The second week wasn't too problematic for Super Skunk #1. The seedling is steadily growing and I went forward with only feeding it distilled water. I recently came across some growing information and heard about the magic of bokashi so I figured I would incorporate it into my grow this time around to see the effects. I also decided that based on my experience last grow, I would switch over to a more kelp based nutrient during flower. What I came to realize (amongst other things) was that I had most likely underfed my plants during flower, and although my "no bottled nutrients" challenge got me through veg. without a problem, it appeared that my plants could have used a bit of a boost during flower. This time around I plan on sticking to: -rice water -coconut water -banana peel water -onion/garlic peel water during veg. and once I decide to flip to flower I will go back to using my trusty Green Plant "Medi-one" bottled organic nutrients. *the second plant that I replanted is looking pretty strange so I'm thinking I might need to germinate another seed*😑

Last big feeding before I start to flush. It looks like the blue dream is not gonna make it. I will pull it out and make room form my vegetable garden seedlings. I might as well use the light that's all ready on, I have some tomato and pepper plants sprouting as we speak. Back to the Buddha I have a concern about the Think different that it might get bud rot from being so dense and only one cola. the FAST BUDS 420 Genetics are impressive. I think on the next run I will get a better yield as I will have a record of their veg and flower times accordingly. I can really dial in the feeding schedule. The Carmelicious is really doing well they are all starting to smell sweet and fruity. My target harvest day is 1/20/20 a little over 2 weeks from now I will give them there last CAL MAG / SILICA PH 6.0 watering today 1/5/20 as the pots have dried out from the last Big Feeding. They will eat up what ever is left in the coco this week and the flush with the Clean Fruits From GREEN BUZZ Nutrients will be all that is left for the last weeks. I will be Dope Scoping the Trichomes in 2 weeks 90% cloudy 10% amber, this will be my harvest window indicator. I hope to see the fan leaf fade starting next week that way I will no that the food is gone from the coco and that plant will start using its reserves. Until next time, a toast. Durch die Kontrolle des Ph wertes und des spülen mit wasser zeigen sich jetzt auch langsam die Farben des Herbstes ind den Blättern Schade würde sie noch gerne stehen lassen Aber die grapefruit Diesel wirkt überreif und ich will keine Hermies riskieren...

Super wie sie sich entwickelt. Sie lässt ein wenig die Blätter hängen. Ich werde sie aber jetzt schön gießen mit dem Dünger vom MaryJanes Growshop und mal schauen ob sie dann freudiger da steht.

1 of the bubba kush & 2 of the gorilla zkittlez are a little behind but over all everything seems to be going good so far! Day 10 update transplanted all the ones in smaller pots to 5 gallon pots except 1 of the bubba Kush it still needs a few more days! Everything else seems to be going great!

Water week8.1

Harvested them on 10/4, washed them and hung them to dry for 4 days, then alternated them in brown paper bags and big jars for a few days until perfect. Final thoughts: Like most sativas I've grown, those biggass colas were kinda fluffy and shrunk up pretty bad once dry, but it's super frosty, tasty, and smells delicious as well. It was very easy to grow, but a pain to trim...too leafy. No deficiencies at all with normal feed, and they bulked up really well in the last two weeks. They are thirsty girls because they have a lot of foliage. They can withstand being less than a foot from quantum boards for their final week or two without burning up too much. I don't like that it took this strain almost two weeks longer than the others, but a good sativa usually takes quite a while longer than these did. Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

As of Sunday evening, the trichome coverage is astounding, layering the buds in a frosted coat that hints at the genetic's potency. We are observing the full spectrum of colors, with the early light purple shades deepening into rich, dark hues. Most of the pistils have now darkened and withdrawn, signaling that the swelling phase is nearly complete. We have officially shifted focus to the ripening stage. ​🌡️ ENVIRONMENT & VPD Environmental conditions are being monitored closely with a digital hygrometer. Average temperatures are around 24.6°C with humidity dropping to 41%, resulting in a high VPD of 1.8 kPa. This dry climate in the final stage is perfect for maximizing resin production and ensuring rock-hard, mold-free buds. ​👃 TERPENES & AROMA The scent is incredible this week. It is characterized by a super sweet and fruity core, clearly carrying that signature creamy Gelato touch. The profile is rounded off by a subtle, sour undertone in the finish that balances the heavy sweetness perfectly. It’s a very complex and pungent aroma that has intensified significantly as the plant ripens. ​💧 NUTRIENT FEEDING & WATERING We have reached a turning point in the feeding schedule. The very last nutrient application was administered on March 30th, where Bio-Grow was already completely excluded from the mix to begin the nitrogen reduction. Since April 2nd, I have officially started the flushing process with pH-regulated water. ☀️ // Day 43 🍁 Hello my friends, we are approaching the final weeks. If the 9 weeks are a reliable prediction from Compound, then this will take 3 more. But I take all the time ithe plant needs since I am doing a growing break over the summer. It just get's too hot in this region to grow peacefully indoors. So there is no stress for me to finish her quickly to go on. If she needs 10 weeks, that's fine for me. The buds are starting to mature. But I mean just slightly, as you can clearly see that she needs at least 3 more weeks. The frost production is superb, she has no deficiencies and the size of the buds is very satisfactory. The leafs are starting to get a real deep green color just like they're supposed to, if you look at the pictures from Compound. The only thing I can complain about is the smell of the plant. It seems very unspecific. If I rub on the trichomes, I get some freshness and some spicyness, which you could describe as dank & "gassy", but that's basicially how most weed smells at the beginning. I don't know if I just had a really good phenotype of the Jelly Donutz in my last grow but that plant reeked right from the beginning how it was supposed to. The whole box smelled like baked goods, milkshakes and dessert sweetness. I mean, there are still some weeks to go and there still is the cure to go through but I hoped to get at least a hint on what this strain will have to offer. Some real gas, some gelato cream or some biscotti dankness would be appreciated but for now, there just is nothing like that. We'll see how she evolves in the upcoming weeks. The plant got 4.5 L of water today with epsom salt. She is still getting water every 4 days, which is totally fine. I mean in the end, the more she drinks, the more she evolves and the fatter she gets, right? ☀️ // Day 47 🍁 Got the usual 4.5 L of water with epsom salt. Nothing to report, smooth sailing. She drinks a total of 9 L like every week. 💦 Watering: 9 L with pH = 6.3 💊 Fertilizer: Epsom Salt 💡 Light: 700 PPFD at 70%

Although I am blown away by the growth and progress she is making. I am extremely concerned about the high temperatures in the grow room. It's between 26-32 degrees, not ideal! I can't seem to cool it down at all as it's 30+ outside. I have an alternative plan for drying so I will be able to do that at a reasonable temperature but I'm concerned a lot of potency and some of the more volatile terpines might have evaporated 😭

3.2.2024: Start of week 7 from seed. Fed 1/4 fox farm trio nutes plus calmag. 64oz at 6.5ph. There's some clear nute burn on the leaf tips but she's doing well. Super puffy bud sites with tons of long white pistils. Few random orange hairs here and there. 3.3.2024: Day 44 from seed. Steady as she goes. No change to current state. 3.4.2024: Watered 64oz at 6.5ph. No change...chugging along. 3.5.2024: Day 46. Buds are forming nicely. Some red hairs and trichomes on the sugar leaves. 3.6.2024: Day 47. Fed again at 1/4 strength with 3/4 gal of 6.5ph. Runoff tested at 6.49 just around 1000ppm. Solution going in was 300ppm 3.7.2024: Day 48. Plant doing its thing. One fan leave on the top has a touch of brown/red spotting. Can't tell if its light/nute related. Good bud development all around. 3.8.2024: Day 49, end of week 7 from seed. Watered 96oz at 6.38ph. Runoff ppm at 1050 with ph at 6.7. She appears to being doing great. Super stoked to see the bud development over the past week. I'm thinking the reddish hues the top sugar leaves are showing might be purple which is kinda cool. Doesn't seem like a deficency.

6/9 I can't believe it but I had faith. The transplant yesterday LOOKED like it was fucked. I cleaned it up though and left it outside. This morning it was standing straight up. Both transplants were! I put tarps up to block the wind tunnel between buildings. It's still overcast and rainy. Sun isn't supposed to come out for a couple poke days. Chance of thubder storms tomorrow but I'm going to try to get everyone in their forever homes today. Or at least most of them. I plan to light dep a few right in the 3 gallon. I'm sure I'll be updating this after I get some work done. UPDATE: I WENT OVER AND GOT THREE MORE TRANSPLANTED. THAT MEANS FIVE ARE OUTSIDE IN THE CAGE. TWO 10TH PLANET, 2 BLUEBERRY CHEESE AND A LITTLE PURPLE PUNCH. THE 3 GALLON POTS WERE RELATIVELY HEAVY SO I PICKED THE LIGHTER ONES TO TRANSPLANT. I LEFT THE ORHER TWO 10TH'S IN THE GARAGE WITH THE DOOR OPEN WITH THE REMAINING PLANTS. I ALSO ADDED WIND BREAKS AND SUPPORTS TO EVERYTHING. I WANTED TO GET EVERUTHING DONE TODAY BUT THERE MAY BE A THUNDER STORM SO IF I DONT GET IT DONE ITS NOT A BIG DEAL AND ILL FINISH TOMORROW. TRANSPLANTS WENT SMOOTH. I THINK THEY'LL GO EVEN SMOOTHER IF THEY DRY OUT A BIT. STILL HAVE THE 50 AND 40'S TO FILL. Took a bunch of videos but the don't want to load. I'll have to try tomorrow or later tonight. UPDATE: I TOOK TONS OF PICTURES AND VIDEOS BUT THEY DONT WANT TO SEEM TO UPLOAD. IVE GOT SIX IN THERE FINAL HOMES OUTDOORS 20s and 30 gallon smart pots. Still have massive plants but I'm going to out those in the 50 and the 40. I'll finish this shit up tomorrow and get all the girls in their forever homes and if I don't have room for some I was planning on doing a light dep anyway so that will work out good. I learned a lot and transplanting went a lot smoother todsy than before. I feel really proud of myself. The last Transplant I did break a few leaves off that I didn't notice but whatever. I used tomato cages for suppirt on two and bamboo poles and string on the others. I'll add the vertical trellis as they grow. I'm proud of myself. 6/10 I got a lot done yesterday. Six are outside already. Two are in 20s in the garage. I'm planning on transplanting the rest today or tomorrow. I'll update later. Accidently uploaded lots of stuff on the wrong week. I just need to decide if I'm going to light dep that MASSIVE blueberry cheese or bite the bullet and put it in the fifty. Maybe I'll try to get some help from my cousin. FINALLY DECIDED TO GET The MONSTER BLUE CHEESE I FIMed INTO ITS FOREVER HOME A 50 FALLON POT. IT WAS TGE EASIEST BEST TRANSPLANT OF THEM ALL. JUST LIKE AETTING A POT IN THE WHOLE. I DONT EVEN THINK THE PLANT NOTICED. ONE OF THE PURPLE PUNCHES HAD ROOTS OB ONE OF ITS LEAVES WHEN I LOOKED BUTVIT WAS STILL STANDING UO STEAIGHT. I KNOW SOME OF THE PLANTS LOOK DROOPY BUT WEVE HAD SEVERAL DAYS OF RAIN AND A MASDIVE THUNDER STORM. I BROUGHT OUT THE EARLIER TRANSPLANTS AS WELL. THEY ARE OUT OF THE SHOCK. WIND IS PRETTY HIGH BUT I DONT WANT TO ADD MORE TARPS. I THINK THINGS ARE SECURED GOOD ENOUGH FOR NOW. IM SUPER STOKED THAT TRANSPLANT WENT SO GOOD! Went back at 7:30pm. Some plants have a little bit of transplant shock and a little bit of burn but it's negligible considering they've been through a thunderstorm with pouring rain and extremely high winds. That blueberry cheese in the 50 transplanted so easy and still looks like it didn't even know the difference. I'll start light dep once I get a plan. Plants are recovering nicely but should something happen to one I could replace it. I'm interested in the light dep though and I've got a pretty good idea how to start. 6/12 The plants that had a little transplant shock are coming out of it. We had a thunderstorm and pouring rain the day of some of the transplants. Wasn't forecasted. High winds moved the plants around a bunch bit they are tough as hell. Everything is out now. Suppisedcto have showers the next few days. I'm putting together a feeding schedule abd setting up a spit to start light dep on the three plants I decided to flower early. The cage now gets twice as much sun as before. This is going to be a good year. Went back over and plants are perking up and doing even better everytime I see them. I took a video but it might not upload until tomorrow. I may start a new diary for the light dep. I have a few places I'm thinking to use for light dep. I need to make a solid plan before I start so maybe a day or two. Trying to upload again but I doubt it. 6/13 Had a rushed morning but I watered the plants in the 3 gallons as they were dry. I had added more soil to a couple of the bags. The top soil is startingvtj dry out but the plants look good and we are supposed to get rain so I don't really want to water if it's going to be raining. I think I've found my light dep spot and schedule. I'll update after I do something. WENT BACK OVER AND SPRAYED A LITTLE BIT OF WATER ON THE EXTREMELY DRY TOPSOIL THAT I HAD TOPPED SOME OF THE PLANTS OFF WITH. SHITTY THING IS THAT WAS ADDED AFTER THE THUNDER STORM SO IT MAKES IT HARDER TO JUSTE THE PLANTS WATERING NEEDS. I CAN TELL THAT ONE OFCTHE FIRST TEANSPLANTS IS STILL HOLDING WATER. I MEAN WE GOT A DOWNPOUR AND I DONT WABT TO WATER IF WE'RE GOING TO BE GETTING RAIN ANYWAY. IM GOING TO LOOK BACK OVER THE DIARY. THATS ONE GREAT THING ABOUT THESE. YOU CAN GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR WORK. 6/14 Glad I held off watering. It's raining today. Just showers. We haven't gotten any of that extreme wind we usually do. I have the plants supported but I still worry. Definitely more than I should. Plants are still doing good and acclimating to there homes. I have not started the light dep with the 3 gallons but I think I've found my spot. Once I start it will just be staying consistent putt8ng them in and out. I need to train them anyway. I have some research to do and a joint to smoke so I'll update later.
