Since 1 of the Tropicana Cookies seedlings died earlier on in veg, it left a spot in veg set up. Due to temperature rising each day as we approach the start of summer, water temperature in Dwc constantly rising to around 25/26 degrees Celsius. Adding & changing out frozen water bottles 3 times a day! Unfortunately still rising over the course of the day. As much as Dwc growing interest's me it's just not pheasable to grow in summer with out a water chiller!!! Risk of root rot is extremely high. Lost a few plants to root rot last year in summer & it seems that the White Widow Auto had started getting a bit of root rot, even adding frozen bottles didn't help. Needed to get her out of Dwc before it got any worse. Since I lost a seedling earlier, I've decided to take her out of Dwc & plant her into the now vacant pot, that's hooked up to a top feed recirculating hydro system. Ever since transfering her she has thrived. Changed light hours for her from 24hrs on to 20 hrs on 4 off. Started to show pistills on day 35/ last day of week 5 veg!

Hello Diary, White Widow has completed its last week, the journey has come to an end. Two days after the photo shoot, I harvested White Widow along with her roommates. 73 days since I put the seeds in the ground. 65 days since the start of the vegetation. Really very fast, although it has somehow become the standard on my small farm. But I am still fascinated by how quickly the plant goes through its cycle when it has the most ideal conditions. I don't necessarily mean myself, I try to give the plants the best I can and know how. As you can see in the photos, the result is impressive, White Widow turned out to be a real beauty. This phenotype painted White Widow in purple. The flowers are hard and dense, the branches bend under their weight. One branch even broke when I was setting it up for the photo shoot. That purple color gives it a special look. Some of the leaves have taken on autumn colors, which is also one of the signs that it has matured. This week I continued to observe the samples under the microscope, waiting for the trichomes to turn milky. On the day of the photo shoot, which was day 63, most of the trichomes were milky, some even brown. The smell is very intense, the whole room smells like plants when I open the grow box. I barely wash my fingers after examining the plants. Watering was standard, every three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lowered the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. After the photo shoot, she was in the grow box for two more days to drink all the water from the soil so that the drying would be more efficient. Before cutting, I removed all the leaves from the plant to also make drying easier and have less work to trim the dried flowers. But also to prevent the formation of potential mold. After cutting, I left her upside down in the grow box to dry. Now I'm waiting for the flowers to dry well and to see how much White Widow has really rewarded me. See you when that happens. Here's what the last week looked like. 19/09/2024 - Day 57. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and used that amount to water all three plants on the farm. 22/09/2024 - Day 60. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 24/09/2024 - Day 62. I watered them all with 1.5 liters of water each plant so they would be fresh for the photos. 25/09/2024 - Day 63. End of the last, 9th week since Purple Lemonade began its journey. Photos. 27/09/2024 - Day 65. White Widow has been harvested. That's almost all from me for this diary, the final report that follows after drying and testing remains. Thank you all again for your support and comments.

For about a week now the nights have gone 12/12 I put them at 1000w in the beginning but they became too hot as they grew taller and started burning the tops of my plants. I switched the lights to 750w until i finish setting up the inline fans bringing in the natural cool air from outside. im hoping that way the lights wont burn my babies. With some help I did some light, minor "lollipopping" and defoliation on all plants. I want to see how the plants react then next week I may continue. So far the plants are enjoying their new feeds.

Day 51, 4th of November 2020: The 3rd day since the lamp switched to be 12/12. I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plants remain in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... They look good and strech is on the way..... Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;)

This plant is a monster idk what else to say 🤣 I'm stoked as hell and can garentee it will have best yield iv had indoor to date off one plant I can't believe how well it takes to training it is slow coming into flower and all the nodes are crazy close together these nugs are gonna be massive and heavy the roots on this plant are so robust you can't stick in a probe it's solid roots as u can see in the video the soil is straight roots not even a half inch under surface she's inhaling tons of water stay tuned it's gonna be worth it !!

So harvested Gigi yesterday (D70) as she looked ready. And also very beautiful in my humble opinion. Covered in trichomes and very bright orange pistils pics don’t do justice. The buds are smallish but really hard / dense abs she stinks to high heaven. After a week of drying, Heidi is just about to start curing. (120g / 4 oz). Tbh we’re smoking her already as she’s already way better than current stash. Tastes absolutely delicious, I’m not one for describing pretentious flavours. She tastes dank and makes me properly stoned lol. Also only gonna get better now on the cure. Naomi is the final girl still going, plan to pull her on Sat/Sun D77 ish. She’s the biggest of the 3. Despite showing some signs of earlier nute burn she has powered through with the biggest and longest buds of all 3. Very excited about her. And finally the other 2 girls (not included in this diary) strawberry pie autos look a few weeks behind these but just going into beast mode both are 1.2m tall and getting loads of solid super stinky and frosty buds. Starting to come on nicely apart from air pressure issues in the tent since installing a cooltube

Boom goes the stretch...the girls have just exploded! I wanted to see if Hortilux bulbs make that much of a difference over vivosun bulbs so I put one of each bulb in my reflectors and within the first two weeks the difference is astounding. The hortilux side is 15-20% bigger with much thicker stems. Other than humidity being hard to control with my 45 pint a day dehumidifier in the tent, everything is going as well as I hoped.

Got them all harvested :) will update once I dried & trimmed it all.

Harvest time!!! Sadly one plant was taken by either an angry farmer or a lucky one, but the smaller plant did make it all the way. There´s things I will change next time around for huerilla growths in general. 1.) No more photoperiodic strains for outside grows. Takes too long and they hardly ever mature in my part of the world. 2.) I will add soil/nutrition for the plants next time. Now I have tried going the natural way and I´m happy I did. It was a nice minty smoke, but honestly I would liked more than 2 joints for half a year of waiting 😉

And one more week up we go, they are growing beautifully under the TSW-2000 from MARSHYDRO, so beautifully that pretty soon i will have to get my hands dirty and defoliate this beauty’s 😁 trying my best to keep my hands still, but knowing my self that won’t last long 😆😅💚 i will keep you guys posted along with what i am doing 💚 apologize the delay, i know today is day 2 from week 2 since i flip them to 12/12 ( one day delay i belive its ok 🤣😆😅💚) just kidding , growers love and stay posted 💚💚💚 Day 14 F and i realized i have 2 leafs showing some disability , i will increase my calmag for my next feeding and keep a close eye on them, not worry about it for now, since 2 leafs out fo , i have nomidea how many 😆, for me its not an issue, but non or less it’s something and its always better to be proactive. Bastante bonita, buen producción a pesar de que le dio botrytis en la copa principal y tuve que cortar por prevención. Un olor muy original, honestamente me gusto mucho, la considero fácil de cultivar con un plan de nutrientes medios.
