She was strechy for the first 4 weeks of flower then tapered off. Good fast veg cycle. Not my favorite to grow due to how slow she matured and final weight granted I got 40.1 grams and 8.3 grams of trim that will become cookies soon.

Plants responded well to topping/fimming. They all have 4/6 main stems. Training them to get a bit of a canopy going. Cookies kush is def a keeper. Gonna try clone it. My clone games weak though.

Aug 3: this is a very promising looking plant. She’s quite big and flowering quite quickly which is a great combo. She was the exact same size as my other photoperiod until the start of flowering two weeks ago, and now she’s bigger and flowering faster. Humidity is quite low during the day so I’m continuing to mist the leaves a few times during the day. Did a foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate this morning. Aug4: did a major defoliation to remove small lower buds and stuff that was growing in toward the centre. This improves light penetration and air flow which are super important but also forces the plant to direct the energy where you want at the main colas, and not wasted down below. Aug 5: lots of buds forming quickly on lots of decently uniform colas. Should be good. Big rain last night but plants were in dark garage. Watered this morning with 27 C water that had blackstrap molasses, soluble seaweed extract, Monster Maxx and Cal-Mag. Did all four on the weak side of the standard concentrations listed and just 1L used on the plant. Much cooler today so she won’t need as much water. Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. Very well deigned and manufactured like all of their gear. These are indoor lights so fair weather use only. This far north (53 N) we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. Idea is to use UV lights for a couple hours each day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm). UV light is the main environmental limit on THC and this will make the light in Edmonton in September more like California in July. Should have a big impact this far north. At other end of light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoors (FGI) 730 nm far red light as a bloom booster. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes for the far red light. Week 7 flowaaa !! Let me just say I am soo in love with growing cannabis I don’t do it for anything but the love for it just watching something grow to become these huge pretty colorful smelly plants is amazing! The GMO PUNCH is coming along very well becoming more vigorous and bright green as the days go on. The plants are still stretching which I was dreading so I actually put in another Scrog net you will see on my next post to help keep them from stretching too high .

Kaiydaan started showing signs of Flowering early last week. A few stigmas, Pre-Flowering, but still more Vegetative. So I decided to consider this week "Flowering". She was popping stigmas before 21 days. So far these WeedSeedsExpress genetics have shown to be exceptional. I will be slowly reducing her Veg feedings and slowly working in Bloom nutrients. I feed very sparingly as the soil has been amended with all the good stuff, organically. I think my light may have been too close, so I raised it a couple of inches to 20". I'm not 100% sure it was too close, but it's better to be safe than sorry. July 1, 2021 Little calyxes have started showing all over Kaiydaan. Kaiydaan has really breezed into Flowering without any hiccups *knock on wood. July 2, 2021 I did some tucking-of-the-leaves and some mild LST on the entire crop. I had to tuck one of Kaiydaan's taller tops. I snapped one of her other tops, but quickly got her into 🚑Urgent Care and she's as right as rain. July 3, 2021 That main top, I tucked on Kaiydaan, has turned right back up and has put on some height. Trichomes are starting to pop and the leaves are sticky. She still has no smell or none that I've noticed. July 5, 2021 I'm still dialing back the Veg nutrients on Kaiydaan and Freeman. J is still vegging strong, very light defoliation as she is ALL tops. We're only 1 month away until My Freeman's birthday! July 6, 2021 I just watered the girls, they're not big drinkers yet, a liter every 3 days. J seems to be a different Pheno from the rest. Her leaves have more texture and she appears to be all tops (likely due to the FIM'ing she underwent) and she is over a week behind Kaiydaan and Freeman.

No issues with these girls so far. I went ahead and LST both of them and spread them out. I got to keep them shorter then 24 inches. I haven't decided if I should defoliate...... they are looking a little bushy but for now I would rather not stress them. Light penetration is still very good with the top and side lighting. Maybe I will change my mind as the next week progresses. They are just starting to flower on day 22. (Day 1 of week 4) so they just got there last dose of Gold Shield Silica. Temps have been pretty good. It got 86F the other day but I opened it up before they got too hot, average day temps have been 75-82F

Day 36, 22nd of October 2020: Hi there! All cool she is going crazy.... After the 2 videos the first pictures before topping. I have topped her 6x.... 6 branches and the rest pictures shows her after... pretty nice little lady thirsty and growing rapidly. I tried to do more LST also to spread the branches. Everything ontomues the same way fertilization and all the things. Happy Growing.

Her pistils are changing colour now. Maybe a couple of weeks left?? Still doing her thing. 💪
