Pretty exciting week. Been doing last-minute prep to switch from Veg to flower, by moving lights around and adjusting them between blue and red to encourage growth in that last little stragglers. More significant though, we had a power outage in the middle of the day, mid week, that caused me to scramble to find light. This gave an added bonus because I the weather is getting better and I was able to expose my plants to some natural sunlight and air. You can see in the timelapse the combination of blue, red, and white light as I shift things around. NOTE: This week was also the start of the COVID-19 Self Quarantine, so the time at home gave me a lot more flexibility to tend to my babies. Plants have reached as high as 20 inches or more, but topped off the tallest ones because they were overpowering the smaller guys and also starting to droop. Plus I broke one trying to weave through the net. Next Week: Switch to Flower Stage!

I feel sorry for my plans this 2 weeks I haven't been able to look after them properly I've been working long shift with Christmas approaching there's no time for anything so I was pushing in a lot of nutrients into them and I caused a nutrients lockout .I have flush them out with just clean water at the right pH 6.5 and they are responding very well from now on I will continue to Baby them so they gave the best result possible within the circumstances of the plants. Week 2

Hello, Durban Prison, she's growing very very vigoreous as well. As the entering date is still a long way to go(15 july), and she will be joined by the Green gelato, there is like a lot of space to fill one's they get in the tent(150×120). Now she's bended, and allready into the final container(No soil, just to have a bending that suits the final pot) and I continue doing LST until they enter the tent. Looking forward to see some progress here. Its the 4th grow of this strain. Last grow was same in out in technique I applied and it made 150 gr dry bud of good quality buds. The only difference is, last year I didnt plan to do this, it just came as an idea, and the preparation of the plant itself was minimal. Only last 2 weeks was used to set some shape. So I really hope this year will be a succes. Biggest difference will be the lights. From 400w hps to 800w full spectrum Leds, it will, sorry, it has to be dubbled in numbers. We have now reached the first day of August and it is time to make new crops. The Zkittlez that has completed its vital coclo under the LED lamp has become a fantastic plant and will be collected tomorrow along with the Purple Glam Kush. In the last few days I have received my new Focus V Carta concentrator vaporizer and I really recommend it to anyone who loves to concentrate. I'm using it for my BHO and Rosin and it's really cool. I also recently discovered how to dissolve my concentrates to create e-liquids from smoking with electronic cigarettes and I will soon make a video about it. Meanwhile I made a second video that you can see on my DHO extraction method using only freshly picked buds. As you can see from the images all the plants are in good health and the queen of my garden is currently the LSD-25 of FastBuds. A beautiful, very fragrant and very productive plant that certainly becomes part of the varieties that I will continue to grow every month. Even the plant that has just begun to bloom shows all its purple shades. If the effect once smoked is as reported in the producers' description (it should have psychedelic properties) it will surely become my favorite strain for this year 😋 August 4 Nice Updates: I'm really studying a lot these days and I'm improving my skills in creating concentrates. In the coming weeks I will also show you my attempt to decompose and reassemble cannabis at will. I will use my DHO for THC, derivatives and terpenes, buy a ready-made wax containing 70% CBD and isolated crystals of CBD at 99.9% and additional extracts of marijuana terpens for flavor. Everything will be dissolved with a few drops of a PEG solution similar to products like Wax Liquidizer or the Shatter Batter you have in the USA, but as I wrote I will show you in the coming weeks. As far as my girls are concerned, in the last few days I have collected the Purple Glam Kush and the beautiful Zkittlez that bloomed under the LED lamp. I also posted new images of the beautiful LSD-25. Since I decided to create new concentrates at each harvest I will divide the buds into three categories. I will smoke the medium and large buds and I will use the smaller ones and the first quality scraps to make my concentrates. With all the other scraps I will instead make hashish with the ice-olator method. I take this opportunity to wish you all happy summer holidays! 😎 August 7: I was uploading the results images when I realized something must have gone wrong when I uploaded my last video and it was still in conversion, I reupladed it. Results: with about 40 grams of top quality scraps I obtained 4.5 grams of DHO and with second quality scraps mixed with 17.5 grams of cleaned hashish I got 7.1 grams of DHO. We both lack small amounts that I have smoked these days, say about half a gram of one and a half gram of the other. Despite having used different materials both have similar color and texture. The taste of hashish feels very little and gives a note of freshness to the concentrate. Obviously both have a very powerful effect. As for the plants collected, I obtained 122 grams from the Purple Glam Kush and 157 from the Zkittlez 😉

Week 15 Coming back from holidays: left the plants 13 days in self sufficiently. -grow spot: greenhouse -Automatic Watering Blumat with 5L supply of water / plant -ventilation: 6 AM to 22 PM = 15 min/h - 22 PM to 6 AM = 15min/2h -companion plants: dill, basil + in front of the greenhouse: lavender, sunflower -insect traps ; artificial (paper glue) and natural : numbers of spiders around -1 manual watering day 7 Really good surprise: all plants look healthy and particularly the Sleepy Joe, growing 40cm higher in 13 days + a good side stretching. No pest or predators around (I will have a meticulous check soon), no signs of dehydration just some dead leaves on the floor causing by heat or the minimum water quantity, proving by the root system around the ‘carrot clay’ (Blumat) cf photo. Everything goes on properly except for the high temperature and the proximity of the flowers to the lamp. I really hope the flowers will withstand the pressure because I have no way to lower the temperature anymore or keep the lamp away from the flowers.

So My Dad Sent me a custom Landrace Strain that he wanted me to grow out and Breed for him. The Strain is Called Black African Magic: Black African Magic, Alson known as BAM, is a Sativa pure land race strain, It's classified under the Cannabis Sative species and its genetics come from Africa-the Ituri Forest in the Dmocratic Repoublic of Congo. The Effects are said to be Very Psychedelic, used for Stress managment and for better sleep and rest. This is my frist Land Race so we, will see how this goes together.. RO Water Used Added Hydrogen Peroxided 8/1/2023- Germination Achieved G-Day1 Popped her head above the root riot today to say hello.. Woot first challenge when dealing with an unknown seed and a new Strain is getting the seed to pop and the lady to show life. 8/2/2023- Germination Day 2 Took the root riot out today and it was soaked not good plant drowing again. I am still having a hard time finding the right blance for where the water should be to keep the root riot moist and not soaked. I had to drain some of the water out of the root riot plug to help give a little oxygen. 12/22/2021 Starting the over night soak in H2O2 water, then onto soil mix to finish germination. Soaking in H2O2 and water, about an ounce h2o2 mixed with .500ml spring water. It aids in breaking down seed shell, and sanitize seeds at the same time. I will sow directly into soil as breeder suggest. 12/25/2021 All I5 seeds sprouted in water little 1-2 mm tap roots, potted into small cups and reppot as necessary, should get 100% germ rate if I don't hurt them tiny tap roots putting them in soil. 12/28/2021 Lemon OG 100% germ rate, Biscotti Skunk 4 of 5, Grape Skunk 4of5,and I will take the blame if others don't take because of miss handling, so very happy with the germination rate I'll give it 100% Thanks @QCS for given me the opportunity to grow your genetics.🙏🏻 Ps. But feminized information was all they had on website,assuming it's all the same.

Hi Growmies, I removed the starter leaves and slightly started bending the highest set of leaves to give the lower shoots more exposure. She looks a lot like a pure indica already, very pretty :) Her root system is developing amazingly as well! I fed the plant with Bio PK for the last time this week. From now on I will just water the plant without adding any nutrients. The buds are starting to swell up and they are getting more frost. The aroma is getting more intense from day to day.

I forgot to say at the begging I have a bought a dehumidifier because in my home there is no ventilation to put inside took one a plant place thath i had to keep in vegetation period any way this week th plants are pumping good i did stop for a week with the nutrients but now I’ll put a bit les 2 times a weekas normal

Day 5 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone ☺️. Finally the time has come :-) The lady moved into the flower tent on January 6th, 2021 😁. The day before, of course, a cutting was taken 👍. In the flowering tent, the distance between the plant and the lamp is 40 cm so that she can get used to the strength of the lamp. After 3-5 days I go down to 30 cm. This week it was watered twice with 1 l per plant. GHSC enhancers were added to one wash :-). Flower fertilizer will only be added in 12-16 days as soon as the first blossoms are there :-). Otherwise the tent was completely cleaned and the humidifier refilled. For the next few days I have filled fresh osmosis water in canisters again :-). Next week I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up going into small popcorn buds 😉. There is nothing more to report this week and I wish you all a lot of fun with the update 😀. Day 64: she’s finally looking like she’s starting to bulk up. Trichomes are everywhere and she smells magnificent. Temperature and humidity levels have also been great the last week and she’s really progressing. I’m feeding her 1ml calmag, 3ml bloom and 2ml topmax per litre and she seems great other than a few tips burnt and a couple bent 90 degrees up a slightly brown ish colour. I can’t invest in a led light yet so I used what I had and added a 5000k led light around day 62 and although it’s the wrong end of the spectrum it seems to be proving great. Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. Week is going good aside from me accidently cutting off a stem on pheno 2. If I can properly save the cutting though I might have a chance at another female. Pheno 3 I'm hoping can make some comeback as I really want to flower the plant, its not dead by any means but the way its growing I just cant see it allowing itself to flower the top leaves were barely growing so I topped. Hopefully positive changes within the next week.
