5/1 6 weeks, 4 days it’s flower tiiiiime! Desperately needing a repot on my autos but am stretched for space. I need a bigger tent!

First week of life for this girl. She has been sprouted then planted directly into her 20 Litre airpot which is filled with a 5:1 mix of 'Westland Gro-Sure All Purpose Compost - 4 Month Feed' & perlite. I've had problems creeping in my grows. Yields slowly reducing despite extra lights being added. Turns out my soil was depleted. So for this grow I've started with fresh compost and perlite and lets see what happens with this one.

After 5 weeks I switched my light on 12/12.on this week I'm gonna start to adj more mills nutrient for flowering .

I have a lot to harvest indoor. I pulled over a pound off the plant that produced low quality buds. I put most of my effort in the one grove bag of good good

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. Just finishing up week 3 of flower. Did another defoliation on day 21 but you can’t tell now...lol everything’s been rolling along nicely so far. Been feeding them around 8 gal of water every 2-3 days. Well that’s it for now, easy growing so far! Cheers 💨

******** Week 9 - Feb 3 to 9/20 (Days 57 - 63 from seed popping out) She has continued to swell this week and stacking her buds. The hairs are turning this week. More at the top of the plant but some on the bottom as well. Still has many white hairs and a good thickness as well. This week has been one of those......is today the last feed.....no one more.......is today last feed......no one more.....🤨🧐🤨🧐 😃😃😃 And so it finally came down to Saturday Feb 8, Day 62 as the last day of feed. Plan it to just flush with water and Rezin & Liquid Weight to the end.....or early 70’s anyway. Kind of a boring week in a way because she has been such an awesome girl to grow!! She is dense with a lot of leaves but I am trusting this next week will continue to bring significant swelling. She has been fine with the fluctuations that happen through a grow and has been vigorous all the way through.....great genetics! She is a real beautiful little girl with how she has grown....a couple of the pictures on the stand show just how well she grew and then how much bud is now on those branches. On bigger branches I would clip off another node lower than I did to give a little more energy to fill in the tops. Not sure this girls top colas will fill in as much as one would like but........take your time girl😀 Also.....I think it could be worth a run doing this girl in a 5 gal pot.....if she has no problem going 77 days or so then maybe there is time build a nice mass???? I am concerned at the end of the week that I may be seeing signs of root bound with the leaves clawing down?????? Don’t think its light.....was the same the morning before watering so don’t feel its over watering......could be nitrogen toxicity???? Not going to chase it at this stage but would like to know for next run to correct. Became more visible Feb 6/7/8 idea....appreciate any comments😕 Have not spent anytime looking at Trich colour this week.....too early anyway. What I have noticed is one crazy amount of frost forming on this girl in the last week!!!!! Wednesday had to do a double take on some of the images and zoomed in on a bud.....DAMN!!!!💪👍🙏 Hope she continues to be happy and keeps pushing out them trichs.......DAMN😃😃😃 Changed the light schedule again this week. Moved her to 19.5 hours of light because she is still not falling to sleep at lights out. Will be avoiding use of Flawless Finish for now and I suspect she has two weeks left in her. If something changes and she ripens quicker then may use. Little more detail to come.......... Feb 3/20 - Day 57 - Water feed today. Runoff in tray was 6.1pH.....good - 3L given with Sensyzime @ 1ml/L. 80ppm and 6.15pH going in. Feb 4/20 - Day 58 - Full feed today. Pot still had some weight. - 3L off full feed with 1125ppm and 6.05pH - Runoff water in tray before feed: 900ppm and 6.03pH - Runoff water in tray after feed: 1300ppm and 6.2pH - she had small leafstrip today. - removed most of the LST today. Left two ties. Feb 5/20 - Day 59 - nothing today. - Light cycle changed to 19.5hrs on and 4.5hrs off. - Her hairs are still long an reaching.....good sign for growing longer Feb 6/20 - Day 60 - Verify medium today....close to flush - 3L feed of Sensyzime and Rezin @ 2ml/L and Liquid Weight @ 1.5ml/L. = 100ppm and 5.8pH - Runoff was 680ppm and 6.25pH. - ppm is a little low and pH is creeping up. Feb 7/20 - Day 61 - Nothing today, still heavy. - slow growth happening??? Thickening behind the scenes??? Feb 8/20 - Day 62 - ********Last Feed******** - Full strength feed......base nutes both at 0.5ml/L - 6L feed with 1150ppm and 5.4pH going in. - pH was a little high so lowered for this feed. - Medium got a good soak and good runoff amount - Runoff: 1500ppm with 6.05pH - ppm might be a little high but hopeful she will go two weeks......will be flush a fair bit of water at minimum. Feb 9/20 - Day 63 - Dry out day - the "CLAW" is more prominent today. Mainly on top couple of leaves on the large colas. - raised the light a bit.....will use lower pH water in flush......not much else other than let her dry out at this stage....... Sour Jealousy Auto FastBuds 2025 Outside Grow Week 5 May 4-10 Veg I topped dressed with lime and stirred into the top followed by rain for 2 days. I fed with 4ml/g TPS1. Sour Jealousy is next to 2 photos and RQS Apollo Auto. All were planted at the same time and she is the shortest of them all. This week I did a final bit of defoliation just to channel the energy to the buds. I upped the EC to 2.1. I got a well priced pkm boost powder from my local hydro shop, wich I added to get the EC levels a bit higher. I will start flushing at the end of this week with a flushing solution. I have also been making use of a dehumidifier to reach optimal RH.

2 more Weeks left…

Hung them to dry today, very happy to say I have found 3 very very good keeper phenos which doesn’t surprise me as I have grown many seeds of this before. The pictures and video tell more than words can say. I have named my favourite pheno ‘john wayne’ as I have a convoy swagger about my walk every time I look at her😂 I lost this pheno a few months ago and so relieved to have her back plus two other great phenos. Barneys absolutely provides some real fire genetics and I have been a fan since blue cheese and pineapple chunk were released many years ago.
