Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. New Tent Who This!?! Upgraded to a 2x4x6 to accommodate flowering height and airflow. Ventilation added as well as a brief use of a dehumidifier. New light too. The AC Infinity light that comes with the 642 bundle. Netting added as well. My first time using one so I’m open to critique.

The most difficult strain to grow this cycle, I do not know whether it’s due to the irrigation of the pot she resides in, causes this slow growth, and making matters worse nearly fried her with nutrients, so I flush but it turned out I was overwatering with the flushing, so I have allow it dry up a bit and incrementally flush due to the slow drainage from this pot, though she revegged I will not add nutrients, since she’s this far in her flowering phase, I don’t want to risk not having enough time to flush before harvest.

Having cal mag issues going to hit the grow store tomorrow am and see can I get some organic cal mag and see if that helps other than that no real issues 2/24 I’m going sit my dumb ass down and chill I did a defoliation and man I over did it I think it’s pretty aggressive and i don’t know what I was thinking I was just clipping away 🤦🏾‍♂️…… anyway got some calmag for the color issues only going 1/2 tsp see how that goes hopefully when the new growth and more stretch happens it’ll look a lot better I’m also bottom feeding the calmag hope that works too

Hi growers! Milkyway has started forming very hard flowers covered with trichomes and the smell of the flower is really amazing!

Ok heading into Week #5 & nothing but dechlorinated tap water. Yah boi! My 1st venue into high stress topping & training - The Jack's are still undetermined sex, so I figure what the hell -- have some fun & hopefully learn a bit. I don't see anything obvious on the Jack's that are giving me anything definitive in regards to sex. I'll just keep watching. One thing I have noticed with the leaves, is that they are very strong, like a bit rubbery. Overall the are very clean, green & healthy looking. The Green Crack duo is looking nice as well. Same deal with the leaves. Strong & stretchy, but healthy -- I defoliated the giant leaves & cleared off the 1st nodes. No training - YET - Watering is done automatic for both tents. Was bout 1/2 gallon every 2 days, that will change with the the recent defolio ---- well that's about it, .

Everything's going smoothly so far. Doing a defoliation tomorrow and getting rid of any lanky branches. This should be my best crop yet with photoperiods. It should be noted that there is a difference between defoliation and lollipopping. I didn't realize there was one until last month.

Flowering Week 26: Storm Battles & Resilience Update: 10.09.2025 | Day 187 Hey Growmies, Week 26 decided to throw some serious weather at us – rain almost every day mixed with strong winds. It was enough to blow my African lady right off her socks! Durban Poison took a full tumble under the weight of those wet, dense buds. Lesson learned: never underestimate a sativa in a storm. I reinforced the whole support setup – added more stakes and wired everything firmly to the fence in the back. Blueberry, on the other hand, stood strong like the queen she is – not even a lean. Strain Check · Durban Poison: Took that fall like an absolute champion. Didn’t skip a beat – just kept bulking up like nothing happened. The smell is now coming in strong, and the colors are getting wilder every day. Respect. · Blueberry: Her buds are swelling nicely and the colors keep intensifying. She handled the monsoon rains and wind like it was a gentle breeze. Starting to give off a faint smell – still subtle, but it’s there. Time for the stretch! Lots of flowering growth happening now. I can see where the bud spots will be so I’m going to have to stop moving the branching around in the Scrog, also the branches are getting thick and less pliable.

So guys , after 4 days o germination in 0.3L pots , i decided to move them for 10-14 days in 2L plastic pots . I use the BioBizz Light Mix Soil , first time also , but until now i ve used beside the feeding scheudle also Soil with High Levels of NPK , so we burned the plants and stoped them grow. A LUMIX 250 W vegetative light bulb keeps them warm and in 2 weeks abot , i will do tge last transplant in the 15L fabric pots . Gold Label Nutrients and Supliments , whole professional line in small bottles ( think some of them will last for years ). Visible Mistakes and worries : - dont know if the Light Height is good now - when should i start the spider-mites and other acarians treatment or pre treatment -what level of humidity should be inside in diffrent growing stages -I m so scared about Male plants , i have no experience at all how to spot them I had a hard week , hope you had a better one . I'm doing a little experiment on these plants. The front row I have completely removed all of the families. The remaining plants I'm going to treat as normal and do my normal pruning routine. I've never defoliated these quite so heavily you'll see how the end result looks. Stay tuned!

Last few weeks have been fantastic and I can't wait to see how they all respond to the first big stress event. Topping any sites that are at canopy while letting the rest develop but keeping the best 6 primaries and keeping it nice and simple. 3/9 ok so I kept more than 6 on these, I think there's one of them that has 7 but the rest all have 8-9 main branches, if they were within 3-5" of the top of the canopy I just kept them, that much variation will even itself out with just some slight bending. 3/12: So I've topped all primaries once now, should be 14-18 new tops on all of these, I'm hoping to top again next week assuming they can keep growing 1" per day, that should give me an excellent structure for a big fat canopy in the flower room.

Great week. Plants growing nice and healthy. Thick stems, nice color to the leaves. So far so good. They might turn out short and fat . Only time will tell .
