Just did the switch to 12/12. Decided not to scrog. It’s my first time not scrogging. I have been training them a bit. One of the plants has been abused by me a bit. It didn’t love being topped. Not sure but it grew very bushy and I’ve been working hard on it. Using it as a bit of an experiment.

June 8th & June 16th Update @gbaGrow What’s good sensei? The girls are growing nice and healthy. Looks to me like the spider mite problem is no longer. Still haven’t used any nutrients because the soil is still going strong. Today I topped all of them and left anywhere from 3-5 node pairings on each plant. I poked some drainage holes in the bottom of each solo cup a couple of weeks ago and quite a few of them are already growing roots through the bottom 😬😬 The cancer blaster and the purp fem seeds you gave me are coming in nice and full. They look promising my dude. One of the “signature seeds” (your strain) has a crazy morphology to it.... 2 main kolas without any topping. I’ve only seen that once before and it ended up being a male but who knows with this one 🤞🤞 All in all, we’re in good shape so far over here Photos and pics on the way....

She is still in a nice routine of having 2/3 liters every 2 days. Like clockwork. Will be using overtime instead of big bud in a week. Finally stopped growing vertical growth I believe at 37 inches, now I'm excited how fat these buds are gonna get. The 5 gallon has so many Colas they are beautiful. Day 45 - Buds are really starting to fill in and fatten up. Drinking 3 liters every 2 days now with pots drying out fully Day 47 - my 3 gallon pot i am feeding half dose nutes compare to the 5 gallon pot which is needing more N. she is much more thirsty drying out faster too. Makes sense she is double the size in all ways.

Bio Tabs NL. vs. Weedefix (Stuttgart/ Germany) Hier im Weedefix Grow haben wir nun nach 59 Tagen des Einpflanzens eine Höhe von 110cm erreicht. Blütetag: 14 (BW2) Nach der zweiten Blütewoche, lässt sich eine sehr ähnliche Performance der beiden Düngersysteme beobachten, außer dass bei Weedefix die Blätter nach wie vor eher heller sind. Der Stretch bei dieser Pflanze verläuft sehr homogen und alle Triebe sind im Schnitt 110cm hoch. Es bleibt spannend! Diese Woche, habe ich einmal mit Wasser und 5ml Wachstum (Ferment mit Melasse und Hefeextrakten) gegossen. Ansonsten nur Wasser. Und es zeichnet sich weiterhin ein stärker werdendes Aroma ab. Day 64 to 70 On autopilot. I have been light on the nutrients so bumped up the nutes to 810ppm this week. Forbidden Runtz 1 is coming close, the buds are getting THICC and hard. I'm keeping a close eye on the trichomes. It's almost go time. I predict 2-3 more weeks for the rest but I don't know anything Feeding around 750ppm this week. Lightening up on Nutes for FR1 at ~350ppm.

So I'm super stoked about this week because it's been a great one! 😃 Got my new lights installed in the tent, they're working great and the ladies are loving it. Amazing growth in all the strains SPECIALLY this one, truly magical stain this one. I was able to train her perfectly, she's got an even canopy and I'm loving that. She's the wides girl in the tent also has the most colas( future bud sites). She's gotten really bushy so next week I'll do a bit of defoliation to even her out a bit more. Plants that are too far from an adequate light source will respond by accelerating stem growth in order to get closer to the lamp themselves. Especially when there are many other plants. A lack of lighting can easily cause overcrowding in a growing chamber, reducing the steady progression of your crop and the distance ratio between your bulbs and your plants. To address this problem, be sure to provide enough light to your plants to prevent stem growth. At the same time, you should not position your lights too close to your plants either since this would also result in an over-stretching of the stems and in some cases, the loss of your crop. In addition to the distance between the light source and the plant, the type of light you will use also affects the size of the stretching of your crop. The orange and red lights encourage stretching and result in thinner, larger stems. And conversely, blue light stimulates a growth of thicker stems and a smaller size. When a species is ready to enter the vegetative phase and undergo its most drastic stretching period, metal halide lamps can be used to deter far too long stems. THE HEAT Heat is another essential element that can determine the stretch size of your plants during vegetation. Temperatures above 27 degrees push the stems to lengthen more and more and will propel the potential of sativas to push as high as possible. Heat lamps that are positioned too close to plants create an intolerable environment that will grow large, soft plants that will potentially wobble until they fall and lose flowers in its fall. OTHER CAUSES OF STRETCHING There are multiple variables that can lead to the stretching of plants beyond what could normally be expected of the plant. Environmental stressors resulting from transplantation (when a plant passes from one pot to another) can cause the plant to return to shock. This will eventually trigger a reaction causing a stretch. Cannabis plants that are not grown in decent conditions or do not receive enough nutrients will respond in a variety of ways and this includes stretching. Crops that are not spaced far enough apart are likely to stretch to sting the light to other plants. Due to extreme proximity, the plants will fight among themselves to reach the light, forcing them to expand as much as possible throughout the crop. HOW TO CONTROL STRETCHING DURING FLOWERING Stretching during flowering, you guessed it, takes place when you move your plants from the vegetation stage to the flowering stage. This is a completely normal reaction, as your plants are preparing to bear the weight of their heads. Stretching of a plant at the beginning of flowering varies widely; some plants can double in height while others grow only a few centimetres. There are, however, two main variables that can give you at least an idea of how your plants are stretching during flowering, and how much. Here are these two variables: Variety: Genetics has the greatest impact on the size of your plant. In general, sativa varieties stretch more than indicas and tend to develop long, slender stems. Light: Some lights, such as HPS, are more likely to encourage stretching. In addition, great distances between your canopy and your lights will cause the plants to stretch as they try to get closer to the light source. Stretching during flowering usually lasts the first two weeks of the phase. To minimize stretching, keep your lights between 10 (for CFL) and 30 centimetres (for HID) of your canopy. Finally, choose indica varieties if you have a smaller growing space. HOW TO AVOID STRETCHING In many cases, you can expect your cannabis plants to stretch during the flowering phase. Keeping that in mind helps to make a plan in case your species ends up growing much more than you could have imagined. If the information is available, get information on the standard size of your species and compare it to the size of your growing space taking into account the necessary distances between the bulbs and the plants. TRAFFIC While outdoor crop operations benefit from natural air to naturally limit stretching, indoor crops must assume the maintenance of air circulation within a confined space. Basic ventilation is enough to help the cannabis stems strengthen and become thicker rather than too high. In this way, the plants continue to grow vigorously without reaching heights and at the same time, your tolerance ceiling. MANUAL INTERVENTION For growers who want to get their hands dirty, there are physical procedures that can be done to reduce stretching. Similar to the natural effect that the wind has on cannabis plants, manually bending the leaves and stems will cause tiny cracks in the plant's tissues that will cause the plant to focus on regenerating its wounds instead of its vertical growth. THE TOPPING Topping is a form of manual intervention on cannabis to influence its performance, shape or size. In essence, topping is a process in which a new node is cut, growing from the plant to reduce its size and create a "v"-shaped notch that will eventually form two heads. Topping may be an effective measure to combat stretching, but it is important not to do so when the flowering phase begins. In most cases, an abnormal stretch of cannabis plants will not completely destroy your crop. In fact, stretching can indeed help increase your performance. For growers with a growing operation large enough to contain tall plants, stretching can increase the total yield of a species with more vertical space for head formation. In both cases, stretching can easily be planned in advance and there are multiple solutions to help you with this problem which is all too common. May the force be with you 💪

This Permanent Marker is a smaller plant, only about 4 inches tall. But what it lacks in size, it makes up for in those super distinct wide leaves that make it a standout. While it's a steady grower, it does have a big appetite, always seeming to need more nutrients. The other Permanent Marker plant is also around 4 inches, but it's growing much faster than the other one. Its super skinny, pointy leaves are what really make it stand out from the rest. At 1st I thought this plant was going to be a dud but is starting to out pace the other plant. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth

Might be a day early but I'm calling it the start of a new week. The ladies have been looking super unhappy last couple days determined they were root bound so got em put into their final home this morning. Chop and dropped cover crop put thin layer of mixture of BAD worm castings and Coast of Maine lobster compost and watered in with goodies. Set the ppfd to 300 and vpd closer to 1.0

Good week overall, The plants are levelling out and getting extra green with the transplant, no more die back :D Still no word from Gaia Green so I think they just don't care after getting bought out. similar to GHE and scotts miracle grow big brands are taking up smaller independent companies to get every aspect of the market then cheapening the product slowly over time. I have topped them again and waiting for the new shoots to grow in, I have also removed the lower branches and put them into vials to clone out. Will see how they do and if I want to grow them outdoor this year or give em away. I will be looking for a new home for the 4th plant that survived in the smaller container. But it won't be ready for another few months till the weather improves for outdoors or anytime right now if I know a buddy wants a plant in my area. I also topped my peppers in hopes it will bush them out a lot and get a solid plant. Holy basil is also fine, I feel I am going to need to give it some more food in a bit they will be approaching nutrient depletion soon. The extras I put in the water this week are the same as any other, fulvic acid, potassium silicate, yucca extract, a bacteria pro bio soil product "NOT LABS" and PH adjusters. Trying out critic, ascorbic and malic acids powders as a alternate to phosphoric acid liquid. If it works its an option for PH down and one I can buy in bulk almost anywhere. 85% phosphoric is hard to source unless you got a grow shop close by. I was also reading that critic has a strong affinity for dissolving calcium and might work better on it vs phosphoric and dies out faster. but this needs more looking into before anything concrete is devised. O I also made some Brownie Cookies, they turned out well. Chewy on the inside and crunch on the outside. I infused them with 15.5G of flower and a quick butter bath only simmering for 30min, 7g CBG ZeroDue from SeedStockers + 7g Dnamed Kush CBD Auto from Dinafem + 1.5g Strawberry Cola Auto from Exotic Seeds. Strained out all the weed and used the butter in the cookies. I would make them again, all cookies got flaked salt as a garnish, They are very light and I can eat a few of them and still be ok, This is what I want, great with reducing inflammation and relaxing the body. If I want a more THC high I'll eat more of them or take a separate THC edible. This week the girls have been going nuts! These are the largest strawberry bananas I have grown yet! I'm super excited to see what happens after taking these photos I cut one leaf off each plant. My first second time running this strain I did LST and my yield was much lower and it stunted her. So she seems to like to stretch. Check back next week to see just how fast these ladies grow! & remember is 4:20 somewhere!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing special. So far so good. Day11(May06) all good so far. Both plays at 7cm tall. Day13(May-08) did LST on both plants. So far so good. Day-14(May-09) nothing to report. Additional Notes: - Making 1 liter batches with water which i give every day about 100ml. - Using Alg-A-Mic 0.5 ml/l as a foliar spray.

It's actually the beginning of week three. Things are moving along nicely. Not much to complain about!

TF has never looked the healthiest with the first time using HydroSol + H202 water soluble feed. I think i have the ratio/some sroted to where I've seen improvements. First improvements i have seen are: 1. NO Nutritional burn or Lockout! (non-salt based). P.s ignore the over salas 12% HP at the start (no idea what i was thinking). Sometimes being ahead; means i am a being with a head that makes human errors. Oh, the joys of plant-discovery. Sorry side tracked lol 2. Quicker Absorbing witb water soluble food. 56 days!!!!! wow this week it really rained a lot, there were storms during which we had to bring the girl inside so that she wouldn't be broken by the strong wind:) but all that stopped, and the nice weather has already started:) The girl's flowers are starting to grow a little, which is very pleasing:) good luck to everyone:)
