Another great week of bud growth and terpenes production. Think I'll be finished half was through week 9, or at the end of week 9. So far no signs of any hermaphrodite traits. Wish I started flower with a little less light intensity, as I feel that's caused the buds near the top to slightly fox tail, as the ones lower down look abit of a better shape, although smaller.

Part 1 of a video project I give myself for this run. And wow ,I'm absolutely loving this grow. The girls are preforming brilliantly with the training, although the Forbidden Runtz excelled with LST more so then the StrawNana, she is more bushy and compact, which made it quite tight in the 2x2 grow tent, but not overcrowded. I'm just a grower, who just loves growing. My passion was vegetable gardening, but living arrangements are different now and can no longer have a garden..... but it has opened up the possibility of indoor cannabis growing which wasn't a option for me before. My medium is a make up of reamended soil from my last run, to make my 25% supersoil base, 65% complete organic compost and topped off with 10% light seedling soil. I also fed a compost extraction once a week from WEEK 5 and they always responded brilliantly. I used the chop and drop technique when I defoliated which my worms seem to love and also used the compost feed for my compost extraction as a mulch layer every week after the feed, which covered the defoliated leaves. De really took flight from last week, should be starting flowering theese days coming. Just watering them with normal water and some tomatonutrition every now and then. Im happy they look so well in this type of scandinavian climate.

This week marks Week 18 of veg for the Pineapple Upside Down, and things are getting interesting. The plant is still pushing hard, stacking growth on all sides — more height, more volume, more density. She’s clearly in that phase where she’s comfortable, full of energy, and ready to take every bit of space you give her. But that’s exactly where the challenge begins. Right now, I still can’t move her into the bloom tent. There’s another plant finishing inside, so the space isn’t free yet. And that delay changes the whole strategy, because this girl is getting tall — fast. So the main question of the week is the same one I’ve been wrestling with for a while: Should I let her stretch and plan a SCROG, or should I top her to keep things low and contained? And to be honest, I’m still not ready to decide. I want to see her in her final environment before making that call. Transplanting into the bloom tent will change the lighting, the airflow, the VPD, the root-zone rhythm — and I don’t want to shape her structure blindly before she settles in. On top of that, she’ll need a short acclimation period once she’s transferred, so there’s no point in rushing structural training now. It could do more harm than good. So for the moment, the rule is simple: don’t touch anything. I’m keeping her on the same settings, same nutrition, same EC, same feeding schedule. She’s clearly thriving, and when a plant is this comfortable, the smartest move is not to interrupt her momentum. You can feel she’s building up internal energy — thicker stems, fuller leaves, faster node spacing. All of that will pay off in bloom, as long as I manage the height correctly once she moves to her final tent. This week is all about timing. Letting her grow, monitoring the stretch, and holding the decision until the very last moment. The more I watch her, the more I realize that patience here is probably the winning move. For now, she’s healthy, beautiful, vigorous, and still accelerating. No signs of stress, no burn, no deficiencies. Just a plant in full confidence. Next week should be decisive — hopefully the bloom tent will finally be free, and I’ll get a clearer picture of the strategy: SCROG or top. Until then, she keeps growing… and I keep observing.

Had some light potassium deficiency and continued magnesium deficiency despite adding the calmag so I doubled up on both of them. Defoliated, topdressed, backed the lights off because one of them is singed.

As of day 21, the Blackberry plant is doing well! It is growing vigorously and will need to be controlled as it increases in size. The FIM has already helped a little, but I have started some LST with the Atlas plant trainer to start making the canopy wide and flat. A few of the newest leaves have the very start of yellowing in their tips, so I think this plant is maxing out at 1.1-1.2 EC. I am going to keep it around 1ec for the rest of vegitative growth, as EC can drift upwards in the reservoir very slightly while the airstone is running. Runoff, PH, and other parameters are right where I want them! I have a new gallon of Calimagic coming, so I am switching back to it this week in preparation for early flowering. Outside of removing a few low growth tips that will never develop, I am going to try to leave as many leaves as possible. If this maxes out my humidity I will start taking a few lower leaves, and those that are too tightly squeezes in the center of the plant. Considering the plant's size as of day 24, I am hoping the flowering stretch isn't too strong or I will have to really work to contain this plant! Day 25: earliest signs of flowering. Day 26: runoff quantities were edging towards being too low as the plant has more foliage to transpire through, so watering adjusted to 5x per day, 15 second intervals. This is an increase from 60 seconds per day of watering to 75, and should accommodate the needs of the plant as it continues to grow.

Last week was fantastic, they grow a lot, they are now in full flowering. im dealing with the management of the new and bigger colas, im thinking of putting the same orange fence on top and using it as a ScrOG trainer, ill try this in the next few days , ill put more pictures with the testing.

High GD community, Week 6, Wonder pie doing fine. She keeps her tempo steady, not really fast, but she keeps developing. Some of the side branches starting to take form and first lining is a fact. Ive removed 9 leafs, so te center gets more open for the small branches trying to come up. I think i should cut the internodes that are up and down, but i only cutted the one underneath. If anyone is convinced its better to get rid of the upperone 2, please comment. I do thinl it might cause problems in a few weeks, bcs it will grow up instead of out to the sides, so, hormone regulation will change, slow down the outgrowing buds and extra pump up these internodes. Enough rambling about that, lets talk about the plant intirely, bit by bit she starts to look like something i have in mind. 💦👨‍🔬 Just spraying ph 6.2water and 1 feeding this week. 3 waterings this week, 1 with nuts. Earlier in the cycle, she was hit by a combination of: • Colder external temperatures • Environmental instability during early development • Slower initial adaptation compared to her sisters She never fully enjoyed the colder phase, and recovery has been slow but steady, not explosive. This update reflects a plant that is stabilizing, not one that is racing. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day temperature: ~28 °C (successfully raised and now stable) • Humidity: ~65% • PPFD: ~600–850 (depending on height and position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm (now stabilizing around ~909 ppm) As outside temperatures remained low, the room naturally became its own heat source due to: • Increased plant mass • Higher light intensity • Addition of under-canopy lighting No forced heaters. No extremes. Just letting the system balance itself naturally. 🌬️ Airflow • Vortex extraction • Multiple cross-flow fans • Constant, gentle air movement No leaf chaos — just steady motion. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks a clear transition phase. • EC: ~2.4 • pH: 6.5 (now transitioning downward — all feeds moving toward 6.0+) Why a Slightly Higher pH Right Now? As plants enter early flower, demand shifts: • Improved Ca / Mg uptake • Stronger P & K availability • Increased root activity A slightly higher pH during this moment supports: • Structural development • Flower initiation • Stability under higher PPFD and CO₂ Nutrient Transition • Terra Grow → flowering nutrients • Supporting the hormonal shift from stretch → stack • Minor signs of possible Ca/Mg demand observed → already being addressed → nothing severe or alarming (Reference images included above for transparency.) ⸻ 🌸 Flowering Progress & Current State She is flowering — slowly, which is expected after stress.
