Week 4 update - had to list it as a flower week as we flipped em half way through. Exotic wasn’t lying - the spicy bitches hit maturity rather quickly and we now have a guaranteed 2 males and 3 females - perfect ratio score👌👍. Balls started showing in a span of 12-36 hours. One of the females entered flower early so she may be a dud, an auto or just stressed for some unusual reason. We’ll probably either separate er or let it grow with the rest and pitch it. Won’t be using that seed knowing that underlying issue. Similarly, one of the males has also demonstrated some fan leaf mutation - I actually like this kind of variation and it makes things interesting so bonus there👍. The rest of em are doing just fine. So god damned nice to have a run that’s on a quick schedule to finish within 3 months. It’s been a long year for the pollen chuck and we’re really looking forward to the upcoming all fem. Run. For now though - conditions look ripe for a bunch of awesome crosses, any one of which could be pure 🔥. Till next week yall🤟. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

Hello, everyone. What happened with us this week - we moved our girl to another box because her height is now over 140 cm, and she started hitting the lights. I couldn't take good photos, so here's a video. The issue is that our girl was under the net in the box, and when the net was removed, she started collapsing under the weight of the buds. I ordered supports of 150 cm in height, and when I make our girl presentable, I'll take a lot of photos. We trimmed the leaves and small branches a bit.Take notice, it's the third week of flowering, and our girl is already covered in sugar. I want to wish everyone a good harvest and easy cultivation. Hello dear confreres, Today I start a completely new journey for me, which is indoor cultivation. - Goals Germinate 10 seeds and create an environment with good crops - Method chosen Hydrated Jiffys with 400ml of water + 0.4ml of VodooJuice + 0.4ml of CalMag After hydration, we place the seeds on the discs and give them 24/0 light and wait.

This was my first experience using Mapito and Ebb & Flow, together with the new LED light. The plant turned out to be unusually low. 👌 The variety is quite fragrant, but the smell appeared only in the middle of flowering. At the time of trimming, the plant smelled of mint candies 😁

She has started to move again with no further deficiency so I will continue her draught and see if she improves more!

Super super frosty and sticky nugs, very dense and compact, big calyx, stinks, beautiful strain to grow the 2 plants of wedding cake Auto I have got the same aroma, this girl is being fed using nothing but a good soil prepared organically with complete organics by guanokalong and also seaweed powder, and also I added florians livings organics which is such an awesome organic super food for the plants that makes the strains performer better when when it comes the time to smoke you don't feel all that chemical stuff. Harvested after 7 weeks of flowering, beginning week 8. Last week nothing much happened, they refused to uptake any more water. Didnt flush, pumped them to the max 'till the end.

Hello Diary. Finished and the fifth week of flowering, a total of the eighth week, Purple Punch looks wonderful. another week or two and there will be a harvest. The flowers themselves are well filled, and are hard to the touch, and the scent is amazing. As you can see in the photos, the shape of the plant is beautiful, as if I was doing some LST, but I just did defoliation from the lower branches. The leaves are a beautiful healthy green color, here and there some leaves have become more yellowish with a slight purple tinge, which are the first signs that the harvest is approaching. Watering is every three days, I stopped adding nutrients, I only regulate p.H of water to values ​​between 6.0 and 6.5. Conditions on the Farm are satisfactory, the temperature is around 25 degrees while the humidity is below 40%. Here's what it looked like last week: 17/03/2021 - Day 50. Watering. I prepared a total of 7 liters of water, adjusted the p.H to 6.3 and watered all three plants on the farm evenly. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.5 degrees and 38% humidity. 20/03/2021 - Day 53. Watering. The procedure is the same as three days ago. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.1 degrees and 34% humidity. 23/03/2021 - Day 56. Watering and photography. As for watering, the same procedure as three days ago, after which I photographed Watermelon and her roommates, two Purple Punch. Now I have to water and wait for the right moment. Gorilla Glue #4 auto is a big plant,She has a lot of side stalks and is a bit bushy. She has even as well as uneven internodes. All filled in very nice and a was suprised how big of buds there where forming near the end. A little bit of LST did help to get the cannopy more even. EC levels never raised EC 1.4 and i had never a problem with feeding her. She matured very fast and i was amazed by her speed. I harvest this plant at day 73. This plant had a wonderfull smell of pine with lime and huge cola, buds are a bit hazy covered with some nice crystals. This week has been great, ive been struggling with learning how to water the living soil, only using 0.5% of the 5 gallons pot so a little under a liter. But i cant tell of i need to give her more emmm! Used the organic bloom booster they seemed to like that! Taking things slow learning as we goo im super excited about this strain even tho shes been hard for me! I got these little 6 inch stands to put under the pots so they are not getting cold on concrete and the soil stays warm! Soil is about 70 degrees and about 6.30 ph

Another week gone and we have another problem... Trips god damn.. took all the plants out yesterday and sprayed them with neem oil so i hope that it fixes the problem because we are reaching the end of the grow this is a big freaking royal pain in the ass and i wish i didn't have to deal with it but what you gonna do check out the pictures you can see the destroyed leaves no further changes in the nutrients but we have slightly high humidity but that is an easy fix just keep the door open so the only struggle now are the trips any advice is very welcome Talk next week cheers, Nibameca
