So my microscopic camera came on the weekend after checking the trichomes to my surprise i was advised to harvest asap due to have some amber already. they were receiving full nutes up until 4 days ago. since then I've been flushing. i was still receiving high runoff ec readings after 2 days of flush so have since put around 30 litres of water through each plant all now have ec of around 0.3/0.4. thinking of doing the same tomorrow to wash last of the nutes out then will put them into 48hrs of darkness before chopping unless anyone can advise me different?

With a good Flushing out my little chunks are now ready for the chop. I think a combination of Anxious and Excitement begin to overtake, whilst all the time a nagging voice in the back of my head whispering 'are you sure its the right time'. This little voice i must admit has been a preoccupying factor and by far the most difficult decision so far. 08/10 - 10l nute water top up, then I noticed her leaves had some spotting which identified as nitrogen toxicity. Dumped the res, ran clean ph water for a couple hours, dumped that res and then refilled at 32% strength. 25ml Micro, 4ml Grow, 35ml Bloom. Will see how she does. 09/10 - PH bumped to 5.8. 10/10 - PH has been plummiting, but I think my pens busted. Ordered a new one next day. Topped off with 8l of water at 40%. 11/10 - PH pen was indeed busted. New one just arrived and PH was around 4.7. I've now bumped it back up to 5.8. 13/10 - Full Res Change. Ran ph water for 3h to try and flush some N before adding 25ml Micro, 5ml Grow, 40ml Bloom. PH at 5.75, EC at 1.15. Some leaves at the top of the canopy are dying off due to the Nitrogen tox causing Cal lockout which is unfortunate, but hopefully she gets back on track with the nutes dropped back somewhat. Shes still growing, now at 11" from the light, and the buds are fattening up decently. 14/10 - Ph and EC stable! Debating a W6 flower defol.

Week 7 is finished, end is near, 3 weeks to go. Nothing much to report. Fungus gnats are bugging me for sure, but the plants seem fine. Need to get them under control after this run. Lights are at 18” dimmed to around 65%, hopefully for a measurement of about 650 ppfd. They were at 75%, but plants were showing signs of stress so I dimmed them. Just watering using tap water, not ph’d, through drip on a timer. Hand water once a week with Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Light still breaking through canopy in spots. Lots of leaves, but not much bud sites below. No need to remove big leaves yet. Thanks for the view, happy growing!

2/14/2019 Good week, #1 slowing her stretch, #2 still going strong had to super crop her top, she recovered very fast and I had to super crop her again as she was touching the light! Raised the light to get 8" clearance from the light. Enjoy your week! See you next time.
