This week the photoperiods showed clear progress in vegetative growth, with bigger leaves spreading out and new nodes stacking in nicely. Their color has stayed healthy and consistent, confirming they’re settling well into their 1-gallon pots. On August 26, beneficial nematodes were applied during a watering to boost pest prevention and protect the soil long-term. Humidity and temperature have been monitored closely, with minor adjustments made to keep the VPD in a safe range. By midweek, the canopy began to fill out more evenly, and the plants are looking strong and balanced. Overall, Week 3 has been about steady development, root expansion, and keeping the environment stable. They’re now building a solid foundation for future training and shaping as veg continues.

Trichomes are turning amber slowly. Had some pH issues which the leaves did not enjoy. Also cut back on the EC - down to 1.3 now. Harvest next week!

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. Very lucky to get to experience this much variety. 5.29 F67

Our weather is continuing with exceptionally HOT days having heat indexes over 100℉ so I've maintained my regime of watering the Wedding Cheesecake FF every day with 5-8g of straight well water from the garden hose in the late afternoon once the plant is in the shade. The FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower has taken the heat like a champ and is transforming into a very LARGE and bushy lady! She's at over 5 1/2 feet tall now and is still stretching! She has maintained excellent vigor, color and has shown great resistance to pests and other stressors! 7/6- Yesterday we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the Wedding Cheesecake FF approx. 3g of water from the well. 7/8- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flower and today, after watering, I got under the trellis net and removed a bunch of shade leaves that were growing straight down through the net... bye bye! 7/10- Well the weather and the Wedding Cheesecake FF are both on fire! Hopefully the weather will cool down soon, and the Wedding Cheesecake FF will continue to explode!🤩 There's another week of veg for this beauty and I can't wait for the flowering to begin! Day 71 - Let the new week begin! Removed some fan leaves from the center of the plant today to create more air flow. Day 72 - Good run off today of 13%. Starting to notice the buds fattening up. CalMag decreased to 0.6ml/L. Day 73 - She looks really beautiful today. All the colas are starting to take shape. Day 74 - All the colas are taking shape now. Humidity in my area is high again putting the tent around 58%. Day 75 - Defoliated some of the inner fan leaves today, whilst doing so I touched some of the buds and they are smelling amazing! Fruity/Mimosa smell is already there and super sticky! Day 76 - She's taking up less water these days. My area humidity has gone up really high but still managing around 55% in the tent. I'll be monitoring her to see how she responds to the defoliation over the last couple of days. Day 77 - Getting really smelly now!🍊 That's the end of week 10! Pretty crazy to think! We'll be entering Week 6 of flowering tomorrow. The flowers look great and they are swelling out by the day.

June 11: First week exposed to the full elements. Plants took a beating from the wind but othwise look strong and healthy albeit a bit small. No rain this past week, but soil moisture at 10cm is decent. Preflowers are showing already.

This week noticed the plants grow considerably faster, and the roots have shown impressive growth after just one week.

IVe started to reuse my Aircon unit waste water running it through my r/o water system and adding my 5ml each of calcium and magnesium supplements to each 3 gallon bucket produced . all good so far til next week 😀

April 4th 2021 is Day 55 in Flower, Niagara's Own Seed says their Wedding Cake takes 50 -55 Days. These seeds are great 5 beans for $35 or $40 Canadian. Can't beat the quality and the price! Wish some seed company on here would offer such great prices! Trichomes are mostly milky viewed with a 60X loop. Plants are sticky and smelly. Buds are dense not an airy fluffy bud in sight😍. This is the frostiest bud I've grown to date I think. Some pistils are still white and sticking up straight while others look they are curling in. Since I didn't put up netting or bamboo stakes the branches aren't holding the bud weight so supporting with rope from ceiling hook works OK.

It's kinda sad not having anymore budding plants but thank God I got a break from harvesting it's strawberry cough btw dry weight is 24.9oz
