Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. Suivre les conseils semaine 1. Une fois que les plantes ont colonisées le pot de 1L, les rempoter dans des pots de 3L (qu'on va arroser avec 3L). Cela doit prendre 4 à 7 jours en moyenne. Surveiller l'aspect des plantes, les pointes des feuilles. Observer le haut et le bas. La couleur de la plante doit être uniforme entre chaque partie sinon c'est qu'elle a un manque ou un excès. Le plus souvent étant donné les engrais complet que nous utilisons il s'agit d'un excès. Dans ce cas il suffira simplement de faire un arrosage à l'eau au lieu de l'engrais et de reprendre les engrais à plus faible dose. Les tiges sont un bonne indicateur de la santé des plantes, hors génétique spécifique, elles doivent être verte et tendre, pas dur. On continue la FIM et la taille de certaines feuilles qui peuvent être gênante.

Harvesting An ELEPHANT !!! And after 118 day from seed and 101 from wen she started her mix veg/flowering process, i cant say for sure but i am starting to believe that this auto world do veg, then veg and flower in conjunction for a wile and only after they a wile they move to a flowering stage completely but thats another post another day lol today was harvest day for this Auto Elephant from SSSC , and let me tel you she is a delight with huge fruits, so big that i normally cut and hang the all plant and for this i did not take the risk of doing that and getting bud rot , better safe than sorry, so what i broke her in smaller peaces and put it all in the rack. Now not much to do than waiting for it to get around 10/15% humidity and jar with it all. This one as you guys can see from the video , this is a full covered in trichomes BIG MAMA and touching her is like touching super glue or something lol i was trying to put all the colas in one picture , but is simply just not possible , they all look great so i selected 4 of them for a true back back ground <3 Thank you Super Sativa Seed Club for this opportunity, i fell like a champion no matter what with this 2 Mamas, much respect on the work you guys did on this Elephant As always thank you all for stoping by for your love and for it all, i fell humble and honored

Defoliated her Today. She doesn't Look that big anymore.😄 But i think she'll Take the Training good. First i defoliated and after that i have her water and a little Bit of Bio grow and calmag. We'll See how she'll Deal with it. Stay tuned 🤙🏽

Welcome to week 9 / week 6 of flowering! Her fall colors are in full force now. 🍁 Most pistils have turned amber. Some trichomes have also turned amber, but mostly cloudy still. Harvest time is getting close! 🤗 ✅Day 57: No water. Trimmed off a few dead leaves. ✅Day 58: 144oz of water. No runoff. ✅Day 59: No water. ✅Day 60: No water. ✅Day 61: No water. ✅Day 62: 128oz of water. No runoff. Took a quick look at trichomes. They are still mostly cloudy. ✅Day 63: No water.

Week 3 and they are starting to take off. I used some Recharge by Real Growers. Instant compost soil amendment ingredients. Great stuff.

Not a bad strain inbox for info on growing it Seem to keep wasting money with fast buds as out of 3 seeds I never get 100vpercent germination success never have so might try diffrent genetics from now on as I’m a loyal customer to them only ever grew there strains and they never send me care packages like other growers I see and other company’s have done to me so yeh time for DRSHOTZUK 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Aaaaaargh :( Was trying another bloom booster this time and overlooked the fact, that the PK proportion was just too high at this stage for my nutrient solution to work well for the plant. I immediately changed the NS, but it took me a day to notice. Should have not only scaled the PK in the new NS, but the whole Ec for the better.
