the time is finally here, super OG was harvested (during a tornado warning at that😂) and she's currently drying in a 2x4 tent waiting to be cured. this is so surreal and we couldn't be happier over here! didn't get a wet weight but will get a dry one eventually.

On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

Another new thing with this grow is how it will be grown under the new LED's by Medic Grow. They will be under two of their MINI-SUN 2 240W LED grow lights using their V1 Spectrum, Its good from seed to harvest. You can find more information about this in the foot note. Day 50: Finally reached the third week of flower and she’s looking great. She continues to creep upwards while developing lots of sites and pistils. I’m hoping to see some bud development sometime soon. I’m also considering 18/6 light schedule if anyone has any opinions on it. I continue to feed her as before and I’m having no problems yet. Very excited to see what this week brings! Any comments are welcome! Happy growing! Day 51: I’m seeing no major differences since yesterday but she’s looking great! I’ve decided against changing the light schedule as I don’t want to stress her at all. She’s still not dried out since watering a few days ago so possibly too much water has slowed growth. Not concerned at the moment as she’s still progressing and looking great. Day 52: she seems slightly fatter. Maybe my eyes are being impatient😅 it’s still surprising me how quickly the medium can go from being nice and moist to bone dry. I’ve watered her today with slightly less grow and slightly more bloom and top max, hopefully she shows a positive reaction. I’m running out of head room rapidly so hopefully she doesn’t stretch excessively anymore. She’s also smelling a lot stronger today, not that I’m complaining😎 Day 53: definitely looking and smeller a lot better today. She must’ve liked the feed I gave her. Day 54: she’s smelling great and growing great. I’ll water her again tomorrow morning increasing bloom and top max dosage and lowering the grow. Hopefully she carries on like this. Day 55: watered today with a bigger dosage as above and she seems great. Smelling nice although I can’t see any major differences she’s definitely taking her sweet time. Day 56: she’s definitely shining more today and smeller stronger. Still no major differences, I’m looking forward to seeing what next weeks brings.

This beautiful girl turned out to be a real strong queen who withstood very strong stresses, she is very persuasive for ScrOG, in 2-3 days when she comes out of the stresses I will switch the light cycle to 12/12.💚💚💚

Its was great to finally grow my own weed , i felt really good and im so happy with the result , my best choice was to get a experienced guy to help me trought the way , it definitely saved me a lot of time and mistakes , thanks to @bengrowerbr instagram . Now i have two headbangers already flowering on my grow , those are not from any seedbank but they are looking great , i will give her a diarie as well , thanks for being here and lets get medicated!

The girls had a big week! Started off with transplanting to their 2 gallon pots early in the week. They showed no stress, or signs of slowing down. With the extra room to spread, the girls were clearly loving their transplant home. Temps were steady around 82 degrees, and RH was kept to a reasonable 60% while they were recovering. I also started with a larger nutrient feed, and will be rotating between regular feed, light feed and then plain water now that they can handle more.

Have Big Gas Puff on my Behalf! 👽 Declaring on September the First, Im Setting officialy the photopheriod as 20/04 hours resting too, they start in midnight as they will help to provide an ideal temperature at night, and thats the reason why stick with covering most of the day yet respecting some time off the grid, as for both mary jane plant processes like foliar feeding or the transplant depicted below and electronics used requires a bit of resting as lifespam testing and recomendations tend to stick on ‘calm your tits homie’ even on autoflowering scenarios, last consideration is the electricity bill as can become bothersome in some countries too. Moving on plant growth , I personally consider up to this date , a healthy growth even when i changed the substrate it has quite a possitive impact and that’s on having a number of survivors above the mínimum of plants i want to be spread each on 11 lt of ’ Organic Life Light Mix’ for the most oustanding Killer Kush FV, by using the growth vigor & not stressed AF criteria , as it’s always good to do backups in case i had a strong damping-off or like a bad germination scenario. Notice the quirk of ‘Pot on Pot’ made the transplant a bit easier, and how can make some small upgrades if added in your grow , if its on your market and fits your style as well. Regarding to feeding, new transplant soil was watered with Hesi boost, Top candy and BAC Calmag’s 2.0 (I chose this Brand specifically as it present other useful micronutrients on its composition ), as they first ones show to have quite a stimulant and refreshing effect on the babies, considering the size of more than decent root samples took before being moved on their final containers. This experience also introduced me the carencies i must attend usually on these type of soils, who also i do consider that being this deal of too light substrate, is a deal of a trade off too , like, im saying this this Organic Life Light Mix it’s not a bad product at all but consider is way more needy unlike traditional soils or even fuck, this shit is more airy than other light soils compositions hhahah, so, final words here, like at the same time the speed gained plus not a total damping off on germination phase & good interaction with fertilizers i use as plant interaction shows quite a good evolution, specially being keen on carencies and disbalances are faster to present and faster to attend , it requires more handling specially on feeding like all shit that is making this grow go at super fast speed , as i took some pics of root mass and it’s development shows it’s quite advanced yet on the optimal point to transplant. PS: I will stay with the non finalists , the more pansy Killer Kush aren’t totally discarded as the point of having backups to have a better coverage regarding to uncertainity of germination and the fact that still fuck up things and shit my pants in the near future, as usual, im a shitty grower if not noticed ! 😂😂😂. This week, the plant is feeding heavily and has grown well. I super cropped the main stem to help with the plant becoming too tall. It has taken very well. The plant was becoming very tall so I thought this would be something to try out. Here's what I did this week. 18.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients; 💜 2ml Ecothrive Trace PH: 6.4 PPM: 365 22.7.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 1 TSP Sea K PH: 6.6 PPM: 485 25.7.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.5, containing the following nutrients; 💜 2ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1/4 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.5 PPM: 361 28.7.25: I watered with 6.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with; 💜 7ml Trace 💜 1.5 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.0 PPM: 351 Thank you for checking in this week and hanging out in the comments 😁💚✌️🌱🙌

She started out stretching vertically faster than any strain I’ve grown before, and after laying her out for LST I thought she’d continue that stretch... she did to a certain degree, but more than half the canopy did not make it to the top. Next time I think I’ll top her instead, but regardless she has put out some picture perfect, sticky, pungent buds. A must have strain.
