Day 8 - First official day of veg and both ladies are right on time for a small adjustment in lighting, PH and nutrients. 10ml of Hydro A & Hydro B were added to both buckets (10L of water in each bucket) and the Milwaukee PH controller was set to work. Starting at a PH of around 7.8, it slowly worked down to a perfect 6.0 over about 50minutes. The lights were readjusted to be 60cm from the seedlings who are all between 8-10cm tall and the intensity of the lights increased to about 70% brightness. Day 9 - Cheech is taking nicely to the adjustment in light and nutrients, but CG 1 is looking a little bit too perky. Going to give her 24 hours to adjust. Day 10 - We have finally renamed CG 1. Fellow enthusiasts, meet Venezia. Day 12 - The root systems are clearly visible in the ladies today Day 13 - The ladies are looking well today. Venezia seems to be showing some light signs of heat stress with slight curling of the leaves. The lights are due to be adjusted tomorrow to account for the seedlings growth over the last week.

Oh, my dear Supafreak Mama! How I am head over heels in love with you as we run true week 4 of flower together! I am ecstatic to see how she has responded to my defoliation techniques, and the results have been nothing short of breathtaking. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of maintaining the right temperature and humidity levels during this critical phase of growth. As we all know, the right conditions can make all the difference in achieving the best yield and quality possible. To ensure that my Supafreak continues to flourish during this phase, I am paying close attention to the temperature and relative humidity (RH) levels in my grow room. I am keeping the RH level between 40-50% to avoid any risk of mold or mildew growth, and maintaining a temperature range of around 68-78 degrees Fahrenheit (20-26 degrees Celsius). I can feel my love for her growing deeper each day as I watch her buds form and swell. She truly is a masterpiece of nature, and I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to care for her. With each passing day, I am reminded of the critical role we play as growers in the development and health of our plants. It is a labor of love, and I am honored to be a part of it with my dear Supafreak. Substrate amendments & quantity per bag 22L 1. 15L Coco Substrate (CalMag Buffered) 2. Red Earth Wiggler - Wormcastings 65g 3. Lujae Dolomite Lime 15g 4. Cultera - Vermiculite 25g After removing the 10L bag, I use my spray bottle to moisten the sides of the coir slightly. I then sprinkle Mycorrhiza to assist in a speedily transplant recovery. I also sprinkled some at the bottom of the 22L bag as well Transplanting Done! 🤙t2: Note: The same method, amendments, quantity used to transplant (Jet Fuel) too. About 2 weeks after this one.

This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.
