Starting to get some nice purple colours on #4 buds and Ozz leaves! Not super visible on the video but looking really good. Also had an unpleasant surprise the other morning, due to wind gusts the support went out the pot and #4 straight bent to 90 degrees. Looks like it happened around 3/4am and I only saw it around 9am, so she got pretty roughened up but no actual damage to report. Same for Dorel, a brush fell on a lower branch but didn’t break anything. The learning here as it is the second time it happens, both time just before I water them: I suspect drier medium is less efficient in holding the plant when there is a lot of wind. Well well! In just 2 days she went from little purple to actually the whole plant changing color. Curious to see where it’ll go!

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Day 65 - Pics/Vids..... Everything looks good......stress bent them into position and defoliated ..... lots of flowering now..... ..... hadn't actually measured them for awhile, and updated the height, 44 cm .... tested out the lights higher, 40cm away, and seemed to slow down growth... so moved em back, 20-25cm... watering is the same, bottom saucer feeding, 850-1000 ppm dutch master one flower 5-8ml/lt.... actually using about 12-15ml / 1.8l....... Day 70 (10 wks) - Pulled em both out of tent, flushed em and trimmed em abit, took some pics/vids in the sunshine. ...... the soil started smelling bad, - stale, moldy, damp, soil smell..... so i did a full flush out on both.... noticed afew gnats, been afew since the start, but haven't really been many.... i'm going to try out a UV bulb, and also a usb uv led bug trap ..... just ordered them.... posted a pic of both... see if they are any good..... 😎

Nutrient deficiency? or over feeding nutrients? Normally feed 3days nutirents 1 day ph water messed up my feeds which made me feed nutrients for 4 days instead of my intended 3days which may of caused yellow tips. only on a couple of the leaves i (THINK) i might of caught pretty early Flushed with ph 5.9 water saturday 18-1-25 as of 19/1/25 24 hours later no signs of it getting worse or on any other leaves decided to cut big fan leaves of to try and direct the growth more to the nodes going to leave it an hour or 2 to see how she reacts to what ive done then if all is good i shall feed with nutrient Nutrient mix 5litres H202 2.5ml Silicate 3g Calmag 5ml Micro 5ml grow 5ml bloom 4ml Ph 0.1ml 22-1-25 no feed for two days to see how it holds up..(Its holdin up) last feed was 20-1-25 just some light LSTand defoliation today on 22jan just to keep all branches around the same level the banana cookies that was planted same time seems to be a bit behind and is not on the same path

Hasta ahora tenia intracción pasiva, pero ahora he instalado una turbina para que impulse aire fresco dentro de la tienda Día 15 (08/05) Con el calor que hace me sorprende que las macetas sigan aguantando la humedad, pero al hundir el nudillo sigue húmeda. Mañana haré un riego de nuevo Día 16 (09/05) Relleno el top con sustrato para compensar la compactación y dar mas soporte a las plantas Riego con 300 ml solo H20 - pH 6,2 Día 17 (10/05) Baño de sol de dos horas. Week started off pretty rough but you kno how it is fittest of the fittest...had some down pour in rain LD didn't make it and MCM OG took a beating..by the end of the week MCM OG has started to bounce back n the galato still flying

6/3/24 These genetics really chunk up. I may have to harvest everything early. Luckily the autos in my tent are close to being done. They could be chopped now without much issue. My whole tent system went out for about 8 hours and My humidity was 75 and my Temps were 73. I really hope everything is ok but that is a possible 6/5/24 she's still plumping up alot. Día 81 y no puedo estar más ansioso porque ya ha llegado el tan anhelado día de la cosecha 🤩, esta hermosa planta excelente un aroma dulce, cremoso y un poco ácido como frutillas. Luego de la sesión de fotos se cortará por ramas y será colgada en la tienda de cultivo con ambiente controlado. Volveré en unos días luego del secado para dar una reseña sobre el sabor y aroma de esta belleza. Como siempre agradecer a FastBuds por tan buenas semillas. BUENOS HUMOS 👽
