Another one down, now the tent can flourish. Already going into third week on the next flower cycle. Going to try a dry trim on this one. So far I've been doing wet trims, but I have more space this dry cycle. I've had chocolope a few times before, a few different phenotype expressions from the original seeds. I'll be curious to see if this is just like those previous chocs or if I will be able to pick out notes of whatever it crossed with. It definitely grew like chocolope I've grown in the past, very stretchy, long stretch time, genetically foxtailly. 8/12 getting ready to do a little test press on some larfy nugs that should be a bit dryer than the big nugs. In the bag, it smells just like Nam wah, but the plant 100% had the chocolope structure, except the buds were smaller than a choc for sure. I kind of attributed that to having an ec issue early flower, but maybe it was the Nam wah influence. Pretty crazy how the genes crossed like that. Wow. It got pretty warm here and we're letting the house breathe, so the tent is actually warmer during lights out daytime, than it is during lights out night. I like it, seems to make them grow faster and could potentially shorten flower time.

I'm really contemplating dropping Bruce & Diesel. They're developing very badly. We'll see how they continue to develop, another week and it will be clearer.

A 4 hour planned power outage in my area gave me the excuse to flip the girls. Kept the lights off for a cycle then immediately went 12/12. Although the temperature dropped to a root freezing 58°F, the reservoir didn't have a chance to fluctuate much and I also kept my air pumps running for an extra hour and a half off my computer backup battery! The battle with root rot is basically over. I am taking care to rinse the roots every once and a while. Growth has been amazing! Loving DWC! It also gives me things to do as I lie to pay attention to my plants. Doing a thorough clean with H2O2 every res change. PPM is around 800-900. Drops fast now. Every two days I check PH and correct if necessary. Usually it's been around 6.2-6.3 when I check. I PH it back down to 5.8. I've heard that flowering is a little on the acidic side so I'm planning on dropping my PH to 5.5-5.6. Did a major defoliation after this diary entry. Will do another in three weeks. NYC Diesel Auto (Was Hey Abby) W12 F1 12/7-13 12/8 Since I flipped NYC Diesel to flower last week, I gave only ph 6.3 water ppm 194 temp 64.5. Her budsites are showing flowers now and pushing more hairs. I had to bend her over as she grew taller than the box. She looks like a porcupine with the spines running up her back. train her She is drinking a lot more, so I increased to 1.5 gallons on 12/10 & 13 Calmag 5ml/g Flower time 1.5 tsp/g 6.42ph, ppm 648, temp 64.2f You will see in the pics the main stalk has stems about an inch apart and the stems have bud sites 1/2 inch apart going up the stem. This multi stem and branching is not how I like my plants. It makes it very hard to trim. I defoliated again. I stripped the lower 25% off all the stems and I cut off all the under branches because the tent is too small for NYCD and the tomato. The under branches are shadowed and there is not enough light. The root ball must be huge, when I stick in the soil probe there is resistance and not many places where it inserts easily. Stay green, growers love 💚🌿 💫Natrona💫

05.07.21 hi liebe grower heute war es soweit ich hab die purps OG Nr. 1,2 und 3 getoppt und Versuche aus den abgeschnittenen teilen steckies zu machen(is das erste mal ,drückt mir die Daumen).Hab die abgeschnitten teile unten am Schnittpunkt (schräg abgeschnitten) in great White getaucht und in eazy plugs gesteckt die getränkt waren mit Ph eingestelltem Wurzel Stimulator hoffe das klappt hab das ganze zur Zeit im Zelt unter ner alten Torten Haube stehen.Werde dann die Tage,sobald die Pflanzen sich erholt haben,mit dem mainlaining beginnen. Hab die Pflanzen oberhalb der 3. Nodie getoppt und ihr die untersten Seiten Äste abgeschnitten so das nur noch nodie 2 und 3 an der Pflanze zurück bleiben. Der Hersteller also anesia seeds empfiehlt für diese Sorte sog und leichtes entlauben für mehr Ertrag,ich hab mich dazu entschieden der Pflanze 8 Haupttriebe zu verpassen,die ich mit dem selbstgebauten Tomaten Ring ausseinander halte ,und sie dann in die Blüte schicken werde, für purps OG Nr. 4 werde ich wohl nur lst und entlaubung anwenden da sie um einiges kürzer ist als die anderen. Das war's fürs erste Updates folgen wenn was passiert die Woche cu Growmies...... 09.07.21 hab heute mit dem Main Laining begonnen bei purps OG Nr. 1,2 und 3, für nr.4 hab ich mich jetzt doch dazu entschieden sie zu toppen und auch zu versuchen 8 Haupttriebe zu erstellen, da sie sich Recht gut erholt hat die letzten Tage, mehr passiert diese Woche nicht.........

Easy week, this was second run, unfortunately can’t find first run pics. Had to correct with a little extra fish castings for lack of nitrogen, my mistake.

After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength I really like the genetic stability of Gorilla Zkitllez, almost all the plants look exactly the same and are in the same flowering phase. Some plants are absolutely gigantic! if I didn't do LST, I guess the plants would be as big as me. however, what surprises me is that they are slower than Gorilla Strawberry, I think that some Gorilla Zkytllez will be after 12-13 weeks From the start Gorilla Zkytllez smelled strongly like diesel but now a very strong pleasant sweet smell exactly like Zkytllez candies I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

Some mold formed on the rockwool, I rubbed a papel towel with alcohol. High umidity this week... I'm afraid of losing my plant. The buds are getting big, I can notice a small odor of pine, it's gooooood! I think there is some mildew forming too, so I sprayed neem oil. Let's see what's gonna happen

this is the last week before the harvest. the buds are formed 100% all in trichomes! this variety is very reminiscent of Afghan genetics. leaves and their shape. I think it should be an indica dominant variety. find out very soon)

Day 16 week 3 of flowering. Wow this girl has really stretched!!! She is up against the light & I can't raise the light anymore as the fan & filter is above the light up against the roof. Had to super crop the tallest branch & have tried to open her up some more with some serious bending & tying down carefully as the stems split pretty easily. Defoliated her & some more lolliepoping, she is going to grow some really nice big buds 👍

We made some adjustments to the LST. We try to stop Thrips from spreading, using Neem oil with water spray. Continue with the fertilizer as the last week.

What is up guys? The time has finally come! The blue dream has officially sprouted, she sits in 7.5L bio bizz light mix with RQS easy boost. I’m hoping this can take her most of the way feeding her RQS easy combo if she needs it. I’ll be feeding her PH balanced filtered water. The only problem I have is with my other plant being in flower the humidity is low, but I’ll keep them covered with open lids until harvest day when I can fix the whole room humidity. I also had problems with the easy start with all 3 taproots growing straight out the top. All 3 were removed and planted straight into there pots. With the purple lemonade going very bad I hope I can apply everything I learned to this grow and have a more successful harvest day. Third day in and I’ve just given her 50-60ml of filtered water at ph 6.
