Defoliated her Today. She doesn't Look that big anymore.😄 But i think she'll Take the Training good. First i defoliated and after that i have her water and a little Bit of Bio grow and calmag. We'll See how she'll Deal with it. Stay tuned 🤙🏽

Day 29 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 32 04/08/24 Sunday 300ml De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with Plagron PK13-14 and power buds. All plants doing really well! Had an infestation of leaf minors this week, no idea how, but they are treated and I'll check every 48 hrs on progress of pets. All of them have shot up this week 💚 Day 34 06/08/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag only. Pre flower stretch initiated, pre flower female sex pistils forming 😍 All happy and healthy!

When repotting, 2 g of Green House Powder Feeding Bio line were added per liter of substrate :-) . That's enough until the first flowers start 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 0.8 l each. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked and fresh osmosis water was mixed. Semana de transición entre el abono para el periodo vegetativo (Bio Vega) y el abono que utilizaremos durante el periodo de floración (Bio Flores). El primero más rico en nitrógeno y el segundo, en fósforo, magnesio y potasio. Mezclo Bio Rhizotonic + Bio Vega + Bio Flores y riego con 50 litros de agua, todo el cultivo... Alterno riegos cada tres días, unos con abono y otros con agua. La próxima semana, elimináremos Bio Vega.

7/1: This plant has been extremely fun to watch do its thing over the last few weeks. Those little mistakes I made or neglected in my first grow have significantly helped me get off on the right foot this time around. Not to mention, I feel that the plant/genetics is fairly low maintenance. As I mentioned at the end of last week's entry, I started a little LST on the lower most node. Today, I have added landscaping staples to the second lowest node to allow it to stretch out and get more light from under the quickly growing top canopy. In addition to starting LST on the second lowest node, I did bring the light down to 16 inches above canopy at 60% power. This gives me a PPFD reading of roughly 750, which could be inaccurate due to using the phone app, but it still gives me a good idea of how much I should bump light power up each time. 7/3: Today was a big day for the Mrs. Gorilla Cookie. I decided it was time to add in a bit more soil as well as some amendments. I added 3tbsp of Gaia Green Power Bloom 2-8-4 and 1tbsp Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4. I then reapplied the landscaping staples to continue LST. The plants seem to be responding well to the light increase that I applied on 7/1. At the time, I was worried it would be too much, but the plant is really soaking it up and praying toward the light. I may increase the light a bit more at the end of the week. In addition, I plan to try out a self watering base toward the end of the week. I will going out of town soon for the remainder of July and need to test the base before I leave. I do have buddies that will help, but I would like things to be as easy as possible for them. I also hear great things on these self watering bases and if it works out will, I will definitely incorporate them into future grows. 7/6: The end of week 4 has come and this plant is really starting to kick into high gear. I do think adding in the bloom amendments really helped. Great, speedy growth, and looking green and healthy. Pistils have started to form and she's definitely starting to get a little stank. The lights are still at 60% but due to the constant growth the canopy raised causing the light to be 12 inches close and PPFD up to 950. I did notice a tiny bit of tacoing so I lifted the light a couple inches. I am now trying to keep them at a constant 14 inches above the canopy with a PPFD of around 850. I will likely hold off on adjusting the brightness for another few days, as I am liking the results I'm seeing. I started the plant on her self-watering base yesterday when I would have usually given it a feeding. Its only been a day, so its too soon to tell just how well its working, but the soil seems to be at a perfect moisture at all times. I did feed a little from the top today to help some of the nutrients that may still be at the top work its way into the pot. Overall, solid week. This grow is already shaping up to exceed my expectations and I feel pretty good about making it through the Veg stage in one piece. On to the flowering stage! WEEK 4 AVG TEMP: 72.9F WEEK 4 AVG HUMIDITY: 64.1%

Not going to call flower on this one yet, but it looks like she is starting to stretch and switching to flower. She has really strong branches and everything is running smooth. Tried to spread her branches out a little but she fights every bend. Probably just do some defoliation on her and let do her thing.

Week 5 of the flowering for the gorilla gas has finished up. They are definitely smelling really nice and stacking like crazy. All different smells and sizes. The tall one is fading and could probly use some more nutrients but I'm not going to push a lot now. Just coasting till the end. 3 more weeks. Everything is looking really good for the most part.

Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? 5/24 Week 9 and the state of the grow is stable. Well Sally and Athena are in flush through the week, trics are white little to no amber so timing seems good. Baba is on low dose nuets she goes into flush prob in a few days. No rush on her she can stay long as she wants. 5/25 Further reducing nuets on Baba but continuing to feed leaving PK as is Flushing continues Finally under the HPS bulb, set to max 600w (tent runs 2F cooler with HPS over MH) , will keep it high as we may with heat keeping things under 83F Did some leveling work on the canopy, things are not so out of wonk now, grow is looking better Some natural light pics to show her resin and frosty purple 5/26 Looking at Baba's bud growth think she will be in flush very soon. Flush proceeding on others some def showing up on Athena primarily, CA mostly which is expected in coco on flush 5/27 All in flush now. Just fighting heat this week damned new lights were stolen in transit so on HID for the meantime. Just have to keep downing the power to keep the heat in control and finally increase lights out to 18-6 if that proves insufficient.
