pollen to each flower pistil. When I closed up for the night I shoock up the bag again. I gently took the bags off the next morning, careful not to spray pollen all over the place, then went a got some more pollen for the next plants. and repeated for all 6 plants. Got some yellowing of some of the older leaves. This is sort of self pruning to me, but I will add some extra nitrogen next time to slow the yellowing. I've seen a few fungus gnats around, but nothing to worry about. Ok. The Adventure Goes On. Be Great. Chuck

My new 600 white ballast came in, so I'm back to 2 600 watt lights, happy about that. I did a little Platt training on my clones to get them to bush out so they won't grow so tall next time. Cleaned up all the small popcorn shoots underneath. That wasn't getting any light.
