Week8

14.1.25: I've been readjusting the LST. I just took all the pegs out and reshaped her. I got some new LST equipment in the mail today, have been glad to have more pegs. I got some clips too, but they don't seem to stay on 😕 I'm currently only using the pegs, I have some thicker soft wire, but I forgot I don't have pliers to cut it! Also I'm running very low on Biobizz nutrients, so that could be bad 🤞 18.1.25: I have done another large defoliation on PPP1 and PPP2. Also, moderate defoliation on all other plants today. All LST ties and pegs are readjusted. I have turned up the light to 90%. Same distance of between 24-28 inches, depending on height of specific plant. I have increased the dosage of Biobizz Bio-Grow and Fish Mix to give an extra boost of Nitrogen as several plants were showing yellowing. They have responded very well to this. Unfortunately I ran out of my Biobizz nutrients and PH UP. I'm currently using Bicarbonate of Soda to increase the PH after the nutes PH comes out to about 4.1. Obviously, that uses a lot and I only had a 250ml bottle, which I used last run too. This run I have 9 plants. The only thing I'm worried about is the salt build up. Have you used it before? Or any other natural way to increase PH? Please let me know! I've also added Biobizz Fish Mix to help with the extra Nitrogen needed. Watering with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with the following nutrients;- ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 2ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Biobizz Top Max ♡ 2ml Cal-Mag ♡ 2ml Ecothrive Flourish. I water with this every 3 days. I did order some more Biobizz Bio-Grow and Bio Bloom. I found some at a reasonable price on Amazon. I still have about 800 ml of Biobizz Fish Mix left, too. It is fairly expensive this time as the plants are hungrier this run. I also got a new bag of Canna coco, which I may use to add a top dress with some dry amendments. Which hopefully will save some cash on the bottled nutrients and stretch out until the end of this run without having to buy anymore. I have purchased a funnel to pour the water. It is difficult, due to the shape of my LST, to water precisely. I have spilt it all over the tent several times 🙄 I've also ordered a 2 litre jug. Currently, I'm mixing water for 9 plants individually in a 1 litre jug. It's tideous. Hopefully, this will solve the issues. Cleaning the tent after watering every time isn't my idea of efficiency 😅 Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Man I can not wait til she finishes drying and curing she smells amazing I will be trying to reveg her so I can hopefully try my hand at her again this time in a huge pot she definitely deserves it

Day 33-13/01/22 they look really well I’m just trying to make space in my other tent so I can move half of them out and be more organised but I think this is the last week of veg!!!

Will update with final weights once known, but she’s a big girl. Dense buds and great structure though! She taught me a lot this one and we have had great fun! Was definitely worth giving her the long veg

This week they got defoliated again like last week, rotated them and re arranged the net so they got nice canopy. Started using sugar royal and green sensation. The random seed turned out to be auto, and i thins she is a little faster, she thickened up faster, and already gluey so much i can't wash it easily from my hand. Note to myself: get some gloves I am very excited about both plants now, if anyone having any idea what strain is the random one, i'd like to hear your thoughts.

She is a very beautiful baby. The Purple Lemonade is growing regular, she is very topping reactive and new brunches go fast. In this case the first top was not so perfect and a central brunche is reborn and i fimmed it. The first buds "peluria" is visible.

Last week is starting, maybe I will keep some of the plants in 1 tent and start drying in the other tent.

DAY 56 Flowering: Well here we are growmies. It is that time.... we have bud porn , beautiful leaves naturally fading and adding to the Autumn looking harvest. The 2 Girl scout cookies have kept a really happy pace this week with the #2 still pushing fresh pistils out and swelling. She is getting nice and tacky too. Both of the girls smell like a candy shop raid now too. My filters are useless in regards to these ladies but I am not complaining . Lol After I finished the video , I decided it was time for the #2 Girl , who is now sat in the dark trying to figure out where the sun and her sister has gone. She will get 48 hours , then be trimmed for drying and curing. The other girl will be joining her some time this week too for sure but as her pistils are so fresh in a lot of places , she will get to dance a little longer . The Amnesia girls are slowly building trichs and bud weight now on their last stretch before ripening those trichs. Only the #3 has any real signs of fade so far too which could be down to wrong feeding when I assumed she was a Girl scout cookie. The buds on her look very much like the Amnesia too. Thet remind me of cacti close up !. The rectangular girl #2 has kept all her jewels tucked away inside her frame but i have made sure there is plenty of airflow within her bush to keep the nasties away. All in all they look very potent and I can already see the lost fine and forgotten tasks within those crystal ball trichs. Lol The guest critical cheese is slowly ambling along and looks bare in comparison to the other strains. She still has about 3 weeks , alongside the Amnesia haze , to fill out those long colas. Been on the Spananbis so I wasnt able to check on them but they did really good the last few days. Put a net on them to spread them out a bit cause im scared of not enough airflow between the plants

Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Coop Poop, Feather Meal, and Soluble Kelp are ml/gallon of soil top dressed. Everything else listed in nutrients is ml/gallon of water fed to plants without checking the solution Ph. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 85°F with mostly sunny skies. The girls are happy. I think I missed hitting the nutes hard for mid flower. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 79°F. We missed the rain, but had a big dew and it was 90+ humidity. I watered about 5 gallons each. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 78°F. It was mostly cloudy and super humid, but again no rain. I watered about 5 gallons each. I fed coop poop at 75ml top dressed and Soluble Kelp 50ml top dressed. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 89° with clear sunny skies. Humidity is still up. I watered about 5 gallons each pot. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 88°F with mostly sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 91. Skies were clear during the day. I watered about 5 gallons of well water. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 91°F with mostly sunny skies. I added 160ml of molasses to top of pot and washed it in with my watering wand. I watered about 5 gallons. Run off isn't an issue. The girls are rooted through the pots into the ground and the loved the K in the molasses. This week was a success. The buds are filling out and the smell is incredible. Like super loud lemon orange tang. They're sweet and the lemon mandarin orange smell can't be missed. I'm a little disappointed at the stretch and I didn't blow up the buds. I'm suspecting a combo of these getting more shade and not getting the right nutes at the right time. Even with all that they have lots of frosty buds on them.

This one was a fun grow to watch. Lots of main bud stems. Im excited for the next one. Beautiful color. Covered in frost. No pests.

So far this week has been Good but not Great . My blue dream plant didn’t make it.😢) So now i am going to focus on my other 2 ladies. This week is the official start of my <Vegetative stage> Now I will be dropping the lights to 14” and giving them both nutrients. Also I’m watering both plants with about 300-500ml of water for each. Strawberry banana plant 🌱 has been coming along but and Power plant 🌱 the growth has overall been amazing 🤩 . Follow me on my journey…. Let’s gooo!!!

Starting to see some of the burning I've seen in previous grows and, due to this, I've been paying special attention to the pH in the trays themselves. I've noticed pH in the trays has been about 6.5 and, when I've found this, I've been pulling nutes out of the trays and replacing with fresh nutrients (trying to keep the nutrient level the same when replacing as to not drown the plants). Upward growth has slowed to a halt at this point and the flowers on this /very/ compact plant are starting to mature. The flower size is looking fairly unimpressive but should prove as a good place to improve from. The Sour Diesel next to it is another story! ha.
