🗓️ Week 11 complete – 7th week of flowering This week things got interesting: After increasing the feed to 2.0 EC, drain values jumped up to 2.2–2.6 – a clear sign of salt buildup in the medium. pH stayed stable at 6.2–6.3, and no visible signs of overfeeding so far 🌱 Starting with the next watering, I’ll dial back to 1.6–1.7 EC to help rebalance the nutrient uptake and residuals in the substrate. That said – Seriotica is looking amazing: healthy, strong, and showing no stress or lockouts despite the elevated drain. Frost and density are picking up fast – resin production is in full swing ❄️🔥 🔴 Visual highlight: Seriotica is turning into a real showstopper – soft pink and purple hues blending into a thick frost layer. The scent is sweet and earthy – and it’s getting stronger by the day 🌸

Growing some seeds I won from Diary of the Month here on Grow Diaries!!! I'm so grateful and excited for another learning experience doing what I love! Thank you, FastBuds! 🙏 Seed was germinated directly in Rapid Rooter placed in a seedling tray. I put her in darkness for 48 hours and then in a sunny window. Three days later, the seedling's little head poked up and the next day she showed me her first true leaves - calling this day 1. I kept the seedling tray in a sunny window and brought her outside for lunch on my sunny deck with me for the rest of the week. Given the heatwave we were having here, I got her settled into her net basket sooner rather than later so that she could have a more stable environment. This plant will is being grown indoors in an 2x4x8 Gorilla Grow Tent using an 8 gallon Current Culture Solo Bucket under California Lightworks 550 Solar System LED. For grow media I am using clay pellets and I use the entire Cultured Solutions line of nutrients. I will be showcasing this plant in a grow tutorial over on my YouTube channel and IGTV where I am going to show a detailed walk through of how I grew my original "Budzilla" plant. Unfortunately, I don't have a grow diary for her, but she is featured on my IG account. The technique I use I created after harvesting my first grow. I had used low stress training on an autoflower and achieved beautiful results. I took notes the entire grow and conducted a postmortem. I sincerely advise doing this for EVERY grow - especially when you are learning. It provides you opportunity to figure out what went right, what went wrong, what could have gone better, and what ideas you think you can toss into the mix to try to improve on the places that need revamping. I did this and I came up with the hypothesis of starting my plant off-center in the net basket, and then growing it low and in a spiral around the outside. In my head, I thought something like this could really push the limits of low stress training, especially when used on an autoflower where we have a limited time of vegetative growth. I didn't realize, at the time, JUST how effective the technique would be, but when the grower community on IG exploded over the sight of my plant, I started to get a feeling a did something right. As I was still only growing my second plant in my entire grow career, I was completely oblivious to the fact that I had pushed the normal boundaries of an autoflower.... I had nothing else to really compare it to. Nearly a year later, photos of my Budzilla are still being shared around social media in the grow community and I still get asked regularly about how I grew her. And with that, we start here on the journey to attempt the recreation of my former masterpiece. But I'm taking it one step further and giving you a detailed, step-by-step guide so that even the newest of growers can follow along and learn how to push an autoflower to its beautiful edge. After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

She looks very healthy and strong,think she's gonna grow very good without any issues,she's being 100% organically fed by biotabs organics with bactrex,mycotrex and 2 tablets of slow release organic fertilizer by biotabs. Looks fantastic on day 14I hope to not have ant bad issues tje rest of the journey! 💚🌱🤞

Safe to say we're heading into flower. I'm pretty close to full strength on the nutrients at this point. Still defoliating and filling in the screen. Plant on the right is slightly behind as far as kicking into flower. Some yellowing browning just starting a tips. I'll change out the water tomorrow (on day 49). Averaging water changes every 12 days. Day 49: Did not change water today, will on day 52 or 53 instead. Decided it could just be the light being too close. Moved it up and did a little lst above the screen. All done removing branches and leaves. Great end to the first week of flower.

Great climate, ideal. No problems to report, for the moment the critters are focused on something else. If it doesn't get too hot, I'll start reducing irrigation and defoliate more. Today 13.27 hours of light. My Gorilla is doing well, lots of flowers are forming although they are smaller than those in Special Kush # 1. Strong cheese smell. The supercropped twin branches will become one giant bud. August 19 update - Very initial mites infestation promptly treated with nettle macerate spray. August 21 update - first day of new heat wave

The clones are coming along nicely. They have quite a bit of new growth. I am now leaving the bubble off of the Clone box all the time now. I had to make a makeshift nursery for the time being because my other girls are occupying my grow tent at this time. once that's done I'll be able to bring them over and give him plenty of light but until then I'm stuck with what you see here. I'm still waiting on my lite from winning second place in the tutorial competition. Once I get that I would be able to replace my blurple lights in the nursery with the Mars light I hope everyone grows are doing awesomely! Cheers! -G.I.JOSE

Started with some bent which really made side branching take off. I'm just doing leaf tucking, all branches get plenty of light, so no need for bending IMO. One is quite a bit bigger than the other, if this is a fenotype thing or something I did we will never know since the sample is too small to make conclusions... So its the one in the slightly smaller pot that is bigger. Also, I switched positions between both to see if this makes difference... but I never noticed hotspots or such in my earlier grows.... One of my annoyances of small-scale operations is that there is never enough data to be able to make conclusions based in facts. It could always be nature or nurture, because I lack control groups. Maybe my government will someday finally see the backwater retardedness of our way of dealing with cannabis. For now no other option than staying within the law. I like weed and growing but I like my freedom more. The XL Runtz are remarkably resistant and vigorous, with extreme growth in just under three weeks after germination. Beautiful plants and they handle a high light / high organic nute situation from very early on. Coming week I'll just be leaf tucking, no further LST since they are already going into flower. Ill be adding BAC Organic Flower coming days along with my solution of wood ash and perma tea. Also Ill be starting the three 56 ltr growbags to start the three regulars that will run in the same 18 hr lightschedule. And that light, trusty SP-3000, what a machine, what results so far and how reliable so far. She doesn't get too warm at all, just contributes to a nice greenhouse atmosphere without any climate management other than me checking temps and RH. Usually, I need no adjusting, no ventilation, no heating or airco, my system is pretty self-containing and autonomous in the stabile attack where it is. And lets be real, I get results as in grams per watt and per plant that only the 600 watt / Hydroponic guys get. With organic growing, in such small scale with 300 watt. Now that was a great week indeed. she has really spread out nicely being held down with some yoyos. will be transplanting the ladies in the next day or 2 here and then flower in about 10-14 days is my guess. They are a little smaller then usualy for this time, maybe a week behind but i think i messed up on the calibration schedule again damnit. I swear you can not calibreate you ph tester too much, do it every 3-4 weeks is my reccomendation. I think the ph maybe a little low, i'm not postive 100% on the issue but dont really matter, she is very healthy
