It was official week four yesterday for the larger plants. The cherry cola and train wreck have shown sex. I’ve bent the cherry cola but it seems the trainwreck is growing very even with just tucking leaves and removing larger fan leaves blocking the light.

Started off week 2 of flowering on 11/19. All of the ladies look good with the Tangerine Dream being the only set of clones to start showing bud sights and not just pre-flowering. Did a significant amount of clipping and clipped most of the fan leaves on the main colas of my ladies and side branches too. I also began playing classical music for them! True to it’s genetics my Tangerine Dreams are putting off numerous side branches with side branches coming off those branches! Since flowering my Cotton Candy has grown the most. Before flowering it was just barely half the height of my TDs and now they’re taller! As for the Chronic Thunder it’s always been the tallest but in flowering it’s focus has all been on the side branches without me even topping it.

Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. The PCT-2 keeps me informed about the electrical conductivity and temperature of my solution, which is key for monitoring how well my plants are absorbing nutrients. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. Another good week in the books down in the tent. Carl 1 and UKBS 1 are both developing some nice buds, Carl 1 with the bigger buds of the two. Carl 1 had to have a few more buds tied up today, as they overweighted what the stems could handle and started sagging like crazy, creating a lot of empty space in the canopy. Timelapse for the week is out, of course. Updates as they come; per usual. 6/11/2021 - Got a video of how the stem's degenerated, it's mainly on that one side. Somehow an entire branch snapped off of UKBS 2, upon further inspection I noticed it was barely attached to the stem at all and did not attempt to re-attach it. Additionally, some of the clones are doing alright and others are shriveling and dying. Not sure what the inconsistency is caused by. It may be the medium; being soil, stays wet for too long. I can't really think of any other reason. I'm misting them, the humidity stays high now that I have a dome for them, they've been dipped in stim-root and supplied mycorrhizae. Will be submitting a grow question as I'm completely new to the whole cloning concept. Also today: more bud shots using the fancy EOS T5 Rebel. Stay tuned! [Out now] 6/11/2021 - The branch drop seems to not have affected UKBS 2 much at all, something which continues to confuse the hell out of me. I may have to get a PVC greenhouse or something to flower the outdoor plants in, as they're giant and I don't know how they'll stand up to the high winds in the area.

day 60 - Just took some closeup bud images and i like it, hope you like it too

Day 71 - Fresh tank...all new nutes. Started PK Warrior today so they'll be on that for the next 4 weeks as I start to drop the bloom nutes gradually. Noticed on my time lapse on the Saturday night (Their day), they had quite a heavy sag...as much as I've been very critical of EC/pH numbers and the likes, I missed out on light height and it was getting a bit close and starting to heat stress them a bit...raised it on the Sunday and the last 18secs of the time lapse shows them bounce back great. Have raised it even further today to get it approx 14"-15" from the tallest cola, 16"-17" average from the rest. Noticing as well a lot more bottom leaves dropping off...hoping this is from light deprivation...have some proper, shriveled up dry ones in there too but some still green just coming away with a slightest touch - its near lollipopping themselves so all I am doing is removing whats hanging loose and trying to leave as much on there to allow the plants to absorb what it can before it discards them. As the canopy looking so strong, and flowers do seem to be getting bigger from the time-lapse, I'm not going to worry (just yet).

Day 64, 19th of November 2020: Defoliation is done. She is beautiful and you know what? I checked other diaries and wanted to see that nice purple colour and hardly seen indoor turned to be purple more outdoor qas like that. I think she is more sensitive for the environment in terms of colour. But! I might see it is coming. I may have spotted smthg.... I am not sure yet but... but.... If yes, I would be so happy to have a little purple bonsai OMG 😲 All good anyways she is good girl, fertilization continues the same way like it was with the mix above and the ratio. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

buds are very visible and getting some mass (still really small though) and really satisfied with the number of bud sites. REALLY REALLY can't wait to harvest these ladies. P.S. the plant at the end of the last video is an autoflower we planted a few weeks ago.

Quarter Pounder and Skywalker are probably over due for final flushing. Squanch Queen is doing very well and looking to go 9 to 10 weeks. King tut and Alien Technology doing well. However, i did a spray of insecticidal soap due to seeing a couple small holes in a few king tut leaves. Next day plant was shocked and lost tons of leaves to burn. This plant did this once before with the same spray, the others no problem and didnt connect the two til now. Will let her veg back to health and flip to flower once shes healthy again and the autos are done.

Aug 22 - plant fed yesterday a.m., then got rained-on ALL NIGHT - “week 2 Flower”, end of the week will see a Defoliation of sorts. Plant was Schwazzed re: 70% removal of Fan Leaves on day 1 of Flower. Targeting day 20 (we’re at 15) 23rd - plant grew 6cm, basically over-nite!!! Wow 25th - Microbe Tea brewing for tomorrow - Pistils are appearing… 26th - rain overnite, plant is “still”Dry-side of Medium, breakfast time; 1 gal. Posted above. - !!! Cali Crasher finally exceeded expectations and has surpassed the One Metre tall mark. Measured from the orig height, of the original soil via green wire for LST poking through the side of Fabric pot. Its a beaUtiful plant *** tested the run-off from the Feed this morning, its been a while. Run-off = < 3000ppm, so the plant was flushed till ppm dropped below 1500. Yep, it took 5 gal of pH’d water. The Last gallon (5th one) included the bloom nutes, a 2nd time, due to the Flush. That final gallon equaled 1000ppm - next week sees a Large-leaf schwazze on 31st (20days since orig schwazze). Any key, medium-sized shadow-maker gets yanked as well. Still gonna call it a 70% schwazze 28th - last day of week 2 in Flower - Nutes for Breakfast 1gal - really happy this beast climbed over the Metre-mark this week
