### Day 22 ### Jeej, the last week of vege! She looks to respond pretty well to the LST, I see nice new growth everywhere. She is also very dence as shown in the video up above. I hope she will get a mayor stretch when starting to flower. I'm already very proud of how this little plant is turning out. 😁🌱 Also ordered some biobizz top max and bio heaven to boost flowering when it happens. ### Day 23 ### Decided to add more LST, a lot more LST (like 7 wires extra in addition to the 2 initial ones)! 😂 Was a little hard because of the density, but it worked out. I think only one budsight does not have access to direct light. I just could not get it in the right place, oh well, there looks to be enough others 😋. Hope she is not stressed too much, some of the bends are pretty hard, but she is still flexible. After reviewing the photos again I realized that I'm growing her in kind of a spiral. ### Day 24 ### Started the day by tucking the bigger leafs underneath the small ones who need more light. She looks happier now! Also watered her 0.6l with nutrients, the soil was becoming pretty dry and it was 3 days ago since her last watering. ### Day 25 ### Pretty uneventful day. She is still liking the LST, like a lot! Readjusted the LST and tucked the bigger leaves under. There is only one part of new growth I'm concerned about! It is in the middle of the top view picture, so it is from a few nodes before, but looks terrible in comparison to the rest of the plant. Like it was eaten by something. Hopefully she will rebound from this. ### Day 26 ### I put some cardboard in a V shape in front of the intake fan to defuse the airflow more. Now the new growth that had problems yesterday looks a little better, the brown red-ish is fading away. Windburn is a real thing apparently 😲 Did a lot of LST again today, trying to stay ahead of the growth. ### Day 28 ### The last day of week 4. Did some more heavy LST to make sure all potential budsights get enough light. The growth that was struggling a few days ago is doing a lot better and seems to be recovering.

Hi guys, Hope you are all doing well in these difficult times the upside is you can spend more time on this amazing hobby of ours. Another week has passed and i have a few updates we are still growing on a 24 light schedule and im thinking about switching to 18-6 for the following week-week and a half of veg fase, The growth is good but they are not very thirsty which concerns me a little but we will see what will happen. 3 of the plants have a little defect which shows it self in weird looking leaves and stunned growth don't know what is up with that but we will also see what the future brings, experience tells me that although the plant may look a little retarted that does not mean that these will not grow to be amazing plants with a big harvest very curious to see how they are going to develop further down the road. I stopped giving the Hy-pro Terra i love the company and their products but there is something with the Terra line that does not make me happy although it's very easy to use just one component as a base and a few optional additives it doens't give me the results i expect so i made the switch to Hy-pro Hydro Part A+B and within a day or 3 the plants have a fuller green color and the development of the plant overall is very noticeable and the stem is getting steurdier and thicker. As for the lights they are still hanging on the same height as i started and i gave it a little more power the plants are stretching towards the light just like i wanted and when i made the switch to 12-12 i will gradually move the light lower untill it's about 30-35 cm above tha canopy and i may or may not take out met scrog netting i haven't decided yet. Day 7 i I transplanted the seedlings in jiffy’s to the DWC basket water level was “just” touching the bottom of the basket which meant there was 1mm- 2mm air gap between the water level and the jiffy’s. The high pressured air in the water to spit when air was released at the top which kept the bottom of the jiffy moist which had minimal roots showing to the exterior of it. Day 7-13 I originally had 7.5 litres of water that was to the bottom of the basket. I replaced the water on the 13th which meant the water was changed after 6 days at such an early stage I will regularly change the water in the buckets. You can change every 7-14days but I am taking no chances. I refilled and added nutrients on Day 13 which was yesterday. And the plants are doing really well and are a nice VEG green colour. Hard to tell on the pictures with the light colour but you can see their progress. When I replaced the water this week I put 6.5L of water in each bucket With nutrients PH’d as close to 5.8 as possible. Some varied from 5.72 - 5.9. I have noted these on each bucket so that I can check if one does better than the others or shows deformities or stress I can amend it to match the others but hopefully not in such a close proximity of 5.8ph with an EC of 700+- The roots are now showing in every pot with the longest being some 6inches. The new Wakyme grow light is top notch so far with VEG button on only. Anyone contemplating buying one it cost me £99.00 from amazon and so far is performing just how I would like. Humidity has been taken care of with a cold air intake fan which is pulled from another area of the building of a cooler environment. Temperatures are spot on where I want them but I do allow a 2degree +- allowance but it does change back to its original temperature quickly enough. 5 more speed bud germinated and 2peyote critical feminised photoperiod germinated. Crystal candy XL auto ordered x10 Gorilla glue, Pineapple Express and Cali Kush waiting in the wings. I have these already If I can be anymore help to anyone let me know. So, this is my first grow, just starting out. After NJ passed recreational weed, I was like you know what... Went on an amazon spending spree and got some seeds from cropkingseeds and this is it! I let the seeds soak for 18hr in deer park spring water w/ 1 drop of Organic Liquid Seaweed and Kelp Fertilizer Supplement by Bloom City. At the end of soakage, it didn't look like any had cracked maybe one did not so sure. So I did up the papertowels according to the video and have to say I feel a little nervous/anxious that there is too much water/weight on the seeds and feer drownage. I'm going to keep it on there though. I check the towels a few times throughout the day and am surprised they're very moist throughout the day and next morning still somewhat damp. 24 hours in the towels I check my babies and one had cracked but the rest were still sealed up tight, unwilling to share the goodness that we all so desire, cmon babies crack that shell for papa! 11/12 looked like 1 seed popped, yay! I remoistened towels a bit but didn't wanna soak them. I also put some rapid rooters in water to soak overnight gunna throw the seeds in them in AM... I was going to do it tonight but figured I should wait see if some pop out more. 11/13 OMG upon checking seeds at 07:10 I found the papertowels like bone dry OMG WTF!!! Panic sets in but I just set up the little terrarium with 6 plugs and put the seeds in and tore some plugs off bottom of a plug to cover seedhole with. 11/14 Got a sprout! YES!! The plugs look nice and moist just going to let it go! 11/15 Woke up this mornin, saw a new sprout peeking thru and then another about to! I got ansy and took off the little top plugs and found all the sprouts were coming up! Leaving the top plug off, hopefully thats not a bad idea.

2025-01-21 to 2025-01-27 This week, she really put on the lemon-lime smell of Chernobyl. I've pollinated her (once again) with Chemdog #2 pollen from a previous grow. I'm looking for a "stay lifted" effect, as both of these cultivars have. But, I'm hoping for more of the earthiness to come through from the Chemdog in the potential seeds that are produced.

1 of the best autoflower I ever grew. Super stable genetics. Tones of super tasty buds. Definitely will grow again. Dry weight of 3 plants is 180 gr. Hard sticky buds with nice smell

12 weeks / 84 days old today. So my first grow journey is coming to an end! Not a lot to report this week. Been using my jewellers loupe daily to keep an eye on the trichomes and can definitely see a big difference. (Sorry, pictures are crap - don’t have enough hands to get a good one!) Still watering with plain water but they’re taking a lot less and only been watered every 4 days or so. Sticky orange has lots of cloudy trichomes and starting to get a few Amber. Her leaves are drying off so she is getting harvested before the weekend. Purple skunk is a bit behind so I think I will wait and see how she goes for another week or so. I always thought she’d be the one to finish first too. I think I will be drying in the garage. We are consistently getting 18 degrees outside now but with the temperature drops at night, I am not sure whether to bring the buds inside overnight. I’ll be drying in a hanging ‘herb’ dryer and I have my curing jars all labelled and ready to go. Thinking of wet trimming roughly then going in for a final dry trim later once dry to neaten them up. Drying advice welcome! I did think I’d have to harvest in stages and chop the lower buds later on. But even the bottom buds look like they’ve caught up this week. I have honestly enjoyed every second of this grow and I’m almost disappointed it’s nearly finished. But at the same time, I can not wait to see (and taste) the final result!

Overall I enjoyed this grow and learned a lot about living soil. Going for a slow dry, trim, then at least a one month cure. Hopefully another six days and I’ll update with a dry yield. My next batch is already cooking but with 5 gallon pots. 03/25 - Day 7 Drying B & C are done drying and have been in jars for a day now with RH ~60%. Total 3oz from B & C. Total 1.5oz from A & D

Going into bigger pots

The Slurricane IX is a beast of a plant to grow, the growth is quick and quite bushy. I would advise to train these plants SCROG..or something.. the stretch is just crazy..im gona say prepare for a 200% + stretch. Thy will easily get out of of control if not managed well. Pest resistance is good, i did not have any bug problems, but i did have a small WPM issue, but it was very crowded in there. Sorted it out by defoliation and a treatment of hydrogen peroxide took care of the problem. Very thirsty plants, at there peak, 9 plants was drinking 110L a week. Very stong smelling plants. Extremely dense flowers covered in a sluricane of trichomes. Harvest of the plant is quite easy, not a very bushy cola..so its a easy trim. Overall a great genetic to grow and a beautiful plants in itself. @InHouseGenetics .. superb. Thank you guys so much for giving us the privilege to grow such amazing genetics. Keep up the great work.
