I am getting worried about it being too crowded in the tent. I decided that a good defoliation was needed but I was only able to get about 2 of them done. It's a time consuming process so I'll have to do each plant when I can throughout this coming week. I want to focus on taking out the little branches that won't yield much and remove big leaves to promote better air flow and light penetration. This also helps them to put more energy into bud production.

Last week ended with a little makeover for the girls—I defoliated about 30-40% of the leaves again. ✂️ The Gorilla decided to keep me on my toes by showing some nutrient deficiencies on her leaves—guess she didn’t get enough food after the flush. 🍌🌿 (Lesson learned: don’t keep a Gorilla hungry!) Now, let’s talk about Runtz! 😍 She’s an absolute queen—so photogenic that even my struggling phone can’t capture her real beauty. 📸✨ She’s forming into one giant, luscious bud, and her fragrance is something else entirely! 🕵️‍♂️ The carbon filter is fighting the good fight, but if the room isn’t aired out every 8-9 hours, a little aroma starts sneaking through. Trichromes are starting to be produced and buds are starting to form and get sticky, each plant is developing a nice smell but the strawberry is out performing the rest by a mile definitely a vigorous strain that just wants to go go go! Inter node spacing is crazy and looks like the girls are setting up to make some fat buds hopefully

Welcome to week 9 / flowering week 3 🌱 I had a little incident with the blumat system and accidentally flooded the tent. Nothing to worry about, everything is fine 😅🌱 The girls are growing well, PPFD levels are good and we’re on the road to mid flower. They keep getting bushy again, so I might defoliate them a little more in the next days. Also the blumat system needs more adjustment. Happy growing friends 🧙‍♂️

So I did a lot of cleaning in trimming in my tent and spent a lot of close up time with grape gas station only to discover that it is a male. I did consider saving the pollen because I do have a separate tent that I could actually put this guy in alone but it's just not something I've ever done and not something I'm ready to commit the time to. Time to go so all others can thrive in the big tent

Grow #1.1 -20.06.2024 Today the seeds were planted in the 11L pots directly in the soil. The lamp hangs 100cm above the pots and runs on 20% with a 20/4 light cycle. PPfd/DLi values determined with the Photone app are between: PPfd = 170-200 DLi = 12.3-14.4. The temperature is 21,5 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 60%. -21.06.24 I have decided to carefully transplant the seeds into fabric pots before they germinate. The Ppfd/DLi values as well as the temperature and humidity are unchanged. -25.06.24 The last few days I have only made sure that the soil is moist. So far, two of the three seeds have germinated and are forming their first leaves. The little plants were watered today with 60ml of water. The Ppfd/DLi values as well as the temperature and humidity are unchanged. -26.06.2024 Today is the last day of the first week, tomorrow marks the start of the second week and the first week of the vegetative phase. So far two of the three seeds have been successful. One Mango Smile has not germinated yet but I will keep it in the box and observe. Overall, things are going quite well so far. The soil was only sprayed with water as it still felt slightly damp under the surface.

Beautiful genetic, she is 4 days younger than the rest of the plants in this run and she has the same height as the rest of the ladies, beautiful stretch, the flowers are coming very nice and strong and I cannot wait to see what type of flowrs awaits me as I have never grown this genetic before however I'm starting to feel some sweet smell I don't know how she's gonna smell yet but I'm so excited, let's see how this lady perfoms! Not much has really changed this week from last week. They are starting to swell up a bit more. Next week I think will be the time to start flushing them.

Day 21 for the orange sherbet. She hasn't been getting the light she needs since she was so close to the bigger plants. Fixed that today though. Extended the boards that hold the plants so they can spread out more. I got them in the big room under some quantum boards so hopefully they will stay happy and start popping some pistils soon. Haven't changed the feed or water yet. They are starting to drink more so I will give them a few gallons soon
