Week 15: July 5 2020 - July 11 2020 It was insanely hot again this week. The plants were drinking pretty much daily and they needed it. Finally got a break in the weather with some rain this weekend. Plants are thriving and super healthy.

I believe the plants still have a little stretch in them. They have not grown much since the bud production picked up last week. The berry bomb still seems to work well off lite nutrients. The smell has started to choose days that it stinks, and days it is invisible. I live in a legal state; I am allowed up to 12 plants. Smell is not a issue for me. I do not need to hide my grows. I had to set up a wire tie on the plant in the videos. She started to lean right. While setting it up the smell that stuck to my gloves was very fruity. I cannot wait to smoke the final out come. The berry bomb auto has been super resilient to most common grow issues. She also bounces back insanely quick fro stress. This is not something I have seen in many auto flowers due to the limited time they have to grow, and bud. I am so impressed by the genetics of this plant. I'm just blown away with this grow.

Nothing to report. Seedling. I use chop sticks to hold up the plants until they are strong. Prevents them from blowing over.

🌿 White Widow – Week 5 Flower (12/12 from Seed) This week marks a very special stage in the journey of our legendary White Widow. She’s fully into flower mode now, and what a sight she is. Her structure remains compact and elegant, but her buds are bulking beautifully. The trichomes are already covering her in a frosty layer, and her pistils stand out with those iconic, vibrant white hairs that give her such presence. Her leaves are a deep, rich green, almost darker than the sisters around her. This makes me wonder if she might show us some darker expressions as the weeks progress. It’s one of those fascinating mysteries of White Widow, you never really know until she decides to reveal it. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition This week’s recipe combines Plagron and Aptus inputs, working hand in hand: • Plagron • Power Buds → flower formation boost • Sugar Royal → metabolism & terpene support • Green Sensation → bulking, quality, and finishing power • Aptus • All-in-One Liquid → full-spectrum base feed • CalMag Boost → structural support & deficiency prevention • Regulator → stress resistance & nutrient uptake enhancer 💡 Even though the super soil is reading around 5.75 NPK and already contains nutrients, we’re boosting her further because this girl is on a 12/12 (11/13) from seed shuttle. Her timeline is faster, so we want to see how far she can go and what she can take without stress. This is a balancing act, pushing her potential while respecting her limits. ⸻ ⚖️ 12/12 from Seed vs. Normal Veg + Flower Cycle For those joining now, here’s why White Widow looks the way she does: • Normal Cycle (Veg + Flower): • Weeks of 18/6 light first → plants grow tall, with big root systems. • 12/12 flip triggers stretch → often 2–3× size increase. • 12/12 (or 11/13) from Seed: • No long veg phase → plant stays smaller and more compact. • Buds start forming early → less size, but quicker cycles. • Ideal for experiments, time-saving, or small grows. 👉 Our White Widow is a prime example: compact frame, dense cola, side branches forming golf-ball buds. Small in stature, but already showing big personality. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment • Temperature: ~28–30°C • Humidity: ~57–60% • VPD: ~1.3–1.9 kPa • Light: Balanced spectrum & PPFD, designed for resin production & compact growth She has stayed stress-free despite the warm climate, showing her resilience. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and Not to Expect) Expect: • Buds bulking even further, stacking on that main cola and side branches. • Trichomes and frost building up week after week. • Aromas starting to get stronger as resin production increases. Not to Expect: • Major vertical stretch → she has chosen her form and will stay compact. • Quick finish → White Widow is a classic that takes her time to do things right. ⸻ 🗓️ Timeline Recap – From Seed to Week 5 Flower • Week 1: Germination → mistakes with the heat mat, but one strong survivor carried the torch. • Week 2: Settled into soil, fed gently while super soil activated. • Week 3: Compact growth, strong nodes, and healthy green structure. • Week 4: Transition into flower → bud sites forming, frost beginning. • Week 5 (Now): Full flower mode → trichomes sparkling, pistils shining, cola building beautifully. ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude & Community • 🌱 Huge thanks to Zamnesia for these legendary genetics. • 💧 Appreciation to Aptus and Plagron for powering this run with balanced nutrition. • 💡 Shout-out to the gear teams supporting the light and control setup. • ❤️ And, as always, gratitude to you — the community. Welcome back to the last flowering update week. My Unit Farm test light grow of the UF2000. My house strain has been flushing for last two weeks. Fading and deficiency signs are showing as they should. I will be updating a harvest video/pictures this week after I finish the two days of darkness in a few days. Plant smell wonderful as it has in past grows. The UF2000 light for 100 watts did good in my little test area. It did not have a breeze while growing, and temps were lower then my growing rooms. Not by a lot though. The UF2000 is a great light for the price. I will be continuing to use it, and recommend it if you are on a budget. I will be doing a test grow with the UF4000 in a few months, when I start my new photoperiods. Will likely add the UF2000 in the canopy with it at that time. Thanks again UNITFARMLED_Justin. Update: 3days after this post. Plant was harvested and hung to dry. Thank you grow diaries community for the support. The likes, and follows are greatly appreciated. Showing your support for fellow growers 🌱👍. Also would like to invite you to my YouTube channel for more cannabis related videos. Remember to smash that subscribe button. 😀 Happy growing everyone, and be safe out there.🌱🤜🤛

5/28 It poured yesterday so i dodnt bring the girls outside. Seedlings are transplanted into gallon pots. Once the fill that they'll go in final homes. I brought the plants out on this overcast day to harden them off. They're under the cover of the barn though placed by the open door. I've been putting in some work. Once this rain stops I have a couple things to do on the cage then I'll put the bags in the spots I have mapped out and mix my soil and fill the bags. The next day I typically transplant and add the first layer of supports. I have more pictures but not enough time to download them. 5/29 wow this site sucks. I have already done and saved this shit but its not here. Good thing I copy and pasted from grow with Jane. Only thing that sucks is I can't upload videos. It's not working here anyway so.... Watered and used about 3 gaterade bottles total. I may have messed up and watered the event horizon to much. They seem to be getting rootbound. Plants are doing well though with the transition. They are still hardening off. Tomorrow I plan to position and fill the bags with soil and if able I'll transplant them in the next few days. I want to make sure they're hardened off. Low tonight is 49 but it's 50s after that so I should be good. I'm hoping this video will load. Very stressful to do this shit over and over. 5/30 Plants have spent all day in tje Cafe and are coming in for the night. I finished mixing soil and filling the grow bags. They are ready for transplant. Weather is looking good so if plants respond well to this mild weather they will be transplanted with first set of supports added either tomm or the next day. Depends on plants response today (so far they're doing great) on whether I transplant tomorrow or the day after. I am sore as hell. Pictures are having trouble uploading and I'm not even gonna try to upload the video I took. 5/31 Plants have been taking a few days of full sun and they're doing fine. I'm planning on transplanting this afternoon. I had to water today. I weighed the pots and some were in tje 1200's grams which is dry. I'll update as I work. I have some errands to run then I'm putting the girls in their final homes. EDIT: WIND WAS RIDICULOUS! I TRANSPLANTED 3 OF THE HEALTJY GMO'S. WHEN I GOT BACK PLANTS WERE RIGHT SIDEWAYS FROM THE WIND. I WENT WITH INTUITION AND TRANSPLANTED 3 GMO'S. OTHER BAGS ARE READY. THE REST OF THE PLANTS WILL GO OUT TOMORROW MORNING. THE SMALL SUPPORTS I HAD DIDNT DO SHIT. I HAD TO ADD TOMATO CAGES AND TOE THE STALK TO THE TOMATO CAGE. SUCKS I COULDNT GET THEM ALL IN BUT BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. TRANSPLANTS WENT REAL SMOOTH. KNOCK ON WOOD. I TJ8NK THE OTHERS WILL TOO. THEY'RE READY FOR A NEW 6/1 Finished transplanting everything. Easiest transplant I've had so far. 4 gmo 1 toasted toffy 1 sherb pie and 2 event horizon. Everything is in 20 gal smart pots. One gmo is in a 30 gal smart pot. The medium is 1/3 of each roots organic 707, fox farm happy frog and fox farm ocean forest. Used mykos when transplanting. Wind gusts were coming from everywhere direction so I couldn't put a tarp up to block it. I bought "grow cages" which are kind of like tomato cages. The wind is so strong it blows the plants right against the cage. Oh well. I hope it works out. I'll check on them a little later and see how they're doing. 6/2 It was 45 degrees this morning. Nice out now. Plants are doing good. A couple gmos are drooping but it was cold. One gmo looked as good as ever! Sherb pie and toasted toffy are totally unaffected. In this new area plants get a lot of direct sun. Slight tacking on the gmos in the front. The event horizons really needed that transplant. Grow cages seem to be working out well. 6/3 I Watered the garden this morning as its been 75-80 out. I only used a gallon of water for the 8 clones. I'm not sure if I watered enough when I transplanted or not. Some plants have some burns from the intense direct sunlight. Plants could've used a bit more hardening but they'll be fine. A few of them seem great and have no real signs of stress dispute 25mph wind gusts and 15 mph constant wind and this hot sun. I should go check on my plants again this evening but I figure they'll be alright until morning. I've had an incredibly busy day and they were fine at noontime. I'm going to consult my other diaries and see what I did watering volume wise. I've for some videos but they take FOREVER to upload. EDIT: Looked at last year's diary and it was rainy as fuck and I took way more time hardening the plants. I've had more going on in life which has effected that. Went over at 3pm and gave the plants 3 more gallons of water. Bags were light and soil was dry af. Granted I added soil after it settled but still. I watered one gallon this morning so I figured 3 more gallons would make it a half gallon a plant. Planning to increase to a gallon each if they do OK. Its supposed to thunder storm tomorrow so hipfully we will get some rain. I removed one leaf that was bleached but there are a few others. The weather is beautiful but we've gotten zero rain. In hindsight perhaps I should've given the plants an extra gallon at least.

Following The Grow Boss tips on YouTube "...yield is based on light, quality is based on growers talent" "...number one problem is, too much light, too much water, too many nutrients" Nutrients : (after having issues with nut burns, I decided to use Grow Boss's perfect ppm calculator) Invasion T (Glomus intraradices BEG72 and TRICHODERMA atrovide MUCL45632) 1g / plant Monster X mycorhizes (500 000 propaguls / Kg , made in vitro) 2g / 20cl then complete to make 1l Humic Fulvic Booster (humic and fulvic acids) 1ml / 1l Cannazym 2.5ml / 1l Rhizoponics 0.4ml/1l Lights: 2 x Adjust-A-Wings Avenger 600w HPS Lumatek 90000 Lumens 1000PAR 600w HPS Philips Son-t Green Power 95000 Lumens Soil:Platinium Royal Mix premium quality What is vapor pressure deficit? Often, marijuana growers who have their plants in indoor grow tents or rooms with artificial lighting, take into account parameters such as temperature and relative humidity to maximize plants growth and bloom, thus obtaining abundant harvest with top quality flowers. As we will see later, these factors affect different processes of the plant, such as transpiration or nutrient uptake. However, we usually forget about another important factor that is related to the aforementioned ones: vapor pressure deficit or VPD. Broadly speaking, VPD is the difference between the amount of water vapor that the atmosphere is able to retain (which depends on temperature) and the amount of water vapor contained in it (relative humidity). It is usually measured in kilopascals (kPa). Providing our plants with a correct relationship between temperature and relative moisture will keep us on the right VPD parameters, increasing the plant’s activity and thus improving its growth and showing its full potential during the flowering phase. The ideal would be to adjust both parameters (temperature and humidity) to get the best possible VPD value, so that the development of plants will be amazing. In the chart above you can see the right temperature and moisture values to maximize the development of cannabis plants. The green zone shows you optimal values of VPD, in which it would be ideal to maintain the environment. The orange zone shows correct values, in which plants should not have problems to develop normally. However, red areas show values in which your plants will be very far from hit their full potential, since the relation between temperature and moisture is not optimal. With relatively high values of VPD (between 5 and 12) plants tend to open their stomata and release a considerable amount of water vapor into the environment (increasing their transpiration). This increase in transpiration results in an increase in the plant’s photosynthetic activity, which will need more nutrients and will improve its overall growth, both during growth and bloom. The best range is between 7.5 and 10.5, which we have marked in green. However, we must be careful that VPD is not too high (dark red zone) since the plant would close its stomata to avoid releasing too much water vapor to the environment, which would result in fast dehydration due to excessive transpiration. On the other hand, if VPD is too low (light red zone), the plant will also close its stomata for not releasing more water into the atmosphere, which in this case would be already saturated (it would have reached the maximum water retention capacity in a specific temperature). In this way, reducing transpiration will also reduce photosynthesis, which has a direct impact on the plant’s development and yield. That way, VPD is essential when it comes to offer the best conditions for the development of plants, also to understand its water requirements according to the nutrients used and thus adjust them correctly to meet the grower’s expectations. N/B: SAY NO TO DRUGS -[Day 90] The plants are getting massive, not a lot of space left in the room, each pictures are token back against the wall or on top of a chair. The Super Skunk shall be ready first , the trichomes are visible without using a microscope, the scent is like an amazing candy floss coated with Skunk pee 😅Boerejongens quality @Home 😊 -[Day 93] Switching Buld Lumatek 90000 Lumens 1000PAR to SuperPlant Super Red 85000 Lumens 2000K 1498nm Lightening under the 1500nm wavelength (2000K) just between the NIR and the Microwave length, can't stand in the room too long without getting tears and shining eyes. Buds shall start to blowup like pineapples, increasing yield. -[Day 98] Everything is getting frosty. Starting to decrease RH . -[Day 103] Today the Y Griega started to push on her terpenes, believe it or not that plant smell stronger than the 6 giants Skunks (the Skunk strain is already a very strong smelling plant), she smell like a coffeeshop front door, the fragrance is absolutely amazing and fantastic, I will definitely grow a full crop of that strain ! -[Day 105] 42 days of Blooming folks ! It's getting serious now 😄 If it can helps you to realize, each plants gots 4 side and a middle, each sides gots 4-6 buds and there's 5-6 buds in the middle, there's 11 plants of 1,60m/5.25ft, how many buds does it makes ?? The correct answer will win 1 like 😅😂😅😂 -[Day 106] WEEK 7 of flowering, the end is close my friends, I'm trying to give you the best shots as possible, I wish I'd could share a good smoke from this crop with you guys ....😉

I have to say,,at the beginning of the Apricot Autos journey,,she had multiple tops,,and jumped out of the barriers like lightning,,,my sexy fingers,,managed to snap the top off what appeared to be the leader,,,and she instantly started flowering,,and didn’t stretch out like I thought she might have,,,,so to cut my losses,,I put her in the outdoor garden to finish up
