Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Die Black Cherry ist in verschiedenen Versuchsreihen gut angewachsen, und am Ende des Grows werde ich einen ausführlichen Bericht darüber abgeben, wie sich die beiden Sorten am besten pflegen lassen 🌺👌.

Early harvest because mold

The smell is really starting to come in. Bought 2 sets of 80 mm internal fans to increase the airflow through the plant and in the box. Many of the lower leaves are curling down and I think it was a mixture of the high morning humidity and the lack of air flow. Now there are 5 internal fans and a large external fan, and it should be more than enough air flow. Growth is starting to slow finally, the height is perfect right now but I have a feeling it’s going to keep getting taller. I keep tying her down as best as I can.

Off and running with some flowers starting to show up and swell. Had some nutrient deficiencies I had to address but looks like all is dialed in now. Started using Fish Shit and some Grow Big to help with deficiencies and this seems to have helped, but I will continue to monitor and update. 🌱🤙

The 5L pot did wonders! My goal is to fill this entire 3x3 tent. I found myself having humidity and heat issues. To remedy this I purchased a new Vivosun cool mist humidifier and placed my warm air humidifier outside of my tent near the passive intake. Works wonders! Ventilation: 2 X 4” clip fans 4 inch, cheap, in-line fan and carbon filter (I will pay for this later. Just buy the 6 inch MINIMUM! CHEAPER IS NOT BETTER!) Growing about an inch per night!

Day 54 update. Gonna give her about another week maybe to let her ripen before I chop but it’s getting close! Buds look and smell fantastic. Leaves are taking a beating from something or another.

These 2 ladies go their separated ways, 1 stays lower but branching good and slightly paler green, the other dark green leaf and more height to it. But the branches go slower. Rather impressed by the 2 hindus, who got like 4 to 5 days less than the sweet chees xl, and they are overtaking in growth now. Thats it for this week Grow tall!🍀🍀🍀

This plant has been developing slower than FBT2203 and 2205. I think this is genetic differences and has a lot to do with cooler air and soil Temps at the front of the tent. Amazing how much 1 or 2 degrees can have on growth rates. FBT2207 has caught up to 2208 and growth rates have taken off since I made adjustments to keep soil Temps above 15C. The floor of this shed is not insulated and it shows. Pictures are day 38 from seed

I managed to turn the negative heat temperature in to something positive by introducing co2 to the environment. As a result of the diy co2 method some of branches grew up by 1.5 inches in 2days! Will continue to utilise co2 in the box for now. I also had to adopt the defoliation method Way to many leaves could cause problems by raising the moisture level in the box. As a result of the defoliation a lot of light is reaching the bottom of the box. Which means I can grow other small plants in the box. I switched to bloom NPK ratios. Slowly introducing the raw mix. It’s doing fine and as allways no tip burns

Looks awesome in her 4th week since we changed the light cycle to 12-12 she's developing a big fat main cola which I think it's gonna be reeal fat in a couple of weeks, the smell of this strain it's not very strong yet however she has a really nice piney smell, let's see how this jack orange keeps developing her buds, I hope she gets to produce a lot of strong terps, not very strong smell at the moment. Start of week 5... Looking back at the first few weeks of veg, i never imagined that they would thrive this good in week 5 already! (Look back at week 1+2 for horror pictures) Whole of week 4 i worked on my climate control automation. I will keep the set up for atleast a week. 👽👉26/9 Big LST day. I got new supplies to manage the rest of the ladies properly. Topped another one ( 5/6 is topped) Cut just a couple of leaves. The crusty ones that did not receive light and the ones casting shadows over my lovely budsights. 👽👉27/9 Waterday* and recovery 2ml/L Bio heaven + fish mix / 6.4 PH 1.68 ECLetting them recover Humidity a bit higher during night because of watering, turned the temp up to match the VPD. 👽👉28/9 They look content, humidity a bit higher during night because of watering. 👽👉29/9 I am happy how you thrive, but they need some pruning/defoliation as soon as they have recovered from the stress training. 👽👉30/9 Did some defoliation, decided to flip to flower after their recovery. 👽👉1/10 They had a case of empty humidifier, resulting in high vpd for 7hours. Day 17 (starting Aug. 2nd afternoon): Will water them with a lightly enhanced RO water that was imprinted with frequencies via a PEMF coli for about one day when their day starts. After being away over the extended weekend, on day 20 ladies have grown very nicely. I topped nr# 1 and #2 after I took the photos and will give them a bit of water with Root Complex to compensate for the shock later. Sadly my brilliant control equipment has crashed completely and will not even take a photo currently. Yikes. Hope I can get it back alive this week again. Also turned the left light up by another 20%, now running at 40 W, and lifted it a bit. Eye inspection told me lights were lower here and ladies can get a bit more. At the end of their day 20, they seem to have survived the topping well. I managed to cut right above the new nodes which are already growing. Ladies are at 20 cm height before going to sleep. Day 21 shows great growth again, with lady #1 being at 22 cm now and lady #2, while being a bit less tall, extremely good side branch development. I hope that the rearranged lighting on the left side of the tent will make #1 grow a bit bushier too. Besides from that, I am really happy I tested Hesi HPE. I had such enormous success with room plants that made me want to see how Cannabis plants react to it. It will not add much to salinity, so I dared to add it quite early. While the photos are processed to compensate the lighting, I did not add much to saturation, so leaves are indeed of a very vivid, luscious green and ladies looking extremely healthy. Speed of growth has increased too as the added video shows. It also tells me lighting is enough – they are turning their leaves away right at the end of their day. I am really uncertain if I will change to usual Hesi grow fertiliser at all … Did a bit of LST to the lowest branches of lady #2 which spread almost to the border of her pot. Both temporary girls will leave the tent soon, so that the competitors will have maximum space to develop. Day 22, end of week 3: Outside girl went to get fresh air from now on. Wishing her luck, good weather and not a single male in the vicinity. I rearranged the lights and positioned them a bit higher. First preflower signs appeared on the ladies, so I will change the lighting phase when I return next week. Currently, I have them at 18/6, 45 cm above heads, with 80% running to a total of 80 W. I wasn’t so lucky topping #2. She has only one "top side" branch now … But grows extremely well, so ok!

Gréât week. Thai choc looks unreal. Pineapple Express is a funky little bonsai .. all ripener now for the upcoming week.
