@Appoldro420, ah 😆 over here we have a labyrinth of legal shite. It is not legal to buy it or sell it or grow it. It is condoned up to certain amounts, under certain conditions. So up to 5 plants would be condoned but not legal. So if your plant(s) give any disturbance for people smell, sound, other disturbances police will come and take it away, without consequence. This is if your plants are outside or inside without professional systems and paying for power. Now the details are in rules nobody really knows: what is professional, what is amateur? So there are loads of little stipulations concerning lightpower, amount of lights, amounts of plants, risk of fire, all these things increase possible criminal pursuit by police and justice. Also intention to sell and they calculate back how many harvests you had up to where they can prove you were growing. I stay under all this, make sure there is no disturbance and am a little bit assured that in the country only second to Colombia in narcotics exports, Im little bit least of their worries and hope that if so, I have a good, liberal judge with a checkered past and a liking for Gratefuil dead or something... My luck would be to have the uberconservative rightwing Christain judge on duty that day :P Im sure I can convince them of medical nessecity when they see me a couple hours without a joint or I plead insanity 😎

@BioBuds,Growing is illegal here anyway so it doesn't really matter 1 5 or 50 plants. Yes of course a bigger fine but the worst is a record. So then I rather have a record for 5 then for one
