Hello and welcome to my newest grow! Going to be doing a small pheno hunt for a keeper cut of purple marmalade by Solfire. Speaking of Solfire, want to shout these guys out. Just purchased from these guys the first time and the seeds I received look perfect. They also sent me 3 free seeds which I’m looking forward to growing next. Purple Marmalade is something special too me as I actually smoked this strain in Rochester New York around 2021, I would always pick up 3 new strains a week when I stayed here. For me and my girlfriend at the time it was one of our favorites we have ever had. Super spacey and melted away all stress. Going to be doing a proper hunt where I will keep the rooted seeds as parents and will be taking clones of these for the actual hunt. The clones will be planted in my newest 30 gallon no till bed where they will be flipped semi early to allow all 3 plants to fill the 2x3. The 30 gallon pot is the same soil I have been no tilling in a 15 gallon for the last year and a half. It had gotten compacted in the 15 so I dumped it out, reammended with 3.0, craft blend, and gnarly barley. Also added a gallon of perlite to help prevent compaction again. Poured it into the 30 and topped it off with about 8 gallons of fresh Elite Soil. My thought process is the plants will start off in the new top soil as the bottom cooks, so by the time the roots hit the older soil it is ready to go. I also took a soil sample of the old soil and sent it to my local university to see if the amendments I added will be enough or if I should top dress more early on. Today August 23rd I sprinkle a ton of white clover seeds on top of this pot so by the time I transplant the clones in two weeks I will have a cover crop I also planted the seeds today on August 23rd. I filled my small nursery pots with some new Elite Living soil. I soaked the soil heavily to ensure it was wet and tamped. Poked a small one inch hole into each pot. Sprinkled recharge into each hole, dropped the seeds in and covered lightly. I then transferred these to my small parent tent where they will hopefully pop and veg until I am able to take my clones for the main tent. Germination success is set to 0/3 until they start too pop. Really looking forward to this grow with you guys! God bless! Update Day 4, August 28th: Cover crop growing in well and first seed popped. Good looks for solfire, first time using them. My seeds planted directly in soil almost always consistently pop on day 5. Day early and healthy looking, no helmet head, and can already see true leaves coming in. Update Day 5, August 30th Number 2 sprouted Update Day 6, August 31st Transplanted both sprouted clones to large container

Day 106 Day 63 Flower 12/07/24 Friday 2nd week of flush and it's like the plant is holding out, like it wants to go on and on. I gave 3L de-chlorinated tap water today pH 6.0 Day 107 Day 64 Flower 13/07/24 Saturday Big flush again today 10L de-chlorinated tap water to pH 6.0 with 10ml flawless finish . Trichomes are flooding but she is still throwing out white pistils like crazy 😮‍💨 just ripen woman ♀️ 😅💚 Removed all lower fan leaves to help her suck every nute out of herself quicker, I think maybe this will work 😅✌️ Day 109 Day 66 Flower 15/07/24 Monday Watering off today, 3L de-chlorinated tap water ph 5.8. Noticed now sugar leaves and fans started depleting there green colour and are fading yellow, trichomes all cloudy, some amber's I'm finding but not many yet. Some clear still. Day 111 Day 68 Flower 17/07/24 Thursday Allowing soil to dry out now. May do a 24-48hr dark period I'll see how she is tomorrow.

Plant has started to flower, plant will be flowering under the Mars TS600. Plant has developed very nicely in quite a short period of time. Leaf looks nice and healthy and plants looks happy overall.

La purple haze était vraiment plaisante à cultiver. Une des deux a eu un problème dès le début de croissance, et malgré tout, j'ai réussi à l'envoyer en floraison. Cela montre bien que les variétés de zamnesia sont très bien pour les débutants, elles sont très résistantes. La haze était de taille moyenne. Une odeur très épicée et terreuse, un vrai plaisir au nez. On voit bien que c'est une sativa, elle provoque de grosses crises de fou rire, la première fois que j'ai tiré dessus j'ai tiré trois taf et j'ai rigolé pendant 30 minutes, complètement incroyable. Très cérébrale, pleins d'idées qui nous passent par la tête, elle rend très énergique et n'a pas d'effet de détente sur le corps. Ne pas fumer en soirée avant d'aller dormir, plutôt en après-midi, j'ai beaucoup de mal à dormir si je l'utilise en début de soirée. Attention tout de même, elle provoque pas mal de parano je trouve, typique d'une sativa. En tout cas excellente variété pour aller marcher et profiter d'une belle après-midi. J'ai optenu 45g et 30g en sachant que j'ai eu pas mal de problèmes.

Strong smell, sticky flowrs, what else can you ask for?! Beautiful strain to work with, the aroma it's just what you expect from a amnesia strain, ver strong pungent smell, cannot wait to taste those organic grown buds 👨‍🌾😋💎

I think I got a little light burn but I got a lux meter and adjusted the light. She looks happier now. Upping to veg state dosage of nutes next week. Topped last week and started some LST yesterday. FAT stalk.. guessing that the “tree trunk” additive. Happiness. Kombucha cream!

Buds are finally fattening up! I've decided to open her main stems a little bit, lack of space in the grow tent made training almost impossible but using this plate method I'm able to expand her arms while keeping her in a quite small surface. Guess what, the plate works really well, it was easy to set up and it helps a lot improving the airflow around the main colas.

I just recently made a growdiaries account and wasn’t able to get one of my Gelato Auto by Fastbuds. But I was really happy with the results and wanted to show it off a bit. I ended up with 105 grams dry from the 1 autoflower plant alone! Also mid grow as I was entering the flowering stage I broke one of the bigger stems during lst so I know for sure I would have pulled a QP off of her alone. Really happy with that and not to mention the quality of nugs I got off of her.

Had some issues with the big fan leaves on the lower nodes. They weren’t doing so great, turning brown and brittle so I cut them off today. Hopefully that helps, probably should have done it sooner but I was a little worried I was going to kill it or something. It’s still growing though, lots of new growth and a few branches growing potential bud sites so I think it’s ok. The reason the leaves were dying? Could have been the low humidity. Could have been underwatering (she’s sucking up the water really quickly, needs to be transplanted). Maybe I have the light too close, realized today it’s only 8 inches away, I was just eyeballing it. If you know the proper distance for this Mars Hydro TS1000 LED please comment below. I will be transplanting this week on Thursday when my new Air-pots come. Goals for this week: Figure out exactly how much I should be feeding this thing, it’s possible it needs cal-Mag added to the food? If you know about nutrients please comment below. I am using the General Organics GoBox. Hopefully cutting those leaves will lead to some new growth. I checked out the gross of some of you that have commented. You all are doing awesome I know there is a lot I can learn from this community and appreciate any help you can give. I don’t really have a lot of time for research these days with my work schedule and children and there is a lot of information out there it’s hard to sort out the good stuff. 10/6: She's doubling in size every day now, so.. me thinks she'll be a real specimen. 10/7: She continues to impress! I installed my new AC Infinity 6" fan in the attic and hooked up a 16" carbon filter today. I used some sound deadening foam on the rafter that I mounted it to and removed 100% of the vibration. I haven't programmed the thermo/hygro stuff yet, but tested it on high and I can't hear a thing anywhere in the structure.👍 I'm also purchasing a dual 120mm fan system from AC Infinity in the door, behind the grille I already installed to serve as fresh air intake. It also has a thermostat feature that will allow me to set it to only come on when the temps are too high, so I'm optimistic that it will allow me to manage the temperatures in this closet with about 1000w running for 18-20 hours a day.🙏 I moved the 200w 3500k+660nm to the top section today and lowered my QB frame to 32" above the plants. I have two pairs of them running now(480w), and received the replacement HLG 240-48A driver today for the third pair. I'll hook it up later..dont need it now.. 10/8: I fed her today for the first time...about 16 oz of solution containing grow big, big bloom, kelp me kelp you, boomerang, and armor si. I hooked up the 3rd pair of qb's today....wow that's bright....she's gonna love it!😎 10/9: She experienced her first night time today...4 hours, from midnight to 4am..at approx 72f and 50% RH. 10/10: I sprayed her with Axiom today and gave her a few ounces of spring water. 10/11: I sprayed her with Boom Boom spray right before dark and also started brewing some compost tea today. 10/12: I just gave her a little spring water today because she's getting douched with compost tea tomorrow. I wish I had some additional blue light to dose her with to get her branching better, but she's doing okay I guess. Since I've overplanted the space, I'm not gonna have much elbow room for her anyway.
