We had a good bit of strong wind and rain at he beginning of this week. One of the plants was blown sideways. This week has been hotter but he plants seem to be loving it. I was a little surprised that I had to start feeding these. I'm thinking the nutes were leached out by rain. I found out my ph wasn't as much of an issue as I first suspected. The problem was lack of iron. I added an organic iron supplement and it cleared up the yellowing. It also ph'd my nutrient solution to 6. The tops I took and attempted to clone didn't clone. It was a fun experiment though. Overall a great week. I expect to see some pistils next week.

Buenas gente, vienen tomando buena formita los cocos! muy contento con su aroma como ya he mencionado, y ahora que estamos arrancando las 6ta semana se empieza a ver la parte mas linda (a mi parecer) que es el engorde.. es esa semana crítica donde uno piensa que los cogollos se estancaron, que algo le pasó, y ahí es cuando aguantas 2 o 3 días más, y te das cuenta que empezó a engordar 😍😍😍😍 Veremos estas semanas como sigue!

Well week 12 and week 2 of flower started yesterday 8/22. Other than the clones everything is looking good. But to be fair I haven't really done much with them. They're like a bastard step child, I only kept em around out of moral obligation. Lol. J/k...sort of. Nah, just some weird bumps on a couple leaves and from what I can tell it's a copper and or zinc thing so I'm gonna get some Proactive, lol. So the mothers have definitely stretched, lol. Buds are starting to take proper shape now, second quickest of the four I have now although the sweet tooth did get topped possibly slowing it down. Got some bad looking marks on lower leaves some are completely dead. Look like pH or phosphorus. Got a pH test pen on the way tomorrow so will test when I water them. I will update the diary once tested. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

So this week is the start of flower !! Woooohooo finally get to show what I'm made of ! Step one ) take all the big fan leaves Step two ) establish a "light line" and take all small shoots that are unable to get the proper amount of light due to their distance from the top of the canopy. * These are the places we all wish would grow ! These are also the places that are at risk of - hermaphroditism - mold - waste of energy for the plant. ** These are also some of the best places to take clones ** Continue to tie and secure everything in preparation of massize buds ! I hope some people looked at this like " This took way too much off " I took ALOT. Yes I push , I push hard to know how much they can take . Yes I would say 60% of plants DO NOT like a massive defoliating. But, the ones who do , you will unlock a yeild like never seen . It's the risk we take .
