This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Comenzando ya la ultima fase del cultivo, descubrimos una paleta de olores bastante amplia la cual nos recuerda olores como Mango fresco y Melón Tuna, olores bien marcados. Comenzaremos el lavado de raices, ya que empezamos a ver tricomas con tonalidades "ambar", esperemos seguir con este resultado el cual nos tiene bastante satisfechos. !Saludos & Buenos Humos! 🙌

Saludos amigos, muchas bendiciones y feliz navidad. Pues como podemos ver, las niñas van super bien, alegres, olorosas y sobre todo saludables. Vemos que se estan tornando las hojas color vino, el olor que se puede apreciar es dulce y suave, claro está, se ven potentes, ya sus terpernos estan saliendo y dando de que hablar jajaja. Estopy muy contento como las veo. Hemos estado regandolas solo con agua y Té cada 20 días aproximadamente, solo depende como las vea. Solo trabajamos un poco de defoliación y un ajuste que otro a las tirillas colocadas. Deseandoles una navidad abundante, me despido amigos. Gracias por los mensajes y sugerencias. Things are really starting to smell strong and getting fun. Seeing some frosty Trichomes. Excited!

The girls were harvested at 94 days. I didn't weigh it, but I believe they yielded around 60 to 70g for both. I am very satisfied and happy to have achieved a very good result, being my first time growing. A cycle closes and a new will come soon with new soil assembly, new genetics and more experience. Thanks to Shiva for tending and blessing the crop, and to all friends here who have sent messages of support and encouragement. I gained another family. This week it started to grow nicely, lots of blooming areas) the amount of irrigation also increases at the same time. Come on grow up girl!🤙

I've now topped the Gorilla Cookies FF; the weather will be good.

Even tho there is a slight defiency they are smelling and looking amazing Not long until harvest now.

She is strong now in better soil

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

Well that wraps up the seed preservation run! It was a great learning experience as there were several major hurdles to get over the finish line, but nothing worthwhile comes easy.
