5/11 - Started the "flush" this week! Making it as easy as possible on myself and just using straight tap water to fill the res', and guess what?! I installed the new AC Infinity 6" in-line fan, and it's finally allowing me to keep the tent closed while maintaining an optimal environment. Smell begone!...until I open the tent, that is. The tester nug I clipped from the other week is losing the hay smell, and looking like the frostiest bud I've ever seen. Everything is looking like a 5/16 harvest! Do I seem excited?! I am!! I'll add some pics later today when the lighting is better. Funny how I now have the optimal setup with only a week left to go. Excited to utilize it for the next round though! 5/16 - Y'ALL!!....Y'ALL!!!!!! Attention, please! I have a very important announcement. It is time for Helen to go on to the next life. To commemorate this historic and paramount moment, I am uploading my first video and some amazing (iPhone) pictures (if I do say so myself). As a first-time grower, but loooooonng time cannabis enthusiast/consumer, I still cannot believe I grew this amazing plant. In fact, I am now writing this entry after having vaped part of the tester bud, and let me tell you, I almost cried tears of happiness after the high sank in -- it's phenomenal. The taste has a hint of lemon, lime, earthiness, dominant pine, with a menthol exhale. The effect is very cerebral (as expected for an early harvest), but relaxing. I feel a wave of calmness flow down my body and a nice pressure around my eyes and sinus (which is usually stuffed). I hope she doesn't mind me sharing, but I thought it was touching (and humorous) that my gf legitimately started crying when I told her it was Helen's time. It's ok, she will be remembered and honored over the next several months, and ages to come. ---- Thanks for following 🤙 Always appreciative of tips or suggestions

During this week I will did some fan leaf removal, at the end of the week I will do a full system flush Flushing in 2 day when RO comes Good week. Flushed and added full tilt to the system @ 3tsp a gallon total 15 tsp

So after doing just a couple of weeks of LST on my Elixer CBD auto I realised I didn't like how it was sitting in the pot. It was too late for the CBD but I still had plenty of time for this girl. so I filled up her pot with soil which kinda negated the LST I had already done. No biggie, I enjoy the work so doing a little extra is okay. That's pretty much the only change other wise she's growing well. Continuing on with Dutch Science Nutrition and LST.

My plants dont look like 5week flower, is this because of defoliation ? I hope they bulk up now.

smooth sailing with the new ph meter and the ladies are loving it. I am very pleased with how the flowers are coming on and they havent even reached the flowering stage yet! I will be starting the bulking nute in about 1-2 weeks and then well really see what these ladies are gonne do!!! Only things I really did this week is a little defoil here and there, feed and refresh the co2, I like when things are easy lol 😁

Ill be changing some more nutes later today (Liqui compost)pot4&6 . As well as more LST, HST. Pot1&3 T.A @ 600ppm 5.7ph and all doing very well after the bashing they took on friday.. Well time for some sleep.. 4AM

Well we finally got around to putting a gate on the hemp garden and today we are transplanting one of the ladies in the 1 gallon smart pots to a 5 gallon smart pot. For this process we placed about 3 inches of soil in the 5 gallon smart pot, then placed the 1 gallon smart pot with plant still inside on top of the soil. The next step was to start placing soil around the 1 gallon pot, so that it made sort of a mold. Once we got the soil where we wanted it, we removed the Queen Dream cultivar from the 1 gallon smart pot and placed it in the mold that was made in the soil. Finished up by adding some more soil and then watered the newly transplanted lady. No nutrients added this week.

Overall really pleased with finished buds really frosty, tight packed and really dense. Not bad for 3rd grow, really learning a lot each time and can’t wait to get back up and running. Been really easy to grow this strain minimal attention needed, really busy most of time so this strain is recommended for someone who doesn’t have an awful lot of time to really invest and if you have time even better as this strain I believe would be capable of much more with a bit more pampering

I am happy to announce a new beginning! This time there will be new genetics and seed banks that I haven't tried so far, so I'm very curious to see how it will turns out!🤞🏻☺️ Also it will be the second round for my beloved Runtz Muffin that i promised to bring it back.😁 Now I just need to wait until these seeds will go for 18 hours in a glass with water and then I will transfer them to the paper towel to make them germinate properly and finalize the process in their pots once the sprout stretches by at least 2-3 cm. ☮️💚 Happy growing and positive vibes to everyone 🙌🏻💚 ⚠️ 16-05-21 UPDATE ⚠️ Today i put these little girls into their 1L pots. ***Note that I started to count the days when I placed the seeds between paper towels. The seeds were planted 3 days later and sprouted from the ground 2 days after being planted. D80 (13/05/2021): I'm looking at the trichomes every other days. Glue Gelato is starting to show amber on top buds. No amber for Banana Kush and Gelato. This time I will chop them all at the same time so the one I will rely on is the Glue Gelato. As soon as she is ready, I will harvest them all. Banana Kush and Gelato would probably need more, but in term of logistic, I need to harvest all my plants at the same time. D83 (16/05/2021): Not ready yet. I'm checking trichomes closely! 😬 - Light: the lights are at 100% and at 12 inch form the plants. - Temperature: during the day: 24-25C ; during the night: 20C. - Humidity: the humidity is maintain around 46-48% all the time. - Air circulation: There is an oscillating fan on the ground, one fixed fan pointing on top of the canopy and one fixed fan to help cool the lights. - Water: I gave water every other day or when the ground feel dry or the pots feels light. - ***IPM: I never mention it but I'm using nematodes pouch as an integrated pest management. I had trouble with pest in my first grow and I learned from it. That's the only thing I do for pest and of course watching closely and regularly at my plants 😊
