Day 43 - Had a full water change and now running RO ( Reverse Osmosis) Water. Not topped up any nutrients yet just straight RO water as I've defoliated the girls and took off a lot of the excess foliage and sites i thought won't be getting much light. The reason for not adding nutrients straight away was because they have already had a bit of stress due to defoliation and them trying to uptake nutrients at certain temperature ranges and pH will add to it. So just RO water pH'd to about 5.7/5.8. After 12-24 hours have passed I'll add nutrients again. Smells very strong in here now and getting paranoid lol. They grow by the day and get frostier each time i open the tent. Until the next time people. Day 45 - close up bud shot of one of the girls lowers and a few colas. Girls seem to be happy with the RO water which makes me feel as though i should of been running it earlier for sure. EC has dropped, so i know the girls are feeding uptaking nutrients. Everything has been going well , the growth has not stopped and the leaves are nice and green . I raised the power from 40% to 50%. When I did that the leaves on the gsc started curling upwards a little bit so I elevated my lights from 2.5 ft to 3ft . and will continue to raise the power gradually every week until at the max 900 watts . I have been watering them every time they are dry and keeping a close eye on any changes . So far so good !

I cutted off the main cola of GG accidentally, so we have GG LST, GG LST + topping and LH growing naturally. Rain days/no sunny days they stay indoors as u can see. (20hours indoors 400HPS and 12 hours outdoors direct sunlight) Gonna decrease nutrients because of the apparence of the leaves, "plastic leaves effect" let me know what u will do in comments ! According to the research that I have done this should be the halfway point for this cultivar. This was a easy week again, started the week with a regular watering of Liquid Seaweed, Molasses, Humic Acid and Recharge, had one additional water with CAlMag, by the end of the week the plants were starting to show signs of starvation!! I need to adjust the feed schedule these girls are heavy feeders. Ended the week by top dressing each plant with 1 Cup of EWC, .5 Cup Compost 2 Tablespoons of Flower Girl and 1 Tablespoon Seabird Guano. I brewed a compost tea with 2 Cups of Compost, 1 Cup of EWC, 30 Mil Molasses, 10 Mil Liquid Seaweed, 30 Mil Humic Acid, 30 Mil Yucca Extract, and 30 Mil Herculean Harvest. Changed the straw out and mixed new straw with organic rice hulls and the compost from the tea and applied this as a top dress.

Hey now, this week went very well. I transplanted her on day 16 and her leaves were praying as soon as the lights came back on. I still have the Spectrum X in V1 at 30% which is doing an excellent job of keeping her low to the ground with nice tight nodes. She is only six inches tall and pushing her 6th node on day 21. I transplanted her into a mixture of Coco Coir and Perlite and set up an auto watering system that is currently feeding her 4 times per day, Once at lights on, and then every 5 hours thereafter until the 4th feeding, then it repeats at lights on. I will top her just above the 6th node as soon as I have room between 6 and 7, which will hopefully be in the next several days. I know some people don't agree with topping autos, and I would certainly agree it's not the way to go in all setups. However, when utilizing high frequency fertigation in coco coir it is absolutely necessary. The issue is vertical growing space if you are growing indoors, as outdoors this is not an issue. I use a combination of LST, topping, mainlining, manifolding, and super cropping to try to keep my plants from growing into the lights, but it can still be tough especially when growing Sativa dominant strains. Hopefully I can top her above the 6th node but that will depend on how many nodes she pushes out before starting to flower but I think I will be fine. I will begin LST as soon as she recovers from the topping which typically takes about 24 hours. I am definitely very happy with this medic grow led so far, I have not even started the UV/IR spectrum but I will be in about 1-2 weeks as soon as these last two seedlings hit veg. .... Really good week but the work continues. The stretch is on. The 2 ladies on the extreme left has a proper stretch going on. It may be due to those are the girls I mainlined or it could be the blurple lights that both of them are under. Still removing some of the thick lower growth below the netting. its think but i remove just a little everynight for a gentle reduction in foliage. Not pictured here but on Day 12 white hairs were beginning to show. A few issues with high humidity during lights on or high heat when the dehumidifier is on. No strain specific smells as yet. Huge difference observed between the mainlined strains ( Orange Sherbert and Green Gelato) and the other LST strains in the tent. The stems of the mainlined strains tend to be fatter and there is a significant reduction on foliage on the mainlined strains. The LST strains (Blue Gelato 41 and the Vanilla Kush) are more bushy, squat with heavy foliage. Also not so much as a long stretch.
