I'll be updating the comment with the daily log shortly, but figured I'd get the photos and weekly overview up. I started off this week with a topping at about the 4th node, leaving the larger fan leaves on for now. I then left then alone for a bit while I waited for the new branches at the nodes to grow out, rotating as needed. By the end of the week, they had all bushed back up with new foliage and growth. I also included photos pf the flowering mother plant to keep up with that sneak peak. She still wasn't showing signs of flowering, so I gave her an extra 24 hours of darkness to hopefully kick start the process. As I went to go shut unplug the light source, I noticed that there was a smaller light leak from one of the vent ports, so I also made sure to close that up. At the end of the week when she started to show signs of flowering, I defoliated her to help with light penetration, as she's got massive fan leaves. You'll see in the photos that I took that opportunity to decarb the trim as well. I'm sure there's little to no THC-A, but whatever other compounds are present should make for a nice addition to some butter later on down the road. I just won't factor it in when approximating the potency of the final product.

Flower Week 3 / Day 2: The plants each received 2 liters of water and nutrients. I only gave them half the dose of fertilizer. They are doing wonderful. The leaves have a rich green color and are praying. Flower Week 3 / Day 5: Today I defoliated them again a little, as some parts were getting a bit too bushy. They are now quite sticky and the trichomes glisten in the light. Unfortunately, it doesn't look quite the same on the video. All of Taylor's buds develop evenly. In Beyoncé's case, one half is already well developed and the other half behaves completely differently. In any case, both are healthy. Perhaps it is also due to the genetics of the plant.

Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! Really stacking now! Beautiful sea of colas going on between these 3. Buds are really starting to structre. This variety has a little bit of a longer flowering time. Usually 11 weeks in my experiences. So the buds are definitely on point for the 4 weeks of bloom. Starting the 5th week off so far with elevated trichome production. Definitely gunna be alot frostier come the end of this 5th week. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Just got back from vacation with lots of worries for the girl but she did fine , 6 days without watering :0

Week was crazy, I needed to cut a plant that my wife found out (lucky me) was a hermie and thanks to the comments I think It was the best choice. I'm drying it and will be probably used for tea or cannabutter. One day I could't give em water so they went super down but rn they look aaawesome (check video) Since I starter growing one of them sooner it's showing nice buds, the rest mostly are starting to get fat ( it's an special greenman you can recognize them cause their leaves totally smaller then the cali kush I had sometimes 30 Celsius degree so one of them shows that some leaves are burnt I started adding 2x ml per liter to the water Smell its sweet and fruity I removed some dried leaves from the bottom Thanks for al help during the week and fast answers really Keep on growing, blessings SOG looks like shit XD but anyway plants look awesome (maybe some N is missing )
