Day 44: This afternoon I received the Air Pot and then I immediately mounted one and put in the soil a seed of Amnesia Haze Automatic of the Royal Queen bringing the total of the plants to 15: 8 Gorilla + 1 that has yet to germinate, 4 Cheese (2 large and 2 small) and an Amnesia Haze Auto all from Royal Queen Seeds + 1 x LSA Lemon Haze. At the moment I moved the small Lemon Haze under the new LED + CFL setup to provide a greater amount of direct light. Then under the 600w HPS lamp there are 12 plants and in the grow room 3, the Lemon Haze + 1 Gorilla and 1 Amnesia awaiting germination. However, I decided to leave the grow room open. The crops are close and I connected all three lamps to a single timer with cycle 19/5. Also with this system the plants in the grow room will receive more air and therefore more oxygen, carbon dioxide etc. and a small amount of light coming from the HPS lamp. Day 48: The six Gorillas in advanced bloom have stopped growing in height and have started to form larger gems. The final height of the 8 Gorillas is about 150 centimeters for 3 specimens, and 120 centimeters for the remaining 5 plants of which 2 are in late flowering. The production of numerous sugar leafs is also a sign that the final flowering phase has begun. I think I can collect the first cola in two or three weeks. The sweet smell of resin in this phase begins to become more intense. In this session I photographed the plants one by one before placing them in the final position. In this last position I have rebuilt all the plants, including the two Big Cheese.

Grow diary 11 stage 8. Day 71 to 80 This girl has developed quicker then the other strains and because of the o.g taking up so much space I decided to put up my older ds60 tent with my old mars hydro purple light. After 3 days my old extractor fan broke and she stunk the house out. I pulled her out the other tent on day 75 and gave her ripen for 5 days before moving onto flawless finish. When I'm happy she flushed its harvest. Not expecting much, maybe 1/2 oz, its hard to guess, she is tiny but solid.

Gelato is definitely a solid strain, u can't complain at all, the buds are really starting to fattening and they are really frosty..i can't wait i wanna taste them, but i have to be patient cause there are 4 weeks left and in 1 week i will feed her with the flower booster from RQS.

Week 8 for Lemon orange by greenhouseseedco, End of week 8 for this cultivar, few things.. 2/3 of them are as happy as they could be. The one with 8 tops has got a serious nitrogen deficiency, fed some extra but think she'll need another dose. Interesting that the stems are going bright pink from stress of main-lining. Have also found some spider mite damage which i think came from the soil....

Ho comprato un ph tester che non riesco a calibrare, ne comprerò uno con la vite Giorno 49 - le foglie di “Caramel” tendono sempre a stare più giù e ora si stanno ingiallendo notevolmente, fornisco 1 litro d’acqua a testa in irrigazione. Giorno 50 - credo che le foglie gialle di “Caramel” siano dovute da una carenza di fosforo(P)e potassio(K), probabilmente non assimilata perché non controllo il PH

Ive been busy brewing up the High tea and I fed about 15 litres of the diluted (5:1 water/tea ratio) Tea to her over a two day period and she lapped it up and has regained her vigor again. I know ive mentioned it previously in this diary but I can't stress how Important the condition of your soil is in ,is to your plants overall health. Ive seen lots of grows (mine included) where the Grower only takes notice of the plant itself and ignores the soil until issues appear via the leaves on the plant ie nutrient deficiencies , Root problems ,disease etc . By being Proactive with your soil as well as your plant you can potentially eliminate or alleviate any problems before they can effect the plant. Things like the use of Mycorrhizae will attack any bad pathogens within the soil and root system. Using seaweed/kelp on a regular basis helps the plant during times of stress or High temps as well as being a NATURAL PGR . Mollasses can be used to provide Carbs to your plants roots and the girls love it!! So in a nutshell ,, if you look after your soil it will look after your plants 😃 Thanks for stopping by and reading my diary update 👍

Day 92: what’s happening guys! Week 14 is here. Temps have been okay and humidity has been okay. I’ve got the 400w hps set up and it’s dropped temps slightly and slightly raised humidity which is what I wanted. In my opinion she’s looking ready for the chop! I’m seeing plenty of cloudy trichomes and a few ambers and I’m going for less of a couch lock so I’m thinking around now she is ready. I started plain water 6 days ago and she’s recieved 2L,1L and then 1L again today. All leaves have started yellowing, I imagine this is the plant pulling the nitrogen from the leaves as there’s none at the roots. How much longer does she need to be fed plain water for before she is ready for the chop? Thanks! Stay safe and happy growing✌️🌱🍁 End of the day edit: I decided to harvest the majority of her. The bottoms just a bit under developed so I’ll leave it going a bit longer. After chopping and taking photos out of the hps light the nugs are looking a tinge purple although I can’t see it as strong with my eyes. Hopefully I’ll get a wet weight later so I can add it to the diary later on. Temp is around 24c and humidity is 45-55. How does that sound? I’ve got extractor at the top and a fan at the bottom. We’ll see how long it takes to dry, hoping to go for atleast 5 days. With the virus going around I’m really making use of what I have at home so hopefully the climate will hold up🤞 any tips and advice about drying and curing etc is hugely appreciated🙏 I’ll be back with the harvest update once she’s dried out✌️many thanks happy growing!🍁🌱 She weighed in wet at 110 grams. A great week for her! Guarded by one of my cold blooded friends while I was away! I flushed her with water (PH 6) before I left her to her last few days under the bulb 💡😎 Was pleasantly surprised to see her complete upon my return so I have placed her in darkness for 48 hours before the Chop! I really want to thank all those that have helped me along the way with this one, it’s been very simple bar some toxicity issues at the beginning (all my fault 🙃) but it just goes to show with the right attention and attitude you can turn it around! I will be for sure doing another RQS northern, next time a 10 Gal container and more microbiology attention 🤓 what an absolute beauty she is. The fragrance is a mixture of pine and fruits, it’s really refreshing, the plant itself is sticky ICKY! 😍 See you all in the next few days once she’s been cut/weighed and hung! ✌️👊👍😎

Still battling the heat and humidity

Well I had significant growing issues during this grow. I feel I could of done a lot better. What I do have smells good. Plus Is frosty. I am just not a big Amnesia Haze fan. Personal preference though. The Viparspectra P4000 light worked great as has prior.
