Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 12 June 8-14 FLOWER 7 Sadly, my journey with Frostbanger is almost over. This grow started as an unnamed FBA2502 tester strain completely unknown regarding growth habits, size, flavor profile or smoke effect. I used LST on two plants: #1 because she was leaning over so I decided to pin her down immediately. I decided to LST Plant #3 when I saw her nodes were short and stems were tight. To quote Fastbuds “Growers must know that these difficult-to-grow plants will pose specific challenges in terms of environmental control and nutrition” , making them best suited for cultivators with some experience under their belt. I mention this because 2 plants #4 & #5 always looked lighter than their counterparts. Having overfed in the past grows, I did not want to repeat the same mistake, especially when the other plants were lush and green and did not look deficient. I thought it was genetics, but I found out that these two plants probably had nutrient lockout and would have benefitted from a good flush. Overall, I didn’t make mistakes with overfeeding or over trimming. I had to manually control the environment since the ventilation went out. I did pretty good at maintaining a functional environment. Plants #2 & #5 developed pretty reds in their upper buds and leaves probably because of the air conditioner. The A/C brought the night temperatures to 65-68. This week I am flushing with an anticipated harvest this weekend. I did the last plant pictures and videos and trichome shots on each plant. I did preliminary defoliation removing the remaining fan leaves. For most of the sugar leaves I trimmed off the ends leaving the base with all the frost. These are going into the trim bag to be washed into bubble hash. I plan on pressing #5 because she is the frostiest. 6/9 PH 6.46 PPM 239, temp 68 2 ltr each 6/10 PH 6.6, PPM 230, temp 68 2ltr each 6/12 PH 6.4, PPM 242, temp 68.5 2ltr Thank you for sharing this journey with me and as aways, thanks for visiting, for the likes and most of all growers’ love and support. Week 7 is begonnen en ze wordt heerlijk verwend. Ze groeit lekker door, de toppen worden groter en ze ruikt nu al zeer sterk. Helaas heeft ze wat gele bladpunten gekregen, ik denk dat ik haar overvoed heb en de aptus voeding iets te veel van het goede was, dus vanaf nu geef ik haar alleen nog plagron zoals gewoonlijk. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de spiderfarmer sf-1000, geen geluid, laag energieverbruik, weinig warmte en intense zonnestralen. Topnotch. Fungus gnats coming with the soil might take the chance to come out now for breeding. i'm waiting with a 9 mm rifle. in the past i found 6 gnats in 2 of 8 x 50 l biobizz lightmix bags coming out of the soil. i could eliminate every single gnat successfully ;) rotating harvest: the little ones will be harvested completely when ready. at this point only the top branches of the big ones will be cut...and the new (basic-watered) pots of the new grow will move into the tent. 2-3 weeks later the secod half of the big ones will be cut and the second half of the new grow will move in... nutes: biobizz / soil: biobizz lightmix bloom,grow,topmax,activera,algamic + aminopower instead of bio heaven (too expensive) individual feeding schedule/once a week: veg: 200 - 600 ppm bloom: 600 - 900 ppm water: ro-water with: veg: 100-150 ppm calmag bloom: 150 ppm calmag

D29 Did top dressing with bone and kelp meal as well as worm castings. D31 Performed a little more LST, a few more days and I will let her do her thing. D32 More LST exposed lower nodes and evened out the canopy. D33 Removed all bonsai wire and rolled down the rim of the pot to even it out with to soil, more airflow. D35 Not much growth but overall looking pretty good. Heatwave last couple days keep temperatures higher than desired.

Have had a battle with these ladies from thieves , powdery mildew , and now bud rot. These pictures are from my lowest branches on the plan and let’s just say I’m already going to get roughly 6 oz or more just from two of the lowest branches. The rest of the plant is starting to take off and flower should be done in about 2 kore weeks or so 😁 overall I’m pretty happy with my ladies as they’re just hitting 12 feet 🤯

Well 10.7.25 is today, and its harvest time. Hopefully I can update with the dry weight and then also shortly thereafter give you a smoke report! 💚 Dry weight was 5.89 0z / 167g. This has been my highest yield per plant yet. I'm really pleased with this. 🔥Smoke 🔥 I tried some whilst trimming, it has a of citrusy, floral taste, and the smallest wisp of mint. 🍋💐🌿 It is more of a daytime smoke, it is 65% Sativa, very nice and chill, but surprisingly motivational! Just what I needed to trim this lady! 😁 There are some beautiful big, dense, sticky buds. Which I shall certainly enjoy. This was the first seed pack I bought, and I'm very pleased that I finally popped this seed! Thanks for coming along on this grow, it has been a journey. We made it though 😁🌱🙏💚✌️🍃

It absolutely stinks of pineapples in here! They’re looking fabulous! Dripping with trichomes and thickening up day after day! I can’t wait until they’re finished! I think they’re going to taste amazing!

I should’ve scrog’ed with my strongest two plants. Trying to pull some very heady buds so went all out on Advsnced Nutrients. Going to A/b test with budget synthetics next grow

5th week of Flowering is over. Still observing some darkening on the tips of the Yellow Orange. On the other hand, the plant seems still very healthy and it’s growing frosty flowers. Its smell is dominating the tent with a citrus scent. It is smelling more citrus than a real lemon… Target VPD is still set to 1,5 with 23 Celcius Target Temp. week 5 of MD XXL flowering 😎 2 of the yellowing unhealthy plants are recovering after all, i wonder if they will get as nice as the one which did good from the start but well see. At least i can see some trichome forming on the 2 yellowed plants so with still a couple of weeks left i hope they recover. Not realy much more going on, im getting the hang of giving water, i just wait and lift my pots to feel if they need water or not, they usualy get a watering each 1.5-2 days 👍 Also temperatures around here are alot more bearable now so thats good.

Start of week 5 of flower and the girls are looking happy, starting to get a decent scent on them, definitely got that citrusy smell coupled with candy sweet... I can’t wait for it to finish now, 3-4 weeks and counting 😅
