Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. So I got just over 7oz in my final grow. My scale doesn’t weigh in fractional grams, which is fine because my medicine is all for personal consumption. So I just take the weights at face value and add a gram given I had four weigh ups that were likely over the exact gram weight that was displayed. All in al I got 7 oz (4 from one plant in the 10 gal container and 3 from the plant in the 5 gallon container.). It is hard to say if the difference in weight is a result of the extra size in the pot because the differences in the plants life (plant 1 had more extensive training and plant 2 was grown outdoor for a portion of its life) I love the flavour and aroma of this bud and burping is a pleasure just to get a whiff of the goodness. I’m looking forward to growing some strains from some more reputable genetics. My next grow will be some auto flowers as opposed to the photo periods to try something new. I’m happy with the results and the fruits of my labour. Happy growing everyone!

Week 8 flower

Day 86: Everything continues the same way light, ventilation, humidity... water intake raied up 450ml daily. Buds are getting thicker Zkittlez form the Bakery Seed Co. is in flush with 2nd week now... No fertilization 2nd week...Next week is harvest time. I start flushing Blue Sherbet S1 this week and stop fertilizing as well She should be ready on the 14th-15th week. Fruit Tree and 24K Gold need more time so my plan is to start flushing them from next week to be done by the 15th, 16th week. Today I watered them after 2 days except Zkittlez because she is in flush. I am happy with them only one thing that I don't like is the LED I bought. It is weak, I should have sticked with the previous one. It can be stronger better results with more dense buds but I think I have done the maximum with this LED. But the Girls are nice let's see the outcome soon. ✌️ Day 87: Very strong smell in my room! !!! Marijuana ❤️🤭😂 Day 89: Last day watering for Zkittlez. Friday, Saturday, Sunday no more water and on Monday is harvest!🤭 Day 90: Today I have changed the old lamp just wanted to get rid of it and placed a new Viparspectra PAR 600W.

Ja so wie es schon vorher fast zu vermuten war, ist ein 60x60 einfach zu klein 😅 die Mandarin Panties ging zwischen den beiden Z-ups unter und ich musste sie aus dem Zelt nehmen. Die Entscheidung fiel aufgrund dessen, weil ich noch zwei weitere seeds von der Panties habe und die z-ups einfach mehr Potential zeigen. Ich werde natürlich weiter über die Panties berichten. Z-up #1 Hat keine Probleme, wächst vernünftig, zeigt keinerlei überdüngung und hat bei 570ppm einen drain von 1000ppm. Ph ist aber bei 7.. Z-up #2 Zeigt überdüngung an und hat auch einen drain mit 1500ppm, ph ist bei 6,7. Wächst aber super und zeigt am meisten Potential Mandarin Panties Wächst langsam, trinkt auch wesentlich weniger. Darf sich jetzt erstmal über natürliches Licht freuen und wird nicht wieder ins Zelt zurückkehren. Ich mache noch einen neuen Versuch mit diesem strain So long, bis zur nächsten Woche

I have one week left on a straight eater flush. These girls are ready for dec 24th harvest date. I did notice a couple bananas on this genetic, so ill be getting rid of the mom after this go. This is why i test all mothers.

Purple Chill aka Penny was easy to grow. She was medium height 26 inches. Stem structure was weak. Many stems bent (repaired with splints and masking tape) and some broke off. She suffered from heat stress and also showed cal-mag deficiency.

This grow was pretty simple ! They went a total of 103 days from seed! Very trichomy dense buds with the smell of Berries vanilla and skunk ! This is a must try for you all Fastbuds has the greats!!!

We are down to the final week! Just 2 more watering days and then I'll be ready to cut them down, trim, and hang this weekend. It had been a long 21 weeks and I am not prepared for my next grow. Usually I like to run perpetually with my 2x4 tent, I should have had another set of 6 starting when I flipped these ladies into flower. That way when these finish I could have had another set ready to go in. But things came up and I am behind schedule and running out of nutrients. Honestly that is okay though because I am planning my whole year out. I'll buy the few items that I need such as PH Down, some ph pen calibrating powder, grab some more Flora micro and bloom, stock up on fabric pots, coco coir, and perlite. I'm even thinking of getting some new strains! Stay tuned for next week's harvest!
