Welcome to week 5! Things are progressing along as some plants have started to display sex. I've removed some of the males that have shown themselves so far as we aren't looking to breed this run. Going to let them veg for this week and then I will be flipping the lights to get the flowering cycle started. Huge shout outs go to @MarsHydroLED for allowing me to grow with their kick ass gear! Keep on inspiring. -The Projexx Day#29 Ladies are growing along and recovering nicely from the topping , Watered 1.5L from the bottom. Day#30 Plants seem to be doing ok from the water increase. Things moving along nicely Day#31 Pictures N/A. Plants are growing along remove 2 males Day#32 Watered 1.5L from the bottom , Plants arent very happy. I think the issues is i'm not waiting long enough between waterings. I will have to practice the technique more for now I may go back to top watering. Day#33 Pictures. N/A.Top fed 3.5 L each at 550PPM I knew I wasnt giving them enough water. Things are about to change heavy duty now Day#34 Pictures. N/A Plants are ridiculously happy now. Im going to cut away all the dying leaves and flip the lights. Day#35 Pictures N/A Last day of veg for this project. Im excited to see what these plants do in flower! Very sad looking little friend... Young leaves do look better, but she's gonna stay looking like this because the damage was done! Underwatered and underfed for over a week over new years' plus the tiny metal pot, can't be good for a lil bean just trying to make it in the world. Even the plant of the same cultivar next to it (as you can see in video- but is my housemate's baby so no diary) is still recovering from the same fate. Will spend some time checking out other people's grows of the same bean to see if she's particularly finicky or if we've been particularly neglectful 😂 still fun though!

This plant remained the smallest compared to the others. I wanted to grow it outdoors, but in the first month and a half there was really too little sun, so I decided to put it in the room with the others. It recovered well, it didn't grow much but despite everything I am satisfied with how it started. I will definitely try this variety again, starting directly in the room.

Esta semana empiezo a quitar hojas poco a poco, esta es la segunda semana que están con la limpieza de raíz así que para final de semana las cortaré, estoy empezando a ver que algunas tienen un poco de araña roja espero que no se extienda mucho y no me fastidie! Week 6 is done and everything went smoothly, using lst and defoliation will provide maximum light penetration and maximize bud structures, adjusting ph and climate and we are golden. Flowering stage is always a no brainer for me in fact i call this step cruise control. She will do her things and she is now strong so she wont react the same to high nutrients or even ph fluctuations as long as it stays near the range, her roots are strong enough to be completely submerged since she now drinks a lot more. The purple on this strain is beautiful, Not too dark and even, edges of the calix are red like whine and the pistils creamy white with a hint of salmon like pink in there. She is gorgeous and her structure is amazing, she might event yield the same as my previous grows even if she is on the small side because of her genetics. The resin is starting to fill the trichomes but still very low, this being said if i rub the top of a sugar leaf that is coated in trichomes iT will get sticky On my fingers and the smell will start with a very strong chemical/amonia like scent and 2 seconds later welcome to the damn blueberry field my friends . Amazing, that smell is just perfect, it literally make you want to much on that leaf. I’ve had blueberry before, yes it did smell a bit like blueberry But nothing compares to this one ,in my opinion hydroponic set up brings the most out terpenoids and thc production. Next phase we will start to see bud seriously stacking and resin production, after that the buds will get some weight and mature, im expecting it to be done by week 10 if i flush it by week 9 Until then happy growing and take it easy 👊🏻

8/14/23 - Day 62 - The buds are getting bigger and starting to connect. There are so many buds so close together that for sure these are bound to be big buds. I'm noticing the smell is starting to get stronger as well. The roots are still looking great. We did another water change today, a couple of days late. I just forgot to do it. There are some pictures in here of my RO Water Setup. I have a water hose that I hook to the RO unit, and then it passes a 1:1 ration of water to wastewater. Right now, it's all done manually by me, but I have plans to make it automatic. I had to throw this update in as I was sitting at my computer. I opened the door to where the box is, and my wife said, "WHOA..... things are going well in there, huh?". I was in the room doing some peaking in the box. I then closed the door and went inside. My wife yelled that out from the other room, triggered by using her nose..... lol So now I need to air the room out before I open the door to leave after visiting the box. Lol, I need an airlock of sorts! I actually have a carbon filter and inline fan I could hook up and run when I walk into the room. I can have it turn off after X number of minutes......Looks like another project! 8/15/23 - Quick update. Today is day 63! 8/16/23 - Day 64 - Overnight, she looks much bigger. These are looking solid, I just started lowering ppm today I'm trying to hsrvest these fairly early. I already started the flush for the girl in the 1 gallon pot it finished quicker than then others. Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. She is doing well and continue to stack on buds, I continue to fed her the same schedule and dosage of nutes, it seems to be working well. girls are growing well. changed water change out cycle to replacing 1/3 of entire resevoir every 3 days. The theory is that i will be able to transition changes to nutrients slowly to identify any changes to the girls. one girl showing sign of what i believe to be calcium deficiency.(picture attached)

The cones have learned to be quite dense. The aroma can be considered strong. I liked how they grow.

Hey farmers, Week 12 was pretty chill compared to the previous one. My plant is starting to look and smell like the real deal with all that stickiness and aroma. The buds are getting bigger too, but I can't help but worry about the foliage. I think I might have let it grow too much, but it's too late to do anything about it now. On top of that, I'm pretty sure the leaf damage is from the LED light burn again. Unfortunately, I can't do much to fix it since I've already maxed out my vertical space. But hey, at least I know what the problem is, right? To try and counteract it, I decided to reduce the feed this week since I noticed some nutrient pooling. Hopefully, that will help prevent any more damage from happening. All in all, the plant seems to be doing well and I'm excited to see how she turns out in the end.

Went into this week just using mute from fox farm ocean then began nutrients due to deficiencies, getting in under control but overall doing well also started 3 new plants going to start a diary for them soon

The heads are starting to swell now , the lowers are looking undeveloped still. I might do a little defoliation to let in some more light next week. I’ve noticed the first bit of change in a couple of the old lower fan leaves this week. At this stage I’m not too concerned. Buds are frosty, sticky and dank smelling.

Day 78-Day 15 of flower for GSC and 19 for GG#4. Did some rearranging in the tent because I ordered a new flowering tent setup. I’m excited to split these two girls off from the auto in the tent and put them under 480Ws. Fed em with 2L of nutrient solution and left it at that. Day 82- After I got the new flowering tent setup I did some defoliation on my girls so they can soak up all that extra light they’re getting now. Just put em under a 480W Ecofarm LED but it’s only at 50% power for now. I’m not supposed to be doing any of this because of the surgery I just had but I just can’t bring myself to wait for someone to come around and set it up for me.

First time and the seed has been sitting awhile but great tap root results !

Week 9 Day 5 now 48h Darkness

Day 71 - Ripening Day 5 a. she drinks 4L a day, slowing down from the 5L a day b. the buds are still growing every day is noticeable c. the pistils on the flowers are nearly all orange and brown, there are no new white pistils growing, but still few white pistils remain d. trichomes are very milky white, still some clears and no amber I can see on the actual buds, few ambers on random leafs e. this will probably be the last week of growth, and there will be a short florakleen flush as ppms never went above 1000ppm on this grow. Day 72 - Ripening Day 6 a. consuming 4L a day of nutrient solution b. her flowers are still growing! The resin is so much on the leaves and buds c. the remaining white pistils are maturing... trichomes are very milky. Day 73 - Ripening Day 7 a. buds are still growing, every day is noticeable growth, she drinks 3.5-5L a day b. pistils are all turning, very few white pistils left Day 74 - Ripening Day 8 a. the flowers are smelling very strong, pine, blueberry and diesel fuel b. she is wrapping up nicely Day 75 - Ripening Day 9 a. performed defoliation, removed 50+ large fan leafs, there is resin all over the stems, will use for ice hash b. the buds are still growing, the smell becomes too strong for the carbon filter overnight Day 76 - Ripening Day 10 a. adding only Spring water to the DWC right now, keeping ppms below 800, preparing for the flush b. buds are becoming very frosty c. the fan leafs have started to fade nicely d. I am seeing the first glimpses of amber trichomes, mostly milky white throughout e. all pistils have turned red and orange Day 77 - Ripening Day 11 a. the trichomes are mostly milky white with a few ambers showing here and there b. added 5L of spring water to help the flush c. will change to FloraKleen tomorrow, and harvest in a day or two. d. constantly removing faded fan leafs, they are becoming easier to snap off the stem, the plant is entering the harvest window.
