Hello again, Growdiaries community! 😎 We’ve reached Week 8 (Flower Week 2), and my Critical is officially exploding! The transition has been incredibly smooth, and the plant is showing a fantastic response to the 12/12 light cycle. 📏 Evolution & Height: The plant has reached 30 cm today. The stretch is in full swing—she has gained 6 cm in just a few days! Due to this growth, the distance to the light has naturally decreased to 50 cm, which is giving the tops a great boost in intensity. The 4 main colas are developing beautifully and staying perfectly leveled. ✂️ Techniques & Structure: -Successful Lollipop: The lower pruning (defoliation) I did a few days ago was a game-changer. Airflow in the 'bunker' is now optimal, and all the energy is clearly being channeled into the top bud sites. -Fasciated Stem: The main stem is becoming a real beast, thick and sturdy enough to support the upcoming flower weight. -Visual Update: As promised, all the photos attached are from today, showing the most up-to-date progress. 💧 Watering & Nutrition: -Method: I decide when to water by feeling the substrate with my fingers to check the moisture levels accurately. -Volume: 1 Liter of lukewarm water. -Dose: Stepped up the nutrients to support early flower formation: 1 ml/L Bio-Grow, 2 ml/L Bio-Bloom, and 1 ml/L Top-Max. 🌤️ Environment (Terrace Bunker): -Lighting: My QBK1500PLUS (150W) is running at 100% with the Bloom switch ON. -Climate: Stable at 27°C (Lights ON) and 18°C (Lights OFF). Summary: The first pistils are appearing everywhere, and the plant looks incredibly healthy, 'praying' for light every day. Let the flowering begin! Thanks for following! Happy growing! 😉👍

06/20/2018 Did some supercropping on #1, Fimmed #4 she showing pre-flowers. ( #1,#2,#3) Not showing pre-flowers. #4 Fimmed because she gets stretchy 2-3 times veg height in my own experience. 06/21/2018 Longest day of the year today,applied potash last week, topdressed with Espoma tomato Tone tomato 🍅 3-4-6 with biotone

The plants look stunning, beautiful strain to grow and work with for sure, I cannot wait to smoke those buds, the fragrance has instantly make me want to run her again most definitely, the stretch has been really noticeable and and both phenos have a lot of flowrs, looks very productive plants, looks like a solid strain, both phenos smell the exact same, this 4th week of flower it's gonna be very exciting, I only water 💦 the medium when dry and that's it, FLO Living soil blends does a sensational performance keeping your plants well fed all the way from seed and also provides you amazing results in terms of quality of the flowers, the smell is so pure and it makes every strain perform to its best, I'm definitely in love with this living soil blend, and also in love with this couple of badazz OG cheese guys. Whats up everbody, the plants turned into flower and looking great so far. The scOG is doing its work. Love it. SOG needs so much effort, more than just 2 or 3 Plants. Thats insane. I hope its worth it.

Kaiydaan started showing signs of Flowering early last week. A few stigmas, Pre-Flowering, but still more Vegetative. So I decided to consider this week "Flowering". She was popping stigmas before 21 days. So far these WeedSeedsExpress genetics have shown to be exceptional. I will be slowly reducing her Veg feedings and slowly working in Bloom nutrients. I feed very sparingly as the soil has been amended with all the good stuff, organically. I think my light may have been too close, so I raised it a couple of inches to 20". I'm not 100% sure it was too close, but it's better to be safe than sorry. July 1, 2021 Little calyxes have started showing all over Kaiydaan. Kaiydaan has really breezed into Flowering without any hiccups *knock on wood. July 2, 2021 I did some tucking-of-the-leaves and some mild LST on the entire crop. I had to tuck one of Kaiydaan's taller tops. I snapped one of her other tops, but quickly got her into 🚑Urgent Care and she's as right as rain. July 3, 2021 That main top, I tucked on Kaiydaan, has turned right back up and has put on some height. Trichomes are starting to pop and the leaves are sticky. She still has no smell or none that I've noticed. July 5, 2021 I'm still dialing back the Veg nutrients on Kaiydaan and Freeman. J is still vegging strong, very light defoliation as she is ALL tops. We're only 1 month away until My Freeman's birthday! July 6, 2021 I just watered the girls, they're not big drinkers yet, a liter every 3 days. J seems to be a different Pheno from the rest. Her leaves have more texture and she appears to be all tops (likely due to the FIM'ing she underwent) and she is over a week behind Kaiydaan and Freeman.

7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! While I am not that versed in checking preflowers, from what I can tell, if I had to guess, CH#1 could be either (maybe slightly leaning towards female, thought I might have saw a couple hairs), and the #2 actually looked male to me. 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. After checking preflowers again, I am afraid that both Chinook plants may end up male :(

This couple of ladies have stretched a lot, very noticeable stretch, and the structure it's just beautiful, I like both phenos a lot, I'm looking forward to see amazing buds from this couple of badazz OG cheese phenos, this is a seedsman seeds strain. Day 8 Finally got to check out the plant. Still on same nutrient plan since I'm concerned still about the white dots that are visible on the video I posted. Still very happy to see the growth on the plant. Plant is now receiving about a third gallon of water every other day-ish with 15 ml/gallon of botanicare kind grow nutrients. Day 9 Saw evidence of spider mites. Don't know how they got in since I'm in a grow tent. Got a treatment the guy at the hydro store said would work best since I'm in a small er tent. Sprayed leaves heavily with the spider mites killing solution and turned the lights off since the remedy calls for it and fed 8fl oz water with ~1 ml botanicare. Also bought Canna Coco A+B since I was at the store anyway. Day 10 2-28-18 Evidence of some type of nutrient burn can be seen on some leaves. Possibly a reaction to the anti-spider mite treatment. Any info is welcomed. Opting to keep light on instead of treating for spider mites since I think the spider mites problem is less of a problem than the new discoloration on the leaves Day 12 3-2-18 HELP!!! Anyone please look at the picture I posted and help me with what I need to do asap. TGIF because maybe I can spend the weekend saving this plant. Day 13 3-3-18 Removed the cup from around the plant and added some soil. I think it looks healthier than it has and think it's going to make it.

Everything s normal. But I think there will have not enough... 😓🌱🌱🌱 So have be careful for nutrition and health of them ✨💦💡

I fertilize it every time, but it needs more and more. The buds are also slowly growing and are gradually forming a huge bud.

what can I say she is growing like a beast now! They plants are loving the weekly foliar sprays. The blood, bone and kelp meal are doing a great job. Will do another magnesium sulphate next week.

Just stripped these down 5 days ago and it looks like a forest already.
