28/10/25Grape doing well overall, absolutely loving how shoes keeping her shape but i do want to start trying to spread her out a bit more, I'm hoping for some lovely growth overnight so she can start being bent out so that middle is a little more spread out Nutrients change today ( a day early ) because i didnt like how she smelt, so flushes, filled hit with 400ml sleeps then flushed, refilled and nutrients Floramax veg 1 Floramax Rezin plus Floramax flowering enhancer Floramax Organabud Green Planet vitathrive Isn cal mag Green planet massive bloom Green planet bud booster ( 30ml scoops x 4 ) Cyco platinum series silica Sleeps with the fishez ( HOCI ) Hit 4.8 e.c, changed 100L got 2.3-2.4e.c, 6.1ph. Used a lot but wanted to get rid of the Green planet line plus the ISN cal mag as im switching out to sensi cal mag Week 3 here we go! 29/10/25 Light defoil and spread to get that light in, last week to do anything then let her just thrive and vibe

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. I will try and update daily Germination requires 3 things - Darkness , Warmth , Water One thing i should mention - Growing autoflowers, is difficult to do well,why? because from the moment that seed sprouts, you have a finite amount of time before she is finished, so any fucking about with anything ( repotting,pests,nutrient issues) , will lower yield.You can sometimes get them finished in 10 weeks on 20/4 but unless you have a controlled environment its hard to go more than 18/6 without heat and humidity issues.Autoflower breeding has come a long way in the last 10 years,Fast Buds is one of the pioneers. Day 1 - Tuesday 16/10/18 Put into wet root it cubes , then into the net pots with the clay pebbles, then pots into my rooting dwc boxes , placed a dome over the top to increase the humidity . Day 2 - Weds , nothing happening yet ! Day 3 - Thursday , I think she has popped , not quite up yet , see pink picture Turned light on 17/7 , why ? because I think this is best @ 13-15,000 lux Bestva 800 (150 watt draw) Led approx £100 , I would buy the dimable cob version if you can .(900 or 1200) Day 4 - Friday , looks a little distorted , has she got three leaves ? night time took a pic on the G7 .... Day 5 - Saturday , definitely three leaves , might just be the first node , fingers crossed she will be fine , was quite worried she wouldn’t make it , gave her 20 ml of room temperature water , with a syringe onto the root it cube , Day 6 - Sunday , looking ok , nice and green , I’m hoping the roots will be into the reservoir by now , you have to love fast buds , the germination rates are almost 100% , I have included a picture with the rest of the pots , for reference , there is a gorilla glue and a tangiematic, two of my favourite Fast Buds strains , which I started around the same time , IMPORTANT- do no let the root it cubes dry out before the roots are into the reservoir , make sure the bottom of the net pot DOES NOT touch the water Day 7 - Monday , I checked the water level and the ph , it has lost a little due to evaporation , root is well into the reservoir , I will add some nutrients tomorrow, seed on top right has pushed up but no leaves, this is NOT a fast buds seed, just shows u,... i have also put more pebbles in to cover up the holes, it would be nice if they did a pot that didnt have holes all the way to the top !!! Building DWC - you can build a DWC quite easily , out of cheap items , the ones in this week , were made by a friend of mine (Kev) when he spotted the box at Poundland for £1 - all you need is a black plastic box ( black so no light penetrates the roots ) with a lid , a 127mm hole cutter , air pump with tube and air stone , 140mm net pots to go in holes , some clay pebbles , and root it cubes , I will make a little instructional video , the reason I put them in here is because I will transfer into my IWS oxypots , which are too big to go into the tent ,and as the led is better with small plants it’s much easier .

Good week this plants going steady about 3 n a bit weeks more than four but that's OK giving an update anyway plant going good nice and easy going once I've controlled temps being winter and all plus controlling nutes a bit more this plant seems to need more trace elements good learning loving it.

This girl has such a unique smell, like nothing I've smelled before. I can't wait to smoke her. She is coming along nicely, fattening up and started to ripen. I can see her colours changing. Not long till harvest now! Thanks for stopping by!

It's always a good thing when there is nothing really to report. It's been smooth sailing this week! They are growing so fast and healthy!!! The light is still only at 660w of the 880w available. I can't wait to see some flowers start forming!! Should be this week. My previous tent record is 782g I believe and I would like to shatter that this harvest with this new light!!

So at the bottom tent we have amnesia haze who is very frosty with a sweet gassy smell. Then there is bubble gum more on the earthy side. At the top tent we have that GMO Cookies I got from the bottom of a bag is extremely frosty out of the three in there

05.10.2023 Tag 74 - Woche 11 / Tag 4 Licht: 40cm – 50% Lichtzyklus: 18/6 Luftfeuchte: 50% Temperatur: 26°C VPD: 1.6 kPa Höhe Apricot: 46cm Bemerkungen: - Licht runter auf 50% @ 40cm reguliert - das entspricht bei 18/6 einem DLI von 32,4 - Ich habe leider auch die 2 dicksten Äste der Apricot an Blütenfäule verloren 😐 - diese wurde jedoch sehr, sehr, sehr früh erkannt und großflächig in Form des ganzen Triebes entfernt 👌 - ich bin da echt mit meinem USB-Mikroskop ran. nicht ganz so nah 😅 aber so, dass man sich großflächig in einer hervorragenden Auflösung die Buds anschauen und sehr gut Trichome von Myzel unterscheiden konnte - ich hoffe die Apricot hält bei 45-50% RH die letzten beiden Wochen noch durch - bin da aber auch sehr positiv gestimmt… die sieht verdammt gut aus 👊 ich will kein unreifes Weed haben Terp 💪😎

Update 2/4 (day 25): * Turned the lights back up to 100%. The top of the canopy is getting 50K Lux and they seem to be enjoying it. * Very small signs of flowering in the two smaller plants. Nothing yet from Pineapple Express #1, which was surprising since it's older. * Trimming bigger fan leaves to leave a clear top and bottom to the canopy. * Trying to train the colas to an even distribution and without getting too close to the sides. I am going all in on fewer-but-larger colas to try to boost the harvest. I hope I don't learn a hard lesson by not letting side branching to occur but want to give it a shot.

Hello and welcome to week 5, everything looks fine so far... I almost topped the CP1 a second time by accident. When I tried to bend the stem a little more it just snapped clean and I applied tape and stabilized the branch. I hope it recovers and it's looking quite good ;)

She’s filling up faster than I can feed her! Lower canopy is already starting to cannibalize and die off, nothing to worry about because she’s still praying and healthy! A lot of thickness and frost has already established, in expecting one final push over the next couple weeks before she’ll be in the ripening stage. Smells like sweet musty kush candies. I love it.

Week 3 flower. Day 15. Great white ph water feed. Shes moving fast now. Raised the lights slightly. Want a little more stretch for spacing. Clone is in 2nd week of flower. She has her first balls. Will isolate her tonight in a small tent. Lights burn the shit out of any collidial silver spray leaves. Makes the plant very sensitive. Going to use a lamp light 😁 Praying 🙏 Day 18 frost appears. 5 more weeks of winter 🙌

Got some sealant to properly seal my DIY CO2 generator and lil maggie seems to like it. Her buds are starting to swell up. For the CO2 generator I did the following: 2 Liter Bottle -> 1 Liter Bottle -> Fan (Fermenting) -> (Water Filter) -> (Distribute) Ingredients: Sugar - 3/4 Cup Yeast - 1 Teaspoon Water - 6 Cups Step 1: Add 6 cups of room temperature water to the 2 liter bottle. Step 2: Add 3/4 cup of sugar to the water and mix until sugar is fully dissolved. Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of yeast and let sit until bubbles appear in water filter bottle. 
Step 4: Direct the end hose to the plant canopy. CO2 is heavy so it falls, use fan to blow it to the plant canopy.
