The seed was free and i tried with no expectations. the plant maintained a deep green with great bud structure for lollipopping it made it easy to know what was able to be pruned or not quite easily. seemed to be very resistant to bugs. buds were dense but not as crystally as i might have expected, potentially i chopped a little too early.. *shrug* i will update when it has dried sufficiently

Glookies turned out surprisingly well! It yielded the least amount, at only 50g, but it was by far the most resin-coated plant in the tent. I would highly recommend this strain to beginners. It handled a lot of abuse throughout it's life cycle: multiple deficiencies, nitrogen toxicity, tip burn, etc. and still turned out beautiful and effective. The nuggets turned out nice and dense after drying/curing as well. I'm highly interested in coming back to this strain again in the future. What a great introduction to Barney's Farm.

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Our weather is beautiful now with daytime high temp's in the 80's F without a lot of rain so I am watering her daily at sundown with approximately 4-5g of well water. 6/10- I watered the Papaya Sherbet today and also did a little canopy maintenance, removing some leaves and some small shoots that would have taken energy better used elsewhere on the plant. 6/12- I gave the Papaya Sherbet photo a good watering today at sundown via the garden hose with straight well water. I am also planning on top dressing her in roughly 7-10 days from now with a blend of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and a little of their 2-8-4 along with some Wiggle Worm castings and a little Down to Earth Bio-Fish. 6/14- Another week gone and this little lady has really come along considering her late start and getting chewed on when she was young. All in all the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is shaping up to be one fine looking plant! Hello Diary. New diary, in the fifth farm I have three new residents, one Fat Banana and two Haze Berry. Both sides are from the Royal Queen Seeds. And this diary is dedicated only to Fat Banana. I would like to thank the team from the Royal Queen Seeds who have recognized my efforts in keeping a diary and greatly support me in what I love. I always try to make a balance between sativa and indica, since I do creative work, I am a big fan of sativa, although in the evening, when my obligations are over, I like to relax with indica. So this time I planted two Haze Berry Auto that are predominantly sativa and one Fat Banana which is more indica. WHY FAT BANANA? Fat Banana Automatic stinks of tropical fruits and produces large, chubby flowers. The strain is the autoflowering version of Fat Banana, an aromatic classic. The original made her mark on the cannabis world with her insane scent, massive THC level, and rewarding yield. Fat Banana Automatic inherited indica-dominant genetics from the original strain. I prepared everything I needed for planting, cleaned the farm and changed the filter. I put Primaklima filter - PK 100/125. This time I decidet for AirPots, I also used them in the first two farms, BioBizz-Light Mix is ​​already standard on my farm and Easy Boost and Easy Roots Mycorrhiza Mix from RQS as organic nutrition. Since the first farm I use only organic fertilizers and for now I have used BioBizz and RQS organic nutrition. After I put the soil in the pot, I added 50g of Easy Boost Organic nutrition and mixed it well with the soil, after that I added 5g of Easy Roots Mycorrhiza Mix and also mixed everything once more. The temperature in the Box at that time was 26 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 60%. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/09/2020 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. Also the humidity dropped so I put on a humidifier for a couple of days. 18/09/2020 Fat Banana sprouted, a day later from her first roommate Haze Berry. 19/09/2020 Watering. I watered with about a liter of water with regulated p.H. 23/09/2020 Watering. Regulated by p.H. at 6.4 and gave her approximately 1 liter of water. I think Grow Diaries made a great decision to put this germination week as an option, yet that germination process is just as important and it’s great to have room to write more and show how each of us does it. Week 8 Flower Flush flush flush 💦🚽💦🚽💦 It's extremely important to flush for at least 14 days when using synthetic nutes, or any bottled nutes in my opinion. The aim is to make her cannibalize (fade) as much as possible before she's chopped. By doing this, she's using up her stored nutrients, causing the leaves to eventually die. The better the flush the cleaner the smoke 👌💨 even when in an organic set up, the plant needs to be nicely faded before being harvested. Otherwise she's still full of nutrients. I still feel I'll be able to get an even better flush when I eventually make the switch to RO water, as my tap water holds a ppm value of approx 150. It's not too much, but 0 is always better. She was taken down on Day 57 flower, after a 16 Day flush. I didn't want to take her any further as she was quite stressed being so close to the light. So to avoid getting seeds I waited until she had a beautiful fade before giving her the chop ✂️ I always take my girls down about 30mins before the light turns on so there is minimal chlorophyll production in the plant. This is to ensure the best smell, taste and overall burn after drying and curing. A subtle but very sweet-ish tropical fruit skin kind of smell to her. Her buds are super dense and covered in trichomes. I trimmed off all fan leaves and then each branch was hung in my drying box and placed in a cool area. She was dry after 6 days and ready to be dry trimmed and jarred for curing. I'll post those pics with the harvest update! Thanks for following and happy growing! 🐺

Grow diary 11 stage 6 Day 51-60 This last 9 days she has continued to pop out the pistils. She is a little taller then I expected after the earlier topping. I got high hopes for this one. Development wise this one is also where I would expect her to be.

In the last days the buds of this girls are getting bigger and heavier day to day. It's my first grow so I'm very excited to see how they grow up, I love the smell of orange/lime and how many tricomes they have.

Week 1 she is up!

We are at 21 days from these girls breaking the surface and they are making progress. I noticed at the beginning of the week that they were a little overdosed on nitrogen so I added 2 gallons of tap water to the reservoir and adjusted the ph to 6. They are still looking a little heavy on N but their growth rate is going great so I think it should balance out by the end of next week. I dont plan on doing a water change until I flower them. I left the plants alone most of the week. Tied most of them down to spread them out and defoliated a few lower leaves on day 20. The branches on most of these plants are thick and solid already. They don't budge easily. Bananasicle is looking pretty funky with uneven branch and node growth but we are just going to push forward. Still pumping nutrients and beaming light 24 hours a day. I'm thinking day 28 we will switch them to flower and see if any of these ladies can bring some❄️🔥💨

She has received no water after a full week I have pruned the soil early today to promote co2 for her roots. I think she is recovering her second true leaves have grown at a steady pace with no signs of deficiency I will keep her dry as long as she copes with the drought!

Cured for 1 month, nice trichomas covering, smell good, nice THC level (not for beginners), easy to grow, long cycle, needs long term veg time.
