🌱 Week 3, Day 7 Update: Buds Are Blooming! 🌿 Hey Grow Fam, We're cruising through Week 3, and my girl is really coming on—buds are starting to form, and it's a sight to behold! The girl is growing so fast now, drinking 4.5L a day. She could even do with in-between waterings, in my opinion. She's aiming for the stars and shooting for the moon, getting bigger every day and stinking out my room. I had to tie my light higher up with some rope as it wouldn't go any higher, and shoots were getting way too close! I did SCROG when flipping, and I should've been a bit more strict on it (did it longer), but now I realize why SCROG is used. Imagine if I never used it—she would be way too tall. Overall, I'm so happy with how she is growing and can't wait to see the final product. :) But, as with any journey, we've hit a little bump in the road. Despite keeping our feeding consistent at 850ppm, the runoff readings have been creeping up. Last check-in showed a runoff of 1400ppm. It's got me thinking we might be dealing with a salt buildup in the root zone. To address this, I'm sticking with our feeding routine at 800-850ppm. If the runoff ppm keeps climbing or if our plants start showing signs of nutrient burn, I will adjust accordingly, but as of right now, I'm sticking to the same feed as she looks great! ( If I do begin to notice signs of nutrient burn (excess), I will try to water with a lower EC/PPM, like 700ppms, to bring it down. But if I don't get the results I'm hoping for, I will just flush the plant with 3x the media size of water (just plain pH water) to wash out any old salts and reset the medium. You don't really want to do this with coco depending on what stage your at in flower, veg on the other hand flush.? Sure!, if you really need to reset that medium go for it, (i do see tiny signs of burn but thats fine if it gets worse then i have a problem) Let's stay focused and keep our eyes on the prize—beautiful healthy buds. Unfortunately I had to harvest early due to personal reasons. I am proud of my harvest though. The buds could have gone another week but that’s fine. The trichomes were to my liking. They’ve been drying for about 5 days now. All in all it was a pretty easy grow, just water every couple days and top dress every 3 to 4 weeks. I did make some very potent canabutter from the trim 😋

WEEK 8 (DAY50-56) This week, my beloved Dos-si-dos have put on a good amount of bulk. Due to the very small pots in the SOG setup and the aggressive mainlining, the plants have taken on quite a bonsai-like appearance. The stretch is still ongoing, but I don't think it plays a major role here. Otherwise, all the plants have developed beautiful, even shoots that are already fully covered with young, delicate buds. The stems of the plants have already reached over 15mm in thickness, which I find quite impressive for their size. Essentially, one could say that Dos-si-dos grow quickly and in a very compact manner. Starting this week, I have supplemented the fertilization schedule with Green Sensation from Plagron, which I now use about once or twice a week. Additionally, I have adjusted my lamp upwards again. On average, I now have a light intensity of approximately 700 PPFD, which, over a 20-hour period, results in a DLI of around 55. I try to keep the humidity consistently below 60%. The next few weeks will be interesting with this strain. I believe the plants will ultimately look quite peculiar due to their small stature but productive growth. Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Actually Purple not red lol. Colour nicely appeared. It is crazy saw some diaries some people does not have this colour on her for me the purple/red colour does not come on Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison yet. I also planted 2 Kalini Asia one normal one bonsai and the bonsai is getting purple but the normal one not yet. Strange. She is beautiful lady and let's just wait till the end to be done haha Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Well got to the end with a nice harverst. smoke is good.. rosin is better!

So far so good they are starting to slow down on stretching and getting some nice pretty white flowers. The Little girl might still impress after all.

She is slowly changing colors. Pink and light green leaves cover the top. I am trying to lower the temperature but unfortunately that’s the lowest I can go.

I'm so sad just because I cannot get a lot of jars full of this wonderful haze man! Damn I love her aroma to pieces her terps are just awesome suuper sweet but you still can feel the sativa haze smell,but it's got a lot of berry and fruity smell tho,thank god I have this wonderful strain in Photoperiod version and I'll be able to grow her,definitely love this strain,I'll add her to my Photoperiod abd automatics list,AWESOME STRAIN! can't wait to smoke this,100% organic pure and clean free of any chemical sh%t thank you guys hope you like my work 💚✌️🌱💛❤️

I was traveling ... to give information ... the temperature has dropped ... I think she will be even slower outdoor ....

A sad week, I found bud rot and had to take my plants out and do a big check and remove all dense underdeveloped growth. It will be a pretty big hit on the yield I guess but the most important thing is learning and that I did. The bud rot could spread due to my RH being 65/70 at nights and it used to be +80 before, + bad airflow. I got new fans in the tent and my dehumidifier was ordered already but its not in yet. On the other side, the plants are looking pretty damn good, they smell amazing and 3 of the 4 plants is getting a very dense nug structure.

Wow... thats all I can say.. these plants are gonna be massive yielders. And unbelievable smoke.. this girl TURNED PURPLE THIS WEEK!!!!! Totally unexpected! 100% green last week. 100% purple this week! I hope the other 4 follow suit! Still pouring the nutrients to them! Without nitro! Not needed! Completely healthy, beautiful plants!!! My favorite grow to date!

Hi Guys, Grow Diaries for whatever reason won't allow me to upload my complete harvest video which is a real bummer because I mainly do the videos for my YouTube channel but decided to also include them on grow diaries to give other growers who might be considering growing the same strain in the future.
