2 out of 4 plants are a week maybe less from harvest, which will be day 100. the other 2 plants are a week or more behind. I reckon the delay(as Chunga pointed out)is from the cold temps first month or so. Next year I’ll wait till mid may to plant. But overall I’m very pleased with how they are growing, they be small but looks like I’ll have a successful harvest. 🤘😶‍🌫️🤘

From the 4 plants from this run this is the dankest. The smell and taste is just out of this world. It has such a complex terpene profile - fruit, sour, cheesy, sweet, earthy - I can't even describe it. Amazing! Only downside is that it grew to be a very very short plant, very squated, thus the yield was so low. Nonetheless definetely worth it!

Day 43 - Commence the flowering! Flower sights are becoming clear now, with lots of pistils appearing along the top of branches. Watered with 1.5L with a run off of 120ml(8%). Day 44 - Watered with 1.6L today. Run off of 200ml(12.5%). Day 45 - She's getting thirstier again. Watered with 1.6L with run off of only 65ml (4%). Can really see the height gain by the day... Hoping the tent will be tall enough. Day 46 - Watered with 1.8L today with run off of 100ml(5.5%). Had a few warmer days outside causing more water evaporation. Will move to 2L soon if run off stays low. Day 47 - Watered with 2L with run off of 260ml (13%). Flower sites really starting to stretch out now. Day 48 - Watered with 2L run off of 260ml(13%). Will continue to water with 2L and only note when changes are required. 2L seems to be the sweet spot for this week. Day 49 - That brings us to the end of Week 7 and the first week of flower. Bud sites are now really established - I'll be increasing nutrients to 1.5ml/L for Advanced Nutrients and 0.75ml/L on CalMag. Total growth of 12cm this week compared to the usual 7cm over the last couple of weeks. An extra 5cm of growth can be attributed to pre-flower stretching.

Hello Growmies, Week 3 for our Watermelon Candy by Zamnesia is unfolding with promise as we observe their transition through pre-flower. Opting for low-stress training over topping, we're guiding their growth gently to maximize their potential. The plants have gracefully reached our SCROG, and with two already skillfully trained, they are demonstrating adaptability and robustness. Through the canopy, we see an even spread of foliage, indicating that our LST approach is on point. The structure of the plants is sturdy, showing that the careful maneuvering through the SCROG mesh has been well received. The greenery is lush, leaves are perked up, reaching for the light—signs that our Watermelon Candy plants are in their element and thriving. Our environmental management has mirrored the successful strategies implemented with our Epic Buzz and Red Banana Pudding strains. Daytime conditions are meticulously controlled, with the Tent-X system maintaining VPD within the ideal range for healthy plant activity. However, as we've noted with our other strains, our nighttime VPD control presents a challenge. The data indicate a discrepancy in maintaining optimal humidity levels when the lights are off, suggesting that our current setup is not fully regulating the environment during these crucial hours. The intention to integrate the Smart Mars Hydro fan into the Tent-X system is a move towards rectifying this issue, with the aim to achieve a seamless 24-hour environmental control. The transition to this enhanced system will ensure that our Watermelon Candy plants receive the same level of consistent care throughout their entire growth cycle. Their current robust state and the proactive steps we are taking to fine-tune their environment have set a strong foundation for the weeks to come. Getting close to switching her over to flower, she seems to be vegging well, fair few bud sites to watch develop, i also took some AG clones that are looking promising. The strain seems pretty hardy.
