8/19 Rained again last night. No damage but medium is drenched. The 9lb kush I've been struggling with seems to be improving. I spent a lot of time on her yesterday and at least an hour this morning defoliating and pruning her. New growth and flowers look promising. I'm cautiously optimistic. I defoliated what needed it. I needcto qpplyvorganocide again. I can see random signs of septoria leaf spot. I really have been off my fame lately. I'm back on it now. This week the garden will be rearranged and I'll pull that big GDP back and better support the blueberry for flower. That NYCSA is a beast. It's resilient as all hell and just continues getting bigger and fuller. Despite pr9blems in the garden this girl seems absolutely fine. At least I don't have that defeated feeling anymore. I've got flowers on a few different plants. I'll try to get a couple pictures. I may take rapacaps advice and add a cheap plastic roof for later flower. I'm not sure if the explosive flower growth is due to the liquid kool bloom but I think I'm going to switch back to tiger bloom as it works better with the other nutes. I'll jeep this updated but I've got work to do. 8/20 Well it Rained again last night. This is getting discouraging. Now my other 9lb kush has the bottom branch all droopy like there's a borer or something. Realistically with the temp swings and the weather I think it's a firm of root rot or pythiym damage which isn't good. I posted pictures of the stalks and would be grateful if anyone has any advice. I'm go8ng back down to look again for a borer hole but i didn't see one. What it looks like to me is that the petroleum jelly I put on the stalks (to battle ear wigs) seems to keep them moist or something inviting mold or fungus. I'm kind of at a loss. I don't really know where to go from here. I don't know if I should just replant the severely damaged plant away from the rest of the grow, bag it and get rid of it or leave it be and hope for the best. I certainly don't want anything spreading. I'm getting tigerbloom today as my plants still need to eat and I'm nervous about the liquid kool bloom. It's probably fine but still. I'll update after I put in more work and research more today. Any advice helps. UPDATE: No borer holes. The stalk looks fucking horrible. It's supposed to rain today. I'm going to give it one more day then I'll amputate that branch and get rid of the other plant if I don't see an improvement. Perhaps I'll plant it in the ground. Don't really know what to do. Family bar b que today so my options are limited. 8/21 FED TWO GALLONS TO THE GARDEN. ONLY USED .5TSP/GAL OF LIQUID KOOL BLOOM. Did not feed dieing plant. Back to super hot weather 80° at 9am. Did a lot of research last night. I also went to several commercial growers and asked advice. What I came up with was a fusarium infection of pythiym infection (Crown rot). I looked at all my stalks and they all have bark and are darker where I applied the petroleum jelly. I'm also NEVER using DE again. It fucking ridiculous amounts of water. Everyone swears by it bit it's not going in my garden again. Since use I can just watch water sit right on the GD soil. I tried to get some examples of what I'm talking about with the stems. I amputated that lowest bottom branch I trained (which was huge). I didn't have time to dispose of the other plant before my wife's doctor's appointment. I'll update when I go back over. I'm sure this won't help and may hurt but I used Bee Safe 3 in 1 on the wound and around the stalks of the plants I saw discoloration on. I didn't touch the NYCSA even though I see some discoloration. I may just be seeing things. That plant I'd super healthy and I don't want to risk losing it. It doesn't seem to have the stem rot like the others. At least I'm not the only one having problems. I hears some pretty bad stories. Still. I'm heart broken. I'll keep this updated after I go back over. FUCK. I MAY just go back to indoor. UPDATE: Got back from the appointment and the rest of the plant was all droopy just like the other 9lb kush (and the branch amputated). I wondered about that because other branches looked worse. I got the totally dead 9lb kush out and found some root rot. AFTER wheeling the bag out I found earwigs and other insects where the bag had been. Awesome. I used h202 to try to wipe down anything that looked Fingal in the stem. It sucks because it seems like that liquid kool bloom pushed them over the edge into flower. Cotton balls where there was nothing. So that's both my 9lb kush plants and the largest plant of the year the GDP that have all bit the dust. If you grow cannabis you know how I'm feeling. I'm going to have to get a tent to do some indoor to get the medicine I need for me and my wife. I took the last 9lb kush out and disposed of it. Well it's still in the bag. I'm hoping maybe it might come out of it (beyond hope and far away from the others (but I'm going to toss it today). This blows so hard. Flowers are just starting to develop. I like the liquid kool bloom. It seems to make flowers explode when there was none before. At least on the plants I have left. Actually even the dieing ones started flowering. I'm really concerned considering that one plant (at least) has septoria and every plant has that petroleum jelly on it. Cautio to people that use that. It seems thats where the rot started or is. In spots I spread the petroleum jelly. Anyway my NYCSA has the smallest amount of "funky looking stuff on the stem" so I'm hoping it will make it. Cotton balls starting to appear. If I lose the whole fucking crop I'm gonna go ape shit. UPDATE: Spoke with a few others and did more research. I removed my braces on the bottom of all the plants. It looks like the pjelly and the brace allowed for some type of contaminate. Other growers think I'm being too bleak. They think things will turn out okay. They are more knowledgeable about cannabis than me but I'm with these particular plants everyday. They're probably right and my anxiety is just getting g to me. It's scary seeing a healthy plant completely die in such a short time. After removing the other 9lb kush I could easily see extreme rootbound roots still too the size of the 1 gallon they came in. The bag was PACKED FULL of tight roots so they definitely made it down. The plant however just fell over when I pushed it. I had roughed it up a big before. Anyway I'm praying to the cannabis gods to not take what I have left. 8/23 Fucking pouring again. This sucks. I've gotten loads of advice and made another friend on here. I forgot my phone so I couldn't take pictures this morning. My spirits are up a little seeing that others are at least attempting to help. I'm headed to the grow shop after a night of research to grab supplies to battle this. I'll update later. EDIT: I picked up plant doctor at the grow shop. It was 50% off and I couldn't find anything with trichodermia. However, I've heard good things about this plant doctor. It's systemic and can be used as a root drench and a foliar spray. BIGGEST selling point for me is that it SPECIFICALLY lists fusarium, grey mold. Pythiym crown rot, black mold and all kinds of other shit. The thing that sucks is it's raining and it's not supposed to stop for a few days. That's going to make application more difficult. Oh well. I think I may do a root drench on the one plant that has a wilted bottom branch. I'll keep this updated. Thank you everyone who reached out. Even has a section for medical Marijuana. I did a root drench on the plant up front in the middle AND I did a foliar spray. Might as well get the septoria too. It's systemic but it gets in faster through the leaves I guess. It started sprinkling and I want to test this stuff out before I go ham with it. I did give some to the to other plants bit left my best AND THE TWO SMALLER ONES alone for now. I'm not seeing those issues on the NYCSA and I don't want to risk damaging it. I'm really considering putting a roof on my grow (like rapacap suggested) for flower to decrease mold chances. Plants looked happy. I saw no negative effects from the Plant Doctor. I even sprayed a branch of the NYCSA and the stem and a little around tge roots. I finally feel like I can take a breath. I've been working so hard and worrying about losing g everything. I may have been able to save that 9lbkush but I don't think bit was worth taking the chance. The sun is peaking out now. My buddy at the grow shop called and set a side general hydroponics armor si 0-0-4 silica supplement cause it was 90% off. I pad like a buck sixty lol. I'll incorporate that next feed or water. Whatever comes first but it will be good to get it in the regimen. I was worried plant doctor might hurt but the girls seemed to kike it and I went ham on the worst plant. I mixed according to medical Marijuana guidelines on the label (Theres another label on the internet, it's not on this one, it's at the very bottom and just recommdations from commercial growers. I hope this stuff works. Things look better already though. That liquid kool bloom is the bees knees. That's making flowers pop up like crazy! I think I'll stick with it. I also took one from the NYCSA. THose are tge little ones. The 9lb kush is flowering pretty good. Too bad it's just on a 3 gal. The NYCSA us in a 10 gal grow bag though and is doing amazing. I still see septoria on the leaves. I'm sure I'll need to reapply plant doctor but thus far I'm impressed. Things LOOK better. I don't even remember the last time I watered. It Rained last night. Looks sunny today. I'm going to feed tomorrow. I want the soil to dry out though. We usually don't get consistent rain like this. It's a first for me. Esta semana aplique la tecnica lst. Hubiera preferido hacerlo antes pero estaba esperando por que antes queria trasplantarlas. Pero no he podido comprar macetas, ni el medio de cultivo. Entonces decidi hacerlo en las macetas actuales para comenzar a guiar la planta, ya que va creciendo muy rapido. Junto con la tecnica lst tambien hice defoliacion a todas las plantas. Comence a regar con fertilizante en polvo Green House para la etapa de vegetacion. Uso 0.5g / 1L . Ocupo unos 2L para regar cada planta.

Alrighty growmies 👌🏻 so I’ve had a bit of a week set back due to issues, but back on track, the heat wave has definitely given a few girls a bit of a hard time not being able to attend but none the less, lifted the light again, trying to get on top of this PH fluctuating I’m having again using these stupid PH drops as my PH pen also keep jumping. Besides that I’ve managed to make a new home for the clones and got them under a couple UFO LEDs so that will house them for a few more weeks and al bring out the 600w HPS for them, but these runtz since being repotted have not taking nicely to it at all even using dynomyco so again hopefully by Friday they should be past that stage if not on flowering either way going to be a bomb scare when these taller plants start to stretch might have to bring out the net for sure 🤣🤙🏻 if all goes wrong at least I have my clones for back ups, keep eyes open for the incoming fire thou 🔥

I’m actually Super happy they sprouted on the 1st it just makes keeping track of what day your on so much smoother l think, but I think one was having a hard time getting the shell Off so I helped just I tiny bit!

9/17 Didn't know this was a new week or I would've taken more pictures. I'm glad I took those two plants. As it dries and I start to trim I could see where it could've turned to rot real easy. It rained enough last night to soak all the girls. The two bottoms I harvest look like the have pm on them. If so I'll wash it or through it in the concentrate bag. Found a few colas a dropped which will go in the concentrate bag. Scoping the toasted toffy and the event horizon and the both look AMAZING! I've scoped the others and I'm extremely impressed. They may be difficult to grow strains but they have high cannabinoid content. The sherb cream pie has really come to life and turned totally purple with beautiful flowers. The girl in the 50 has several soda can sized buds. I hope this weather holds up. I don't like flowers this size getting wet. The sativa leaning hydrid us the only one I may have trouble with. It's only in a 10 gal but it's enormous! If needed I coyld bring it inside at night. The buds look like cat tails. I'm used to growing indica dominant strains. Plant us super healthy though. I'll be intrigued jail for a while and I've gotta make contact with whoever is going to do my extracts. I'll keep this updated. It's a lot of work bur it's worth it. 9/18 WATERED EVERYTHING I GALLON BUT THE BOTTOMS OF THE 2ND EV AND THE TT WHICH EACH GOT A HALF. Since harvest I've noticed some pm spring up on the toasted toffy. Looking at the other event horizon through a scope the trichs are all milky with some amber. I'm just waiting for A LITTLE more amber. And for me to have time and or room. I decided to harvest the tops and majority of one of my event horizon and toasted toffy. Today during an inspection I found a couple grey mold branches and some botrytis on my big GMO on the back. This plant is done. It's by far the furyhest ahead. Septoria effected the yield a little but pistols were retracted and amber was at like 10%. I thought about it and I watched the plant next to it with the pm have a branch I supported just "slough off". Right in my face. I figured if there was a sign tjis was it. I cut that rot off and put the buds from the branch in a bag and froze them then I went around and harvested the limbs on the other plant that were furyhest along. I took about half of it. I could've taken more and maybe I should've but I'm tired. I also noticed a couple spots of grey mold on the plant in the 50. All the leaves were falling off. I finally scoped it and it was right whetr I wanted it to be. Looking at the colors I'm glad I spent so much time the past few days. That one I hung whole. The sherb cream pie has something eating the fresy shoots (probably ear wigs. But the buds are fattening and the trichs aren't quite there. I'm going to let the rest of this stuff go ad long as possible. With the exception of the other event horizon. I finally tried it. It's fucking killer. I could take that plant now. The only reason I'm not is because I have to much work on my husband's as is. I'll do some videos amd pictures but I'm tired as fuck. Got to try event horizon. Very fucking impressed! 9/19 The past 3 days I've been working 5 a.m. to dark. I went back and harvested the bottoms of the toasted toffy and event horizon 1. After injury from harvest they contracted wpm. I used this as a learning experience and put some away in the freezer for concentrates and used a peroxide and water bucket. That's what kills the p.m. anyway. I hung them and they spun in the wind. I blew them lightly with a leaf blower before putting them ok strings I had previously setup with a fan in front of it. I kicked ass today. Toasted toffy got sampled and did NOT disappoint. I had it in a jar though and it was green so I'm not counting this. I do have some dry. I have indoor left too. Like in the video that one GMO looks like it's fucking dying or something. I'd rather cut it and use it for concentrates if it effects my healthy plants. I just checked on that plant in the 50 I hung. It looks amazing under the scope and smells better. Decisions, decisions. I do have a few calls I should make sooner rather than later. We are supposed to be getting rain. 9/20 The past 3 days have been hard. The wife's medical stuff is acting up and I had to tend to harvesting a few. My whole body hurts. I even did my first bud wash yesterday! The ev and tt I took and left some buds on ended up covered in pm. So I decided fuck it and tried bud washing. I also froze some for extracts. Speaking of which I need to male contact with whoever I'm going with this year because I think I've reached the point of diminishing returns on that dieing GMO. When it comes to grey mold and botrytis I don't fuck around. Winds are really high today. Putting the scope to the sherb pie is making me second guess myself too. Oh well. It's not going to rain today. And if needed I can move them in the barn. If I get ahold of Mt processor I'll chop that GMO and bring it right there. The other thing is that I've got tons of weed and a lot of its hanging so I've gotta find someone that will do a batch of live rosin then like a elbow of dry. This is the best part of the year. We'll It's supposed to be. Cutting down good plants us bittersweet. I don't mind chopping that one gmo a little early though because it's close to hitting the point of no return. That little sativa dominant hybrid in the ten is HUGE! The buds are swelling like crazy too. It's got a COUPLE septoria spots but this thing is resilient and easy to move around. This will finish perfectly. So far I'm happy with what I have. I'm GRATEFUL. The two September plants I tried were GREAT. A 90/10 and an 80/20 and they both suprised me and got me exactly whete I wanted to be. I'll keep things updated. I did a video I'll upload. 9/21 Weather is still great and the buds don't even seem wet in the morning. The thing is is that something (rot or ear wigs probably both) have stripped lower interior branches. In some cases stripping them ENTIRELY or chewing the stem right off. It wasnt happening to my favorite GMO or the one in the 30 and the like on in the ten. The Sherb pie I noticed grey mold on 3 different branches. Last time I checked trichs it wasn't ready but I've got to get a handle on this mold/pests or it's going to he taken a little early. We have incliment weather coming Wednesday I think. I'll bring the 10 inside and if I have to I'll bring that perfect GMO in as well. I'm going to scope everything again today. I called a bunch of extractors for prices. I was going to do fresh rosin and just yank and drive but that is looking to be harder. I can get badder made CHEAP from a reputable lab. I think I'll do that. They prefer dry and that way I could through what's left from last year in there. I have this other one GMO that I've had the same issues with. I'm sick of removing bud rot or having to cut interior branches off due to pm. Tried toasted toffy and it was fucking amazing. I'm planning on trimmingvthe ev and if I finish I can bring the other one in. It's done. It's not getting any bigger. Trichs aren't changing. That GMO I am going to scope when I get home and it will be coming down in the next couple days. Otherwise I'll end up with half of what's there. The GMO I took the tops from is finishing up too. If I scope that and it looks decent and I have the time I'll take the remainder. I'm leaning towards doing at least a lb dry for extracts. I've got some frozen. I've got some hanging and most is still in the ground. I sleep on all major decisions. However, I know getting my nice buds soaked when I'm already losing shit to budrot and grey mold isn't the smartest thing. I'll probably take what I can and bring the others inside to keep them safe. I didn't think I'd have this much quantity. I knew quality would be good but this isn't a bad year quantity wise either. I'll keep this updated. 9/22 Busy as hell! Rain coming Tuesday. After a final check of the scope and the flowers and I took the GMO that all the leaves had fallen off of. That plant is going straight to extracts with the one in the thirty. I also "finished" harvesting that GMO that was furthest along. Trichs were getting amber. Been in trim jail. Was going to take the Sherb Pie but I'm not seeing amber yet. I did have to cut off some branches that had rotted. I'll keep an eye on it. It will come down when it's ready. It just sucks losing little bits of it. My favorite GMO is sooooo close to perfect. I should just take it but I'll wait. If we get rain I'll bring that and the sativa looking one in the ten is the barn. Back to work now. Before I forget what strain is what lol. 9/23 Still busy as fuck. I chopped the other event horizon amd hung it whole. It's DONE and it doesn't need to go through the rain storm. I also took the majority of the GMO early pheno. What's left will get plucked off and used for extracts. The big one in the 50 is getting dry. I have finished the event horizon and I'm not "finished" with the toasted toffy but I have it in 5 gal buckets with a food grade lid so u can at least cure correctly. The gmo is still hanging. I'm wondering whether I should wait it out or chop. I'm gonna take care of what I have inside first and hope that shit doesn't eat my plants or that it doesn't rot off. That perfect GMO has one branch with some grey mold. I might cut it off. I'll keep this

For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! The next phase will depend on how fast they continue to spread, and adjustments will be made accordingly. Closing Thoughts & What’s Next? This week was all about structural optimization—ensuring proper airflow, training the plants with the SCROG net, and keeping everything in balance before the transition to flower.
