Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Mild defoliation throughout this week. Flush imminent so will leave the remaining fans as nute banks. Next run with these genetics I'll be running a monstercropped clone under this scrog and will go heavier with the defoliation earlier on. I was advised this on here this grow and did a bit but have learned I need more! Forever learning. Looks like it's gonna be an epic harvest. These girls smell absolutely dank. Testament to the quality of these Madame Grow Fertilisers. Harvest just get better every time! Also big shout out to my bro at NatureDelight.co.uk providing some awesome organics to add into the grow schedule. Used The Active Sugar Boost all through flower at 3ml per litre this run and I think the results speak for themselves. I cannot implore you guys enough to go check this stuff out. Constantly taking leaves off all these girls. Trying to make space for those buds! These are some leafy genetics overall but some are starting to change color nicely for week six of flower! I checked some of the trichomes but they aren't close to ready so I didn't snap any pictures of those. But some good trichomes production from them. Got the UVB 310 in full effect right now at 4 hours. Will be boosting up to six tomorrow and continue to push for the next two weeks.

She rocketed up! Given her some LST to stretch her out and topped her one last time just before. Will be flipping in the next week or so, she’s got big internodal spacing, so this has helped her gain some more veg on her. Nothing fed other than a compost tea - the soil is doing totally fine without anything more added in yet.

The ol lucky 13 is hanging in there. Doing her thing. She is smaller than the FBTO1 but looking healthy. She is starting to show signs of transitioning to flower. Hope to see a little stretch on her over the next week. I have been plucking some leaves from the top to get light to as many buds as possible. Also cleaned up a few lower branches that were never going to make it to the top. Going to keep plucking a few here and there as she stretches. I totally neglected their water running it 2 weeks without checking it, but I kept an eye on the leaves and there were no issues. I gave them a flush and fresh nutrients today. Started them on a little maxibloom. Will probably start some liquid Koolbloom next week. She is under a galaxyhydro 140 watt but there is 1000 watts total led running in the room so she is getting some extra light from those. Nutrients per gallon .5 tsp maxigro .25 tsp maxibloom .5 tsp calimagic Ph to 6.0

Since day one she has been a great plant with a lot of growth in her first few weeks of vegetative growth. The team at fastbuds has some great strains and this blackberry has to be my absolute favourite so far... It has the most intense berry smell ever and skunky to boot. I'm getting excited for this girl to be harvested so this week I'm starting the flush and am aiming for a dry 6 days and the cure ..The nutrients have been stopped and now its just the waiting game ..cheers

Huge thing 26/01/2025 - defol 27/01/2025 - flushed Coco to lower the strength feed from 1.3 to 0.9 EC

This was a fun little project with a few ups and downs. Overall it was a success. I managed to get 86 Seeds off of the two plants, this is a smaller number but given that I started the pollination about 2-3 weeks late I am impressed. Top this all off with the fact I was using 10ppm silver solution for the majority of the reversing process and only had 30ppm for about a single week near the end. Moving forward if I plan on reversing anymore plants I will be investing in some STS vs Silver solution. It's easier to use and has stronger results. I also managed to get 25g of bug from the plants as well that I will infuse into some butter. Not to worry these are not the branches that where sprayed with silver and they have been cut off and disposed of in the composter. When I decide to grow these out I'll try and create a new diary and test if the CBD/THC ratios remain intact, if the plants are viable. I have not tested the germination rate on these seeds and for all I know they are duds or will not resemble their back-crossed parents. This is my first seed making project and so much is new and unknown to me. Have had lots of help along the way from some good GD friends. Tried to post lots of photos and products I used. The photos labelled [PREVIOUS HARVEST] where when I first grew this wonderful strain out. It has the same peppery kush smell and crazy deep purples as it first did. I did shock these plants with a heavy feeding that stunted them greatly, I also transplanted them when I should have started them off in their forever pot. This was all explained in the weekly entries when it happened and why. overall the autos are not heavy yielding but more average for an auto and that's ok with me. Its the smells, taste colours and CBD contest that draw me to it. Somethings to note from the diary, most of the liquid nutrients are diving by how much water I gave them, typically 4L. Solid nutrients are divided per litre of medium in the pots or they are the total amounts I added. Just ask if you have Questions.

Big Momma has finally been transplanted, this is the mother plant of our East Coast Punchers and you can safely assume that she is a house favourite! I (TOH) have claimed her as my own, I was more than happy when I found a pile of boards that could be made into a single plant bed. I love repurposing and reusing, as you can see C.C. put together a small square bed that is tall enough to keep the dog from watering her himself… The bottom of the bed started with a piece of cardboard (brings the worms) followed by a good amount of soil from previous fabric pots (gotta reuse), the worm castings along with the fish shit was added and the top half of the bed was Stepwell Super Soil. A good dusting of myco4 was added to inoculate the roots, the bottom of the infinity pot was removed and she was placed on top. We had quite a good rain last night with a bit of a gust so she was braced by bamboo before bed, she has dropped about 3 inches so more soil will be added to top her up. Now the fun can begin, I look forward to grooming her into shape and the therapy she is sure to provide will be priceless for me because a busy mind is best kept busy! 💚✌️
