420FASTBUDS ORT2109 WEEK 6 These two gorgeous ladies are continuing to be show stoppers. Both appear to be healthy and growing great. I've continued the feed every 3days and so far they're responding well. I've had to put a oil heater in the tent as it's been getting super cold outside and more snow in the forecast. Over all very excited to see the up coming weeks progress as every weeks been different and noticeable. Happy Growing

Day 1 Never grown before, but always liked plants. Especially plants like these 😊 Seeds came today. Only one will be grown for now (Bloody Skunk Auto). The seed was slightly scraped (purposefully), and then placed in distilled water. Seed sank to the bottom with a little push after 6 hours. Hopefully that's a good sign :) Seed was then taken and put into rooting medium. Currently lights are on 24/0 to warm the area surrounding the seed. Tomorrow temperature/humidity measurement will be set up. Day 2 Was able to measure the temperature. It's about 22 C. Natural humidity is a bit low in the area (35%), so a humidifier is being used occasionally to increase that. Seed has sprouted now (15 hrs after being put in the rooting medium), maybe in two days there will be some real growth 😊 Day 3 Root looks like it's off to a good start. Positioning seems a bit off though. Will keep an eye on it for the next couple of days. Day 4 There was a surprise waiting today 😁 Plant pushed through the piece of sponge at the top without a problem apparently. The light has been switched to a 125W 5500K CFL, for now without any reflector. A bit worried that this might be too strong, especially for a seedling. However there aren't other 5500K or higher Kelvin value lamps available, so going with this one for a couple of days. If there are problems, will go back to just a collection of 2700K bulbs and hope the plant survives haha. Got a heating pad, so now the temperature is being kept around a comfortable 73-76 F. Night temperatures should drop to around 66-68 F. Lighting schedule has been switched to a 20/4 schedule, to allow for better plant development. Will probably stay with this schedule for the first couple of weeks. Could also see the taproot poking out of the Root!t sponge. Not sure if that's going to bad for this root to be exposed to light at this stage. Once (if) the leaves start to get wider than the Root!t sponge the plant and sponge will be transplanted to a small 1 Liter pot. If the roots continue growing but the plant stays stunted then it will also be transplanted. Andddd....got nervous about the 125W lamp. Decided to switch it out for the previous lights (two LEDs, two CFLs, all at 2700K). Total lux value is about 10000 measured by the seedling. Seemed also like the seedling might have been craving some water, so gave it a few drops. It hadn't been watered since being planted. Hopefully not over-watering here... Day 5 Seedling has grown by another centimeter. Leaves haven't really changed that much. Nevertheless, decided to put the seedling in a slightly larger container. The cup was taken and filled with some potting soil (Compo Sana Anzuchterde) and the Root!t sponge put into that. Did this because the tap root was poking even further out of the sponge and didn't like that. Gave some more water, mainly in the lower section of the soil. Will not water again for a few days unless it seems really too dry. Don't want to over-water 😑 Day 6 Seedling doubled in height. Starting to get concerned about stretching. Read conflicting information about the optimal humidity for seedlings, but most seemed to say that less was better, and a humidity dome not necessary after sprouting. One source suggested that seedlings stretch when under a humidity dome. So that's been removed. Switched to the 125W lamp as well in case the seedling was stretching because of not enough light. Added a fan for a breeze to occasionally move the seedling...hopefully this will make the stem a bit sturdier. First set of leaves has begun to develop a bit more..but it seems a bit slow. Might just be being impatient 😄 Day 7 Not much has changed. Soil is getting to be dry enough where watering again should be ok. So that will be done tomorrow morning, with a small amount of BioBizz RootJuice.

04.11--> Pistil appeared 6 days after changing the light pattern to 12-12. They're growing faster than I expected, won't fit in the cabin 😬 07.11--> One of the plants turned out to be male. I saw buds with pollen sacs and moved them away from the cabin. This was not nice. I will not be able to get close to the harvest amount I planned. 😔

12/23/2020 Coming into week #5 flower will add overdrive this and next week. Should be bulking up soon I'm still resistant to defoliating but I must clean up some older leaves. 05/27/2020 Finally got to defoliating a little today buds everywhere! Holy crap! Gave her some overdrive in her reservoir bucket swap, also next week I believe.

The other one is recovering at time from those ugly color marks she has on them leaves. As the leaves seems not healthy i decided to not perform the man-lining on this one until it has a pair of healthy main leaves on which i can trust to guide. Video 11: Main Gorilla ultrafast topping/man-linning/prunning/LST. -----WEEK SUMMARY----- I traveled to Venecia this week and i have very few photos, also i returned with a terrible flu, so i'm not going to take too much photos for the next week too, i'm so sorry. I'm a bit scared about what happened to the gorilla that looks sick, the other one is growing like a monster, is almost double size comparing with the other 3 plants, this week i've seen enough distances on the plant to start with the techniques. I must say that she responded very well to the pruning... Also this week i'm going to apply a foliar irrigation to see if i can help to the sick gorilla. -----WATERING CALENDAR----- 12/03/19 - 700 ml with all week nutrients @ 0.95 E.C. Hello growers, This week marks an important step in the development of the Pineapple Upside Down from Humboldt. The plant has now been moved into the flowering tent. The main reason for this change is simply to give the plant more space and to benefit from better environmental control. The larger tent allows improved airflow and more stable climate management, which should help the plant maintain a healthier rhythm moving forward. Even though the light fixture changed, the spectrum remains the same. The plant is still running under a 3500K spectrum, so there should be no real shock from a lighting perspective. Light intensity has been kept around 600 PPFD, which means the plant continues growing under conditions that are very similar to what it was used to previously. Some environmental adjustments were also made this week. The VPD has been increased slightly to around 0.8–0.9 in order to encourage stronger transpiration and improve nutrient uptake. Last week the plant showed a small slowdown in growth and overall vigor. The leaves were slightly droopy and the plant looked a bit less energetic than usual. After reviewing the parameters, the most likely explanation was a pH drift upward toward 6.2–6.3. While this range is not catastrophic, it can reduce the plant’s ability to absorb certain nutrients, especially nitrogen, which could explain the temporary slowdown that was observed. The pH has now been corrected and brought back down to around 5.8, allowing it to naturally fluctuate between 5.5 and 5.9. Since this adjustment is very recent, the plant will need a few days to fully respond to the correction. Earlier in the week, the EC had been increased to 2.0 to test the possibility of a nutrient deficiency. Toward the end of the nutrient solution cycle, the mixture was slightly diluted with osmosis water in order to rebalance the EC and avoid pushing the plant too hard. This week was also used to work heavily on the plant’s structure. A topping combined with a strong defoliation was performed. The canopy was opened up significantly, removing a large amount of leaf mass to improve airflow, light penetration, and overall structure. It was not a light cleanup — the plant was trimmed quite aggressively in order to reset the canopy properly. The plant originally had four main apexes, and each of those was topped again. This now creates approximately sixteen main growth points. With sixteen apexes, the plant structure is now approaching the intended final architecture. From this point forward, the main objective is simply to allow the plant to recover from this fairly heavy pruning session, regain strength, and stabilize before any further training. Over the coming days and weeks, the focus will be on observing how the plant responds to the pH correction, the environmental adjustments, and the recent structural work. For now, everything appears to be back under control. We’ll see how she responds over the next week. Alright growers, take care and see you next week.

Week 15 started 7-03-2022 July 4th Update Cleaned our rez and made water at 6.3 Ph, cal-magged. Heavier defol. to reveal more bud sites and give more light. Upgraded flowering light higher output and more coverage. Temps are fine. She started yellowing and getting pretty defensive with the amount of light, so I backed it off to 18", way more light from this 400w COB. The UV is hurting her too so she is throwing more color into the flowers. I am flushing a bit right now and letting her just get used to the light. Added Gaia Green on top and top fed after a 12 hour pause and then flushed out the rez, so now just good water on roots, letting the media get used up, but I don't want deficiencies at the end of the grow, hence the gentle ferts. I don't want a chemical taste so flush with the natural stuff. I will top feed once more once she gets happier looking. So cal mag, like 3 ml of Hygrozyme for root health, and PHd - keeping it simple. (Don't over do the Hygrozyme) 07-06-2022 The upgrades continue. Moved the new light and new carbon filter, along with the A/C Infinity fan to a new Gorilla Growtent Lite 4x4, which is perfect for me for a good while. It barely fit in the space, modified the fan a little and its working like a champ with near identical environmentals. Moved the White Widow manifold into the 4x4 and adjusted the lights and she seems happy so far. I can tell the new light is adding growth and bulk just in a few days. Hopefully the new tent will encourage more ventilation and growth as well. Way less light leakage, almost none. So far I am happy.

Raised Ec to 1.7, the banana punch is further along than the Cherry and has some trichs on the leaves already despite the buds being in a early stage, the Cherry Cola continues to grow in height and overtook the other this week, I recalibrated my Ph/Ec Pen to ensure accuracy. humidity is quite high at the moment but I expect it to drop where I live in the next few weeks hopefully! 3 plants in the 80x80cm tent has the humidity higher than id like but the plants seem happy enough for now. The 3 are guzzling the water, Not sure exactly how much but I topped up the reservoir by at least 30 liters this week.

FastBuds FBT01 aka AK47 29th December 2019 Week 3 of Flowering Begins...................................... Well the first 2 weeks of flowering was all about the stretch and at 69cm high she is a bit stretchy . Only tester number 13 is taller at 73cm. I fed her a third of a cup of Mr B's Green Trees Bloom mix aswell as a qtr tspoon of Great white Mycorhizae. We have a fairly cool week forecast compared to the rest of the state but I'm sure it will be sunny enough for this girl to thrive 💪 I hope you all have a great New Years and I'll be back next week for another update on the AK47.

Grow diary 11 Stage 3 Days 21-30 Day 22 removed lowest nodes. I'm also thinking i may be overwatering. Day 24 eventually found my humidifier. Day 26 topped both colas. Day 30 training. The last 9 days have been fairly bad, around day 22 I thought the grow looked a little overwatered. This time I am using a home made ring to flood the pots, i didn't take into account that this ring lets out about 10 times the amount of water then the blue drippers. I cut the watering down and the she started to recover. She isn't the worst looking one out the 4 strains maybe the 3rd worse looking one. She is recovering better then the others. TEMP Max 27.5 Avg 25.0 Min 20.9 Humid Max 76.5% Avg 55.3% Min 45.3% VPD Max 1.99 Avg 1.43 Min 0.75
